This uniquely themed ground floor villa is located mere steps away from the warmest lake in Canada.
Situated on the lakeshore of Osoyoos lake in the normally sleepy town of Osoyoos, this villa is 20 steps away from the pool area and 50 steps away from the lake. A hot tub and fitness room are also available on site, Covid regulations allowing.

The 918 sf villa is a one level, ground floor semi free standing unit, boasting a beautiful patio area, surrounded by green leafy shrubs and trees, affording one a certain level of privacy while enjoying sundowners on your patio. Unobstructed views of the lake from both the patio and indoors are what makes this villa the place where you want to kick off your boots and stay a while.

The villa has a unique charm about it, the interior has been redecorated in what could affectionately be referred to as beachy cowboy. Combining old world western theme with modern day amenities, this villa has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, stove, fridge, programmable coffee maker, dishwasher and all utensils the avid chef would need. The lounge area has a comfy 6 seater leather L shaped couch perfectly positioned for an evening of relaxation indoors if desired. A smart TV is available as well as unlimited wifi, enabling you to log in to your favourite television streaming service.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, old style side tables, and a full closet. Adjacent is the en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower, vanity and potty.
The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds and has its own built in closet as well. The main bathroom is adjacent to the door of the second room and has a walk in shower, vanity and potty.

Floaties, BBQ, fine spray mister for those warm summer days are provided. Patio is covered by plexiglass over a solid wood pergola, offering much needed respite from the warm Osoyoos sun and the odd rain shower. 50 Steps to the west one will find a private dock, with ample space to relax in your sun chair or to throw a towel down on and absorb as much sun and fun as possible.

Things to be cognizant of :-
1. No lifeguards are on duty at anytime at both the pool and the dock. You are responsible for the safety of your posse at all times.
2. Pool closes nightly at 9pm and hot tub at 10pm. No kids in the hot tub.
3. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9 am.
4. Security personal are permitted to escort unruly guests off the premises.
5. A $200 fine can be issued for noise infractions.
6. Please adhere to no smoking regulations.
7. No glass bottles or glasses are permitted around the pool area. Cans and plastic “glasses” only.

It is important to us that our guests feel comfortable even in times of Covid-19, we do everything necessary for a relaxing and healthy stay.
Our Guesthouse (2 max 3 adults) with a fully equipped kitchen is located in a rural area at 1200 m (3950 ft) altitude, between Osoyoos and Rock Creek just off Highway 3 .
A continental breakfast is included in the daily rate, collectable at the Main House.
Specials like gluten free, vegetarian etc.) are NOT available.
About 2 km away you can find a Mexican Restaurant "Su Casa" where you can enjoy a variaty of excellent authentic Mexican Cuisine. (Closing day: Tuesday and Wednesday, closed for the season from December to March).
The next Pub's you can find either in Rock Creek (Prospector Pub) or in Osoyoos (Sage Pub and Owl pub).
