The property is very comfortable with in floor heating, so toasty in the winter and AC in all the rooms and living area for those warm summer months(we did not need this). Annette asked me in advance about my daughter's age and she loved the massive teddy bear that greeted her on the couch. There were also beautiful seasonal touches with a elegant Christmas tree. The kitchen is very well equiped. As long as you have food, you can easily enjoy days just staying in the property as there are shelfs with a variety of books, boardgames and other trinkets we all enjoyed very much. The Hot tub was very enjoyable while the snow was coming down outside and we made a snowman in the yard the next morning. The doggo is seperate from the accommodation but she is so friendly and my kiddo and myself really enjoyed her. It is difficult to decide which of the ensuite bedrooms is the main one as both are very roomy and well decorated. The property is also very close to many good vineyards for some wine tasting. While in Canada for 4 years this was 1 on few properties that really felt like they cared about their guest experience rather than just the money for the space and reminded me of hospitality back in South Africa. The parkade has a height restriction of 6`8`, ensuring the safety of your vehicle during your stay. In consideration of our neighbours, we have a noise curfew at 9pm and do not allow events, parties, or loud disturbances.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, as well as the amenity centre, games, pool, and hot tub. You also have access to one underground parking stall. The height of the parkade is 6`8`. If your vehicle does not fit then you will need to park in the overflow parking lot. This is first come, first serve.

Please note that I do not have control over the maintenance or closures of the common areas and amenity centre. The strata makes every effort to maintain these facilities to the highest standards, which may result in unexpected closures for maintenance.

Typically, the hot tub is open year-round, while the pool is generally available from late May to early October. Unfortunately, I do not control the specific dates for their opening and closing. Thanks!

The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us - it was spacious, clean, well stocked, and very comfortable and quiet. Having the well-equipped kitchen was a lifesaver and saved us from having to eat out all of the time. There were plenty of options for groceries in close proximity. The community amenities were amazing - a gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, games room and even a space to sit and do a puzzle or read. Parking was great. We had rented a bigger truck and I was not used to driving it so we didn't use the underground parking but there was an overflow lot which was super convenient. The drive to the city of Kelowna was stress free and it was lovely to see the lake close up.I would definitely recommend this spot and would absolutely stay here again if we are find ourselves back in Kelowna. The space
A brand new, spacious, one bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor of a boutique, six story building. The living space is bright and airy, with a comfy leather couch. There is a cozy breakfast nook which can double as a work space when needed. The fully equipped kitchen contains brand new appliances with loads of usable space; the kitchen island is also unfixed and can be moved wherever desired. The bedroom contains a lush, queen-sized bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. An in-unit washer and dryer is also included. Unwind on the private northeast facing balcony, which has a portable BBQ, or venture up to the communal rooftop to enjoy sweeping views of the mountains and lake.

IMPORTANT: kindly note as we are a flexible stay rental, we ask our guests to sign a BC rental agreement at time of booking, provide copies of all guest passports, and we will request a $1000 security/damage deposit through the Airbnb resolution portal. After your stay is completed, and upon inspection of no damages, the deposit will be returned back to your credit card by Airbnb through the Airbnb resolution portal. Airbnb’s credit card provider takes approx 10 business days to show the refund back to your credit card statement. Alternatively, we also take it in cash and can be returned back in cash at time of check out inspection. The reason we do this is because the “Security Deposit” function from Airbnb is not enforceable due to the fact that Airbnb does not authorize any funds on the credit card of payment for the amount that is inputted.
