About this space
A one-of-a-kind private lake glamping experience awaits you at Anderson Lake, an undiscovered mountain lake paradise north of Whistler. Majestic mountains, a clear blue lake, and your own private beach await you for a truly sublime and private getaway.

You'll be surrounded by nature, yet be cozy in your own yurt complete with woodstove and kingsize bed to ensure you're warm and comfortable.

Optional add-on: private lakeside wood-fired cedar sauna experience at the neighboring retreat for $85.
The space
Situated on an elevated bench of land above the lake, you'll marvel at the sweeping wilderness views of huge mountains towering above the dramatic Anderson Lake. A meandering 5 minute stroll down a scenic ridge dotted with old growth pine and fir trees brings you to your private beach where you can soak up the sun, swim, or go for a paddle - swimsuits optional as you'll have the beach to yourself!
Guest access
The parking area is about 50 meters away from the yurt, and you will walk down a short trail to access the yurt from where you park the car. If you need help carrying your belongings let us know and we can assist you.
Other things to note
Access is via the Highline Road/Anderson Lake Road, 23km from D'Arcy and 3km from Seton Portage. This is an unpaved, mountainous road - and you should be comfortable driving on roads like this to access this place, or have a 4x4 vehicle if you don't have experience driving this type of road. We are in a remote location and the drive along Anderson Lake is stunning but you should be prepared for driving on an unpaved mountain road.

Bright 1-bedroom apartment in 'Rockwood': a 6-plex with stunning views over the mighty Fraser River and the rugged mountains surrounding Lillooet. This is a magic place, and the view from the private balcony is amazing.

It is 5 minutes to the 'Old Mill Plaza' with an excellent grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store etc.

The summers can be quite hot in Lillooet, up to 40oC (104oF). Our apartment has AC and it is only 15 minutes by car to Seton lake where it always is cool.

The space
Our Guest House is located with a beautiful view of the Fraser River, where BC’s history as the world’s biggest supplier of jade began. There are two large jade boulders at the Guest House, and 30 jade monuments around town.

Jade Valley Guest House, located on the ground floor, is within walking distance of most services on Main Street. We are situated right behind the Fire hall, which is opposite the historic United Church on Main street.
