This private suite is located on 5 acres overlooking Fountain Mountain and the Fraser River. The suite is detached from the house with your own entrance and en suite. We are located 2km from downtown Lillooet, winery and the golf course. Cliff and Gorge winery is up the road. Seton Lake is 4 minutes away and there are many sites to take in within a short distance. Our property is a little shady oasis in the desert.
A full continental breakfast with locally sourced ingredients is provided.

The space
The suite is clean and cozy and has a 3 piece bathroom and we provide coffee and tea that you can enjoy on your own porch. The suite is separated from the house by an outdoor hallway. There is an eating area, cutlery and basic housewares are provided. There is a drip coffee maker, coffee press, electric kettle, coffee grinder, microwave, toaster and fridge for your use.
The property is run as a small campground so there will be other like minded travellers in RVs and tents.

Originally built on the property of Lillooet's historic apiary, Golden Cariboo Honey, this home is made and managed by the beekeeping family that has been making honey in the region since the 1950s. Our beautiful wooded property is 6.4 acres in size. The three 21-foot yurts, a total of 1080sq, offer a unique escape with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

The space
Escape to our secluded off-grid sanctuary. Three cozy 21ft yurts await, all connected by a spacious wooden deck. Our shared bathhouse ensures modern comfort with a full bath/shower, toilet and sink.
An outdoor living room and fire pit area are a perfect space for family and friends to unwind and relax comfortably.
Firewood can be purchased on site for $30 a wheelbarrow load or scavenger the forest floor for some free wood. A propane fire pit is available for purchase during fire bans. 20lb tanks of propane are $50. Nearby trails allow for motor sports or leisurely strolls. Enjoy fishing, swimming, canoeing, and kayaking adventures just minutes away at Anderson or Birkenhead Lake.
Complementary wifi is available. Our signal isn’t the best for streaming but good for emails, surfing the web and wifi calling.

There is no cell reception or any stores north of Mt Currie.

Turn right over the red single lane bridge when you reach the “pin”.
Drive straight for 700m and you will see two wine barrels on your right hand side.
On the right hand barrel, you will notice a sign made out of Mexican license plates saying “Lot 4”.
You will see the yurts set back 300ft amongst the trees as you turn in to the driveway.
We are off grid using solar energy to power the property. We also have a backup generator if there is not enough sunshine to keep up with power consumption.
We have our own well with beautifully clean, crisp drinking water.

The parking area is about 50 meters away from the yurt, and you will walk down a short trail to access the yurt from where you park the car. If you need help carrying your belongings let us know and we can assist you.
Other things to note
Access is via the Highline Road/Anderson Lake Road, 23km from D'Arcy and 3km from Seton Portage. This is an unpaved, mountainous road - and you should be comfortable driving on roads like this to access this place, or have a 4x4 vehicle if you don't have experience driving this type of road. We are in a remote location and the drive along Anderson Lake is stunning but you should be prepared for driving on an unpaved mountain road.

Welcome to Barney Bay on Anderson Lake, British Columbia, Canada. Stunning lake and glacier mountain views in your own private bay - an ultimate off grid holiday experience. Pristine water for fishing, boating, stand up paddle, swimming and water sports.

Accessible by a 5 minute boat or fly in by helicopter, floatplane or bring your own boat. This property features two cabins, plenty of outdoor living with over 5000 sq ft of deck and a wood fired sauna plus outdoor shower.
The space
Located in an exclusive bay in one of the most pristine lakes in BC with no other cabins or buildings in sight. Perfect for a quiet getaway or for enjoying boating, fishing and water sports with spectacular nature, wildlife, white sand beaches and waterfalls at your finger tips. Located 1 hour's driving distance North of the resort town of Whistler and just 40 mins past the town of Pemberton. You will be greeted on arrival at the campground in D'arcy where your hosts will bring you by boat to the property which takes about 5 minutes.

The property boasts a main house and guest house. The main cabin has a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining tables, indoor fireplace, bathroom with shower and bedroom with a king size bed (sleeps 2). Outside deck has a bbq and gas heaters for chilly nights and late night late star gazing.

The guest cabin has 2 queen size beds in two very small rooms. The loft is an area for sleeping that has 2 single beds made into a king and one single bed (sleeps 7) with full bathroom with tub and a sitting area.

There is high speed WiFi throughout the property with a large screen TV in the main house for you to plug into your Netflix or Apple accounts. Surround sound stereo throughout including high quality speakers outside on both upper and lower decks with headphone jack to connect to your devices (with option to control music from phone wirelessly inside of applications such as Spotify).

On the main deck is a wood fired sauna and outdoor shower and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views.

We have two docks if you want to bring your own boat. In D'arcy there is a public boat launch. There is parking for cars and trailers.

We provide one boat shuttle to and from the parking in D'arcy upon arrival and departure.

The summers can be quite hot in Lillooet, up to 40oC (104oF). Our apartment has AC and it is only 15 minutes by car to Seton lake where it always is cool.

This home is small, but it is mighty! (And practical!) The modern Murphy bed folds up to create a spacious feeling living room while easily folding down to provide a comfortable sleeping space.

AC (necessary in the heat of lillooet summer), linens, pillows, basic cookware and coffee are provided. Please note there is no microwave in this space.

Centrally located only minutes from Lillooet Main Street and shops. Walking distance to popular local hiking trails including Red Rock (the views from there are nothing short of spectacular.) 5 minutes drive to Award Winning Fort Berens Winery and stunning Seton Lake. Other local excursions include: Sturgeon Fishing on the mighty Fraser River, 9 hole Golf Course ( that includes local sheep that roam the course making for a unique and fun experience!) , History Museum and more!

This is a spacious, clean three bedroom home on the upper floor of the house with all of the amenities you need. One full bathroom with tub & shower, plus one half-bath in the Master bedroom. Central heat & air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional and the grocery store is only 750m away. Quiet, residential neighbourhood close enough to walk to downtown. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views from the bright interior or the deck!

The space
The house is perched on top of the hill overlooking the mighty Fraser Rover and Fort Berens Winery.
There is a large deck overlooking some of the best views of the mountains and river with lots of sunshine and access from the kitchen and dining areas.
The living area is open-concept with flow-through from kitchen to dining to living area, all with lots of windows.
The recently installed central air conditioning & heating system will keep the house comfortably cool on the hot summer days of summer and warm in winter.
The 3 bedrooms are located along the front of the house overlooking the street - Queen/Double/Queen.
There is little to no backyard as it slopes off steeply - not really recommended for toddlers or young children who will be running around without immediate supervision.
No pets are allowed at this property.
There is a caretaker/owner suite downstairs with a fully separate entrance and separate facilities.

Other things to note
The house is in a very convenient location, with trails to walk into downtown (about 15 minute walk) and very close to the mall where the large grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, hardware store and department store are located. There is parking available for up to 3 vehicles at no extra charge.

Park Place Suite is perfectly situated just a 5-minute drive from downtown, trails, hikes and the Fraser River. If you’re looking for even more adventure Seton Lake, fishing, hunting, golfing, wine tastings, spa treatments and the passenger train are all within a 5-minute drive.
After checking yourself in with the keypad, you’ll be greeted by the open living area which includes the fully-stocked kitchen to your left and the sizable living room to your right. On your way to the bedroom you’ll pass by the bathroom and full-size washer and dryer before laying your eyes on the immaculate queen size bed.

There is a sitting/patio area just outside the door where you can enjoy the quiet and
take in beautiful mountain view or enjoy watching your children playing at the park.

There are occasional baseball tournaments he odd weekend, during summer months, making the street a bit busy with traffic and people and you can always relax while take in a good ball game.

Quiet, cozy, private upper floor of our Lillooet Home, with beautiful southern views of the Fraser River Valley. The home features a private entrance , parking and outdoor areas including a deck with gazebo situated under our large apricot tree. Perfect for a peaceful morning coffee, or an evening BBQ. The large guest driveway can easily accomodate several cars, or an RV or truck/trailer.

The space
The suite occupies the full upper floor of our updated home.
We have a dedicated parking space, gated yard with gazebo outdoor seating and a small propane bbq with grilling tools.

There is a full sized kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and large fridge/freezer, as well as kitchen table and seating for 4.

The bedroom is average size with a small portable a/c unit and queen bed with nightstands.

The second bed is located in the large living room for guests that need additional sleeping space.

The living area is airy and bright with beautiful views of the Fraser River Valley, mountains and winery.

We located in a quiet residential area immediately above Main Street, and within 200 metres of the Red Rock hiking trail.

Guests have the full upper floor with separate parking, private non-shared upper yard, private entrance and gazebo with a smaller propane bbq. Our large, specially dedicated guest parking can easily accomodate an RV or trailer. Ample street parking (free), is adjacent to the suite.

Other things to note
Our home is located in a residential neighbourhood, and we ask that our guests respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm.

We do have video cameras onsite. They do not view the guest areas, nor do they view inside the home. However, the cameras do view the upper driveway ( guest driveway ).

The space
Perfect for work crews! Lots of space to spread out after work and have space to relax and do your own thing. The house has 3 separate 'living room' areas plus a glassed-in sun room overlooking the back yard, so that you have room to relax and do your own thing.

Secluded back yard backing on to the 'desert' of Lillooet, intimate space, completely private and quiet.
The upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, plus a large living room/TV room and a spacious den that can be used as a sleeping space (we sometimes use it as a yoga studio - perfect lighting!)
There is one large bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed plus two smaller bedrooms each with a double bed.
The downstairs is a finished basement with a renovated, extra large bedroom with a Queen bed. Lounge area downstairs with pellet stove & lots of comfortable seating.

The whole house is available but the Garage and storage off the garage are not accessible to guests.
The home owners maintain the outdoor space, landscaping, etc but will be respectful and will not interfere with your enjoyment of the space!

Please respect that our home is located in a residential neighbourhood and we ask you to kindly respect the neighbours, no noise outside after 9pm please.

PLEASE no smoking of any kind inside the house, and if you do smoke, please dispose of your butts in the provided containers or put them in a can - don't throw them into the gardens.

This full-sized 610 square foot space, 1 bedroom with full size pull out bed in the couch is the perfect place to relax after a long day of adventuring or spending time around town.

With a gas firepit and a full custom kitchen, and high end finishings throughout, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time.

Our 1 bedroom (2 bed), 1 bathroom space sleeps up to 4 adults (1 queen and 1 hide a bed sofa with extra large full mattress). This is a great option for adult couples or friends traveling together.

*- The Pool is Closed for the season . Opening in spring.
-Due to the pool, location is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.
- This is a SHARED property. Guests have a designated area, but the yard and patio are shared. Only respectful groups and individuals should book this listing.
- The pool is shared use with us, and pool use can be booked ahead of time.
-Pool hours 10:30am-8pm, Mon- Sun

Please notify us immediately if any damage has occurred so we can work out a fair solution (for example stains on the sofa, damage to furniture or electronics, damage to walls, broken dishes, etc.). We're reasonable and understand wear and tear, but repairs, replacements, or professional cleaning costs may become the responsibility of the guest and/or may be escalated to Airbnb for resolution.

🐾 Please note: This is not a pet-friendly stay.
However, there is an excellent boarding kennel just 15 minutes outside of town. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to help you set up arrangements for your pet during your visit.

🐕‍🦺 If you require a service dog, we completely understand and welcome you. We kindly ask, if possible, for a heads-up beforehand so we can arrange for additional deep cleaning after your stay, as we both suffer from allergies and asthma. While we understand it is not legally required to notify us, it is greatly appreciated and helps us prepare the home for future guests.
