At Eagle Nest Vacation Rental, you will have access to the two bedroom bunkhouse and main cabin. The two buildings and all bedrooms face south with expansive ocean views. The bunk house is connected to the main cabin by an outdoor staircase. The bunk house contains two bedrooms(bedrooms 2, 3 in pictures), full bathroom ( picture with black and white floor, shower )and laundry. The main cabin contains the full chef inspired kitchen (complete with central island, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge , microwave and coffee station), a powder room, the living room and a bedroom downstairs (bedroom 1) with ensuite. Follow outdoor covered staircase to access downstairs bedroom.Both full bathrooms on the property boast heated floors, for those cold winter days.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. A beautiful light-filled log home with ocean view, hot tub, indoor and outdoor fireplace and in walking distance to Snug Cove with all its amenities. This wonderful cabin is one of Bowen Island's finest places to stay.
Please be advised, starting in 2021, it will be illegal to use wood-burning fireplaces and stoves between May 15 and September 15. Violators could be fined $10,000 for each day in contravention.

Relax at this waterfront oasis with unbeatable views of the ocean, islands, and coastline. With private seaside terraces and garden patios overlooking Howe Sound, you will be able to enjoy the peacefulness of this property. You will be surrounded by towering cedars and firs, yet the large windows let in plenty of natural light. The cottage is located next to Sunset Marina and just minutes to Gleneagles Rec Center & Golf Course, as well as Caulfeild Village.

The property is located on the water! There is a funicular to take you from the road down to the waterfront home. On the main floor is the living room with floor to ceiling windows with impressive views, dining room, kitchen, main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a pull-out couch. There is a washer/dryer downstairs. A newly built deck overlooking the water makes for peaceful mornings and evenings with unbeatable views.

*NOTE*: In the winter months, typically between Dec. 1-Feb. 28th, if the temperature is below zero, there is the potential that there will be no water due to frozen pipes. We will work with each guest individually to reimburse you.

NOTE: You have access to the upper two floors of the home. You also have access to the entire outdoor property including all deck spaces. Owner stays in basement bedroom (locked off from rest of home, with separate entrance).

HOUSE MANUAL:
-There is room for two cars in the parking area
-Please no shoes in the house
-Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of our neighbours- any incurred fines will be charged to the guests.
-Any guests visiting in addition to those staying at the cottage are required to have pre-authorization by manager prior to stay.
-No smoking inside or on property
-Please clean up after your pet inside and outside.
-Summer: if using kayaks, you MUST wear a lifejacket. You are responsible for any inherent hazards and risks associated with the kayak(s)/paddle board(s) activities. You will be asked if you want to use the kayaks, and then you will be emailed a waiver to sign that must be returned. You will then be sent the code to the lockbox for where the kayaks are stored.
-Children must always be supervised when they are on or by the water or using any watercraft.
-water access can be difficult from front of property, so please be cautious.
-Fire Extinguisher is in the front hall closet on main floor as well as at the top of the stairs, on the left, on the top floor.
-Laundry is located outside beside the front door.

1. All returning guests who have already stayed with us will receive a 10% discount off their nightly rate for their next booking, at any of our properties.
2. If prior guests refer new guests, the new guests receive a 5% discount off their nightly rate, and the prior guests will receive an incentive of 5% sent to them by e-transfer, at any of our properties. Please let us know who referred you via message upon booking!
