Updated, bright and spacious 1bdrm/studio with loft cabin in beautiful and quiet Garibaldi Highlands. Very private setting, surrounded by large trees, quite location, lots of parking for guest vehicles, close to trails and transit. Located on a very quite street in one of the best neighborhoods in Squamish. Backs onto neighbourhood park. Queen bed on main floor, queen sofa bed in the living area plus a queen bed in the loft. Only 1 min drive to Hwy99, shops, restaurants. 35 mins to Whistler and Horseshoe Bay. Smart TV. Includes wifi. In-suite laundry included.
The space
Open concept with one queen bed in the back end of the cabin separated with an open storage combination room divider. Traditional style living area with sofa bed, love seat and coffee table. Rustic library style ladder to access the cozy loft above where there is a queen mattress, if requested (the loft is open to below and not ideal for infants or small children without supervision). Modern/rustic 3 piece bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and vaulted ceilings. Galley style kitchen with a short L-shape peninsula with three bar stools. Dining table has seating for four people. 65” smart tv on a swivel wall mount with wifi to enjoy Netflix, YouTube, Disney etc. All with views out to our gardens and natural stone patio, fire pit and seating area through the large glass roll up door.
Guests access through a gate into our fenced yard and walk along the random stone path past the gardens to the cabin at the rear of the property.

In the summer the local central Pavillion Parks host many family-friendly festivals featuring music, food, films, and much more!

We’re located 3 minutes off Highway 99 in the heart of downtown Squamish in a quiet 2 house cul de sac with private off-street parking right at the estuary trailhead.
We are within walking distance from some great bars, eateries, and restaurants as well as all the town shopping amenities.
There is a network of buses to visit the local shopping areas but having a vehicle will open up a world of opportunity, as Squamish has become a must-visit location for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.
In the locale, you can hire mountain bikes at the Adventure Centre just across Highway 99 and stand-up paddle boards or sea kayaks from Valhalla Pure by Nesters.
Ski/snowboard rentals are also available. It is a leisurely 45-minute drive to the closest gondola of the world-famous Whistler Blackcomb Ski resort!
In the summer Aerial Kiteboarding school operates from just up the street, providing lessons and rentals.

Welcome to our detached studio cottage, located in the heart of Downtown - walking distance to shops & restaurants, right here in Sea-to-Sky Country, easy reach to Whistler and all the local recreational opportunities of hiking, biking and skiing.

The space
This is a detached cottage situated to the rear of the owners property, right in the heart of Downtown Squamish, walking distance to all the local amenities including shops, restaurants etc.

The large open-plan space offers a kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the pots, pans and utensils you'll need for your stay.
There is a dining table and two chairs plus a TV with cable service and wifi internet.
The bedroom area has a queen size bed with nightstands, drawer and closet storage.

There is a bathroom with tub and shower over. Note however, that both the bathroom and kitchen have limited headroom - the bathroom is restricted to about 6ft. The remainder of the cottage has high vaulted ceilings giving a spacious feel.

There is a gravel parking area to the front of the main house to park your car, plus lots of street parking if more is needed.

Guests have the whole cottage for their exclusive use.

Please note there is limited ceiling heights in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has the lowest ceiling of about 6ft.
