The cabin is located on the same property as the owners, situated above a detached garage. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage or the yard space. We kindly ask that you respect the owners’ privacy by using only the gravel area in front of the cabin and refraining from exploring around the main home. For a relaxing stroll, enjoy the lovely walk down the street to the nearby park.

Other things to note
Bring your kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, or fishing boat to enjoy some lake adventures.

There are 2 lake access points only moments from the cabin, one being a launch and the other a great place for swimming.

This bright & spacious one bedroom guesthouse has all the amenities of home, and is close to all that Shuswap Lake has to offer.
Newly renovated and separate from the main house, this little gem forces you to slow down and breathe deeply.

The space
The moment you step into this gorgeous one bedroom suite all your stress and worries fade away. Surrounded by panoramic views of Shuswap Lake, beautiful landscaping, and the bright & stylish decor; warning…it will be hard to leave.

Equipped with a full kitchen and all the appliances, including a BBQ, to make your stay more comfortable.

The open concept allows you to take in the views while socializing or relaxing while watching a movie or preparing meals in kitchen.

The living room has very comfortable furniture and a quality hidabed hutch for guests exceeding two people. Plus a large flat screen TV equipped with Telus satellite, that offers a range of channels to choose from; although it can be hard to focus on the TV with a view of Copper Island in the background.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, lake views and an ample amount of closet/dresser space.

The bathroom has a dual shower head and bathtub with great water pressure. A large vanity allows ample room for getting ready for your day.

There is a washer and dryer if you need fresh clothes; a vacuum, and cleaning supplies just in case.

One of the most enjoyable things about the property and area is that it is so peaceful, no light noise, and the nights can be so star filled, it’s breathtaking. You may get lucky and see a deer or raccoon walking by also. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

The space is located on a beautiful ridge, which gives you the privacy from surrounding houses, however the guesthouse and main house share the same driveway, as well as a shared yard space.
The guesthouse has its own parking space, private entrance and keys.
Under the guesthouse, there is a garden storage that is also used for yourgarbage and recycling, this space is also used by the main house.
Everything inside the suite is accessible to our guests only.

The main house on the property is often occupied by the homeowner or other guests. Please be considerate of other guests as they will be considerate of you.

A perfect little piece of paradise right on the shores of the beautiful Shuswap Lake. Catering to the couple looking for a peaceful place to unwind and relax. Perfect location for unwinding and relaxing on the dock or the beach. Owners live on the property but there is lots of privacy. Enjoy the use of the paddle boards and kayaks.

Other things to note
Even though the property is waterfront we can not accommodate boats and trailers. We have only one buoy in front of our property and we have our personal boat on it throughout the summer months.

Experience everything the Shuswap has to offer!! Unique Semi-lake front coach house on 3 acre lot in the heart of Blind Bay. Lakeview’s from every angle. Come lounge on a private beach or explore the 3 acre lot that backs onto crown land with endless trails. Ample free parking for 2 vehicles if needed.
Comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children includes full kitchen, laundry and private patio.
Take a walk up the hill on the back of the coach house to explore the creek and trails.

The space
Unique Semi-lake front and ample free parking for 2 vehicles on the back and side of the guest house.
There is a visitor parking sign indicating where you can park.
The entrance to the guest house is at the back of the garage where the stairs are located.
Explore nature and trails on the private 3 acre lot by walking up the hill behind the guest house.
Also watch amazing sunsets from the beach every night. Your 2 minutes to grocery store with a deli and bakery, also includes a liquor store and gas station, 1 minute to Finz restaurant and coffee cafe and marina.
At the Finz resort marina you
can rent kayaks, paddleboards,
boats, seadoos, and e-bikes.
Every Thursday night there is live music, food trucks, and vendor market at the Centennial field on Blind Bay Rd which is 4 minutes away. The Music in the Bay runs from June 27th to August 29, 2025.
We are located 20 minutes from Salmon Arm, 20 minutes from Chase, 1 hour from Kamloops, 1 hour from
Vernon and 2 hours from Kelowna.

Guest access
The beach access will be shared with the owners.

The private dock, buoy, water trampoline and peddle boat and any other water toys are not for guests use.

There is a separate seating space on the beach provided for guests. There is a picnic table with an umbrella and benches near the fire pit. But if you want to be more comfortable bring your own beach chairs to place on the beach.


You walk down the driveway and the beach is across the road with stairs and railing down to the rocky beach.

Bring your water shoes and floaties and relax.

Other things to note
The coach house is on a septic system.

Please don’t flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.

No grease or food particles put down the kitchen sinks or toilet

The couch in living room is a manual reclining couch

Barbecue is provided at the back of the coach house on a table with bbq utensils.
