Small cozy one bedroom studio separated from the house. Located in a convenient place close to Costco and millstream village etc. Easy access to highway. 15 km away from the Victoria downtown. 40 minutes drive to the ferry terminal. Great place for a business person or bachelor to stay.

This home is extremely clean. Fresh bedding and towels.
Absolutely no smoking, no vaping, no cannabis, no pets. Late night guests will not be accepted past 11 pm. Quiet after 9:30 pm. If watching tv, keep volume low. Street parking only. There is no parking in our driveway.

The space
This Listing is still under construction. I will be deleting all the extra photos. We rent rooms here so myself, the home owner, lives here. At present I have one room listed. The pink room will be in another listing and will become avail for booking in about 2 weeks. This listing is for the Teal Bedroom.

My home is in BEAUTIFUL Bear Mountain in Victoria which is only a couple of minutes away from Langford. Bear Mountain is in the mountains and us a new development in Victoria. It has a golf course, hotel and re-edited at the top and different hiking trails with beautiful houses not to mention the scenic view.

Minutes from my house on Millstream Rd is a shopping Plaza with Costco, Best Buy, a strip mall abd restaurants. Continue taking Millstream Rd and you will end up at Westshore Mall where you will find more shopping, a movie theatre and more restaurants. There is also the Galloping Goose Trail for biking and hiking.

15-25 min to Victoria depending on traffic times.

Places to see:
- Parliament Buildings on the wharf, harbor, Empress Hotel — lots to see in there. And Beacon Hill Park. There are also beaches but I don’t know their names. You will see them near Beacon Hill Park. Also there are slot of little shops off Government Street and Eaton’s Center mall along with lots of restaurants. There are also clubs but I haven’t done these in 20 years.

- renown and famous “The Butchart Gardens” and Butterfly World in Brentwood are a few minutes apart from each other on the same street. This is about 25 min away. Take exit 14 Hemleken and then turn left in Interurban Rd.

- more shopping: Uptown mall, Mayfair Mall, Tillicum Mall and Hillside Mall.

- Uvic is a beatific university and is bear Hillside Mall abd there are beaches to check out around there as well.

- Check our Esquilmalt Lagoon. It’s beautiful for a romantic stroll. Wear something warm!

Gazebo / outdoor dining and seating area avail to have your lunch/dinner. Tuck in all patio chairs and place items back in their original spot after use. Such as closing the gazebo doors. Wipe down the table after use. Water spray bottle and cloth will sitting in the mask art for you to use. Don’t forget to lock the patio door.

During your stay
Knock loudly on the front door and I’ll great you. if you are sick, please wear a face mask.

Other things to note
Pls communicate why you are traveling to Victoria, what time you will be checking in, what time you will be leaving and returning to sleep. One guest - a millennial - checked in at 1:30 pm left at 3:30 and returned at 3:30 am. This is not ok and is not mature behavior and not was it considerate of others. It was like he thought that it was the home owners job to stay up all night waiting for him. We need to sleep too. He did not communicate his return and ignored all my text messages and voice message. I left him my number to wake me up when he arrives. He called me at 3:30 am and woke us up. In the morning he smoked in his bedroom! This is a smoke free home. Plz be considerate of others as this home is not a 24 hour hotel with a clerk at the front waiting for you. If this is your behavior then you need to check into a hotel. Thanks for your respecting home owners.

My artistic home is close to Hwy #1 and Goldstream Park. 20 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Walking distance to swim Langford Lake or walk on the Ed Nixon Trail. Sunny patio. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The room’s bed is an IKEA double, and the space includes seating area, a desk and wifi. It’s a private bathroom with tub. I'm trained to Tourism BC standards, and have many years experience as a helpful hostess. Breakfast is in-room continental-style.
