Welcome to our unique space on Vernon's East Hill, close to the Okanagan Rail Trail, lakes, hikes, mountain biking, winter skiing, snow shoeing, and tubing, Silver Star Mountain, amazing coffee shops and some fine wine touring. Our carriage house is completely self-contained and includes your own patio with a fire table and BBQ. Our fenced yard is available to you (and your pet). We're both quiet but do love to chat about travel and food.

The space
The space is near new, bright and spacious with a loft bedroom, which can be configured variously: one queen bed and two stackable twin beds. We can accommodate TWO ADULTS and up to TWO CHILDREN although the loft space will be cozy. Due to the stairs and loft configuration toddlers are likely not a great fit! Note that the loft has a hip roof and there are some angles to watch your head around. The kitchenette is fully equipped in addition to a dining area and an outdoor fire table and BBQ. The internet is discreet for the guest house (Pure Fibre 300) and suitable for remote workers who need video conferencing ability. We are pet friendly however your pet must be friendly with other dogs as we have a friendly Whoodle! Our typical guests are couples, families, various professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy the ethos of our space and all that the Okanagan has to offer.

Beautiful, serene and relaxing B&B above Okanagan Lake near Kin beach. Come and experience a beautiful Okanagan vacation. Only 15 minutes from downtown Vernon. Customized breakfast choices offered upon arrival. Concierge services also available for grocery and beverage pickup. Local tours and childcare also provided.

During your stay
I very much enjoy socializing with guests, but give space when needed.

Other things to note
If guests check in past 7pm, the gates at 9060 Tronson Rd. will be closed. Search for Hedda Dobson, #21, on the gate keypad, call from the gate intercom and I will buzz you in. Guests are provided with a key to the suite and gate clicker. The wifi password is 'Elsken2022'.
