This independent private suite is at a hillside ground level with panoramic windows and walk out to patio and backyard. It's a modern open concept space with high ceiling. Guests entrance door has self check-in keypads.

We do not have a full kitchen. There is a kitchenette stocked with essentials for easy meals. The dedicated remote working desk and chair is available by request. If there is a third guest, a futon can be set up as a full bed in the living room.

The host couple live at upper level. For most of the time, we will leave the entire backyard to the guests, except sometimes we may come watering or mowing the lawn.

Welcome to the ‘Rowcliffe’ Suite. Our second floor studio suite is located behind our heritage home in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. It is surrounded by plentiful vegetable and woodland forest gardens, including four large coniferous trees, and provides a peaceful space. The décor inside is a unique blend of modern comforts and rustic charm with exposed wood beams that speak to the history of the main home.

The full kitchen includes stove/oven, range hood/microwave, fridge/freezer, large stainless sink, pull down faucet and dishwasher. Cabinets are well stocked with utensils, dinnerware and cookware. Salt, pepper, oil, sugar and coffee provided.

The bathroom is spacious and bright with a full size tub and shower. Towels, linens and shampoo/conditioner/soap are provided. Windows have obscure glass for privacy.

A full sized washer/dryer in the unit make laundry a snap and there is plenty of storage in the full sized closet and adjacent storage cubby.

Rest your body at the end of the day on a queen sized bed. The pull out love seat makes room for an extra guest or helps to accommodate a small family in the suite.

Heating and cooling is provided by a state of the art ductless mini-split and a ceiling fan over the bed guarantees a good night’s sleep.

We use all-natural cleaners, soaps and spa products to keep us and the environment clean.

Less than 1 hour drive to Big White Ski resort and just over 1 hour to Silver Star Ski Resort. This get away home can provide all the comforts of home while on your short or extended holiday.

The space
Private basement suite with separate entrance. Quiet bedroom. Breakfast snacks, coffee, and tea are provided.

An adorable newly renovated space inside one of Kelowna’s more unique heritage homes. Enjoy our large private pool or luxuriate in the extra large rain shower. Delicious culinary options are only a few minutes walk away or stay in and make it yourself with the well stocked kitchenette. Easily retreat from the bustling downtown core and into our leafy neighbourhood in Kelowna’s coveted Abbot Historical Preservation Area. Staying with us will be an experience to remember.

The space
Only one parking spot is included with this booking.

The house has a cute little kitchenette equipped with general cooking utensils and crockery. The kitchen has a plug-in induction hot plate as well as pots and pans for your cooking needs. We have a kettle, toaster oven, fridge, freezer, French press and kitchen cleaning supplies.

The bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower, and of course a hair dryer. Nice lighting for your powder room needs.

The sleeping arrangements.
There is a full size bed in the bedroom as well as a twin day bed in the main room. The Twin bed is a standard twin size mattress.
The space sleeps a max of 3 people please indicate the correct number of guests so I can prepare the appropriate bedding :)

The whole space is about 600sqft newly renovated in January of 2024.

The large private pool and garden of the property is shared with the guests in the main house and the owners.

Please use the pool! It wants to be swam in :D
You will also find a bbq on the pool deck that you should use to have a nice pool side dinner.
There is also a nice garden out front, please use it and enjoy!

Other things to note
Please note, the pool is available at all times, however there is no lifeguard and all pool safety is your responsibility so please insure the safety of any younglings or new swimmers.

IMPORTANT
Absolutely NO smoking or drugs of any kind in or around the property, there will be a $200 charge for any breach of this rule. There will be no leniency on this rule.

Only those who are part of the booking have access to the property, we do not allow any outside guests without prior permission.

We only have space for ONE car per booking.
