The space
Our cosy and comfortable studio suite has a private entrance to the bedroom with a queen size bed with super comfy Casper mattress. Large windows with mountain view. This luxury, clean space is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The room has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
We are family of 4 and live next to the suite. You will hear us, no doubt, but you will have complete privacy in your space.
The small appliance kitchenette area is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and microwave.

This is a 900 square foot apartment with beautiful bedside views. There are 4 comfortable beds in the apartment. One king, one double and two queen size sofa beds. There is office space with a printer and a living room with a smart tv where you can stream Netflix or any other streaming service. There is 2 bathrooms, and one shower. The apartment is stocked with all living, cooking and bathroom essentials.
Contacless check in provided by a lock box that grants you access to the building garage and lobby.
PLEASE NOTE: $500 fines are issued for guest that initiate noise complaints from neighbouring apartment units or from strata.

- "Property location is amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Do not expect any amenities. No kleenex, paper towels or dish cleaning supplies and limited linens. On the surface it was clean, but this place hasn’t had a deep clean in ages. Ikea furniture missing screws and wobbly and unstable. Tape to hold the rugs down exposed. Felt like staying in a dorm room. Be sure to note there is no A/C, especially if visiting in the summer months. I would consider other options before booking again."

We are more than happy to give you all the space and privacy you need during your stay, however, if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask! You can call us at the house or text/communicate through the Airbnb messages. Or feel free to come by the house and say hello... We'd be happy to answer any questions you might have!
Other things to note
Our small hobby farm is a working homestead, and it is far from perfect. This is a new property for us. And we are working on projects so please accept that some of the property is not yet perfect.

We have over 20 acres to walk and check out. Some still in clearing and setup mode for further animals. We also have another farm I could give you directions to. Your welcome to visit this farm also.

The pricing is set for up to 4 people. We can comfortably sleep 6. There is an up charge for each person after 4.

- "Nous étions quatre adultes. À notre arrivée, l’appartement n’était pas vraiment propre. Il n’y avait pas de grille pain. La cafetière filtre avait une capacité de deux tasses et une petite cafetière bodum d’une tasse. Seulement deux rouleaux de papier de toilette et une capsule de savon pour le lave vaisselle étaient à notre disposition. Oui avons dû en acheter. La laveuse lavait qu’à l’eau chaude. Nous avons donc tenté de joindre le propriétaire, à deux reprises et nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse de sa part. Les voisins ont été très bruyants (musique et party jusqu’aux petites heures du matin). Nous ne recommanderions pas vraiment cet endroit pour ces raisons. Par contre, il est très bien situé, les lits étaient très confortables et l’immeuble est neuf."

Spectacular views, convenient parking, great location near restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Squamish is a choice destination for outdoor activities including hiking, Shannon Falls, Sea to Sky gondola and others.
The condo is 764 square feet and consists of a master bedroom, second bedroom, spacious entrance area (office, where an additional quality blow-up bed could be added), full modern kitchen, washer and ryer and generous living space with a balcony.
- "We were in Canada and had received emails from Vrbo telling us that our host should be in touch with details on how to get in - after several messages and phone calls, we spoke to the host who said our booking had been cancelled months ago - when I said you've had our money for months, he told us he hadn't had any - Vrbo gave us a refund, but we were still stuck in Canada with nowhere to stay... very frustrating - and when we got back, I receive an email asking if I enjoyed the stay!!"

The street-level suite with a private entrance features one bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with in-suite laundry.
The bright and spacious living room has a double sofa bed, a bistro table with 2 seats, a gas fireplace and a working station.
The kitchenette has a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, an AirFrier Toaster/Oven and an induction plate that you can use to prepare a quick and simple meal.
Large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a modern washer and dryer.
Other things to note
We are a family with two children living above the suite. We are very respectful and try to minimize the noise as much as possible, but you might notice when they are at home. The children go to daycare during the day, and their bedtime is usually from 8pm to 7am.
Storage for bikes and skis is available, just let us know that you need space for gears and we will arrange it.
Street parking is available in front of the house.

The space
A welcoming self-contained space featuring a queen bed in a large bedroom, a kitchenette, eating/working area, shower room, private entrance, wi-fi, and designated parking.
Please note the entrance to the guest suite is located up some fairly steep steps at the back of the house. Unfortunately, this means the guest suite is not suited to those with mobility issues.
Please also note there is not a full kitchen, however, there is a mini fridge and microwave, coffee maker and kettle (with coffee and tea), dishes and utensils, sink and counter-space.
Sauna can be arranged for $50 extra.
Other things to note
The guest room is fully self contained with it's own entrance, but it is part of our family house. We try to keep noise down as much as possible, but as the guest suite is part of our home some times you might hear day to day low level noise. In the summer months we use the back garden and sometimes sit outside near where your room will be. We always try to be quiet and respectful of our guests.

Our in-law suite is private and quiet although it is a part of our home. While sitting inside on the sofa, outside on the Adirondacks or hot tub/ cold plunge you'll have an incredible view towards Cloudburst Mountain.
The full kitchen is stocked with your first breakfast -fresh local croissants and coffee from our friend and local roaster Lance of Galileo Coffee.

Bright open living plan with over-height ceilings and exposed beams. The suite is located at the back of our home on the view side of the house. The view from the suite is toward Cloudburst Mountain and the Tantalus Range through the birch and aspen trees. You'll have your own private patio and lawn area (partly shared with owner).
Fully equipped kitchen and you'll have your own washer and dryer. There is a sizeable bedroom with large closet and desk nook. Sizeable full bathroom with shower only and ecotex towels. The bedroom includes a queen Douglas bed with cotton and flax linen sheets and duvet cover with down duvet.
