The space
This spacious suite includes in floor heating and full private bathroom with a new waterfall type shower. Private access is secure as you will be provided your own key. The mini fridge and toaster/coffee/tea kitchenette allow for a quick bite before jumping into Vancouver. If anything is missing, jut let us know!
Guest access
There is free street parking, 2 hours between 11AM and 4PM, otherwise no restrictions. All the main bus lines run through Lonsdale (1 block away) or 15th street (3 blocks away). We are a few minutes from the highways and a bit more to the bridges.
Other things to note
The key to the suite is located in the lock box on the door adjacent to the suite door. We will contact you after you book with us to provide the lock box code. The key inside is for the sliding glass doors (not the door the lock box is hanging on). Our storage room is located adjacent to the suite entrance, so you may occasionally see us coming in and out of the storage or on the stairs leading to the suite.

Our home is the perfect base to explore all that the North-Shore has to offer, from snowy slopes to beautiful hikes on Vancouver's famous mountains. We are even minute away from the award-winning The Shipyards development, come check out the amazing experience and support our local economy.

This suite is minutes to Lynn Valley trails, Lonsdale Quay shops and Park & Tilford centre. Transit available right next door; bike or walk/jog to Lonsdale Quay, take 228 for 8 min bus to Seabus, or take the new rapid transit bus to Park Royal.

We have 3 well marked visitor parking spots in the back-alley of the complex. Guests are welcome to use if a spot is open and there is no need to request a pass. if open they can park there anytime during their stay.

There are "no parking "signs directly in front of our unit on 3rd st. (do not park in front of units 9-15) HOWEVER you are open to park in front of Units 1-8 or further east / west alsong 3rd street.

There are also options along moody ave, 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th. Please be mindful as some areas allow overnight parking, but limits parking time during the day. other areas are completely open.

Street Parking is FREE.

This is a legal lock-off ground level suite covering the first 2 floors of a newly constructed town home with separate entrance and private patio.

Welcome to my 3 bedroom suite near the Lonsdale Quay for Sea bus, the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Grouse Mountain. It is situated in a quite neighbourhood but walking distance to Lonsdale Avenue where you can enjoy the international culinary options or sip on a good cup of java. The suite is large to accommodate up to 8 guests on 3 king size beds and a sofa bed. Included is a small kitchenette (No Cooking), in-suite laundry, 1 full bathroom and 1 washroom.

All guests have exclusive access to the whole suite (not the whole house) and it is not shared with anyone else.

Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house which is only valid during your stay.

The suite is located on the ground floor of my house. It comprised 3 bedrooms with each room having a king-size bed.

The living room has a double sofa bed; therefore, we can comfortably sleep up to 8 people

The unit has 1 full bathroom and 1 washroom with toilet only.

There is free street parking at the front of the house for 2 hours, and there is limit-free parking on Mahon Ave across the street from St. Edmund's Parish.

We have a small kitchenette (not kitchen, only sink) with an on-demand microwave (Requested by local law...) and toaster kettle for simple meals and a wine fridge/fridge.

2. We don't allow cooking and we don't have a kitchen in our suite, we will not be able to provide refund if you cancel your reservation on this.

3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

The space
One of only two apartments in this Heritage Award winning building this 960 sf. space is private, quiet and has fir floors, coffered ceilings and claw foot tub from the original layout of 1912. Fully renovated in 2012 by the current owner, the unit also has a gas fireplace in the living room for those cozy nights. There is a shared back balcony with a BBQ and stunning city views. The building is also home to a neighborhood coffee shop and a hair salon on the main level. Laundry facilities are also available in the basement if required.
This building has been featured in many commercials, films and TV series; most recently, A Dog's Way Home. The suite itself was featured in the series I-Zombie in 2017.

The space
The guest suite is on the ground floor of our house along the east side. It has 2 bdrms - both have large closets, with drawers and hanging spaces, windows with blackout blinds, queen size beds each with a duvet and four pillows, and two luggage racks per room. The bathroom is accessed from the living room and has 2 sinks, 1 toilet and bathtub/shower with glass doors. Towels, bath mat, hairdryer, and shower gel provided. There is no access to or use of our yard but there are many parks nearby. No smoking in suite or on property.

Guest access
The guest suite has a separate entrance at the east side of the house and is accessible from the front of the house only - ie from the street. There is ample street parking right out front. The guest suite door utilizes a pass code which we will provide prior to check-in. No smoking in suite or on property.

Other things to note
No smoking of any kinds in our suite or on our property. Our home is in a quiet North Vancouver neighbourhood, walking distance to Lonsdale Avenue 1.7 km) where there are many shops and restaurants (approximately 20 minute walk). Our home is about 150 metres from Loutet Park and some walking trails. We are three blocks from “Grand Blvd” which is a big wide open green space with walking paths. Access to some great hiking is close by via Lynn Headwaters Regional Park. The entire North Shore is a hikers paradise in my opinion. Three local ski hills - Cypress, Grouse, Mt Seymour are each 15-30 minutes away and accessible by public transportation. Downtown Vancouver and concert venues are easily accessible by bus and Seabus. The 240 bus stop which is direct to downtown is about 600 metres from our house - translink has all the details on bus and seabus routes and schedules.

This building has been featured in many commercials, films and TV series; most recently, A Dog's Way Home. The suite itself was featured in the series I-Zombie in 2017.
