There is liquor store beside the hotel, and across the street bunch of other stores, The Bay, Save-on-Foods, other liquor store, so you can have most of your needs met right there. We are a family of 4 with 2 mini dachshunds and a cat that live upstairs. We are pretty quiet but you may hear us walking around or my dog will occasionally bark if someone knocks on the door or if they're outside. You may see us outside doing yard work or enjoying a fire (you’re more than welcome to join). Our yard is a shared space with people, our dogs (we accompany our weenies when they’re outside) and the local deer and quail population. ***Please be aware that we have shared heat and A/C where the main control is in our main-living space upstairs. We have the central A/C set to 23 degrees and the heat is set to 22 degrees. The suite does have electric heat to supplement in the winter.

The keyless private entry is very convenient and there is one on-street parking space. The full kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, island and pantry with all the conveniences. The bar has basic utensils including various highball and wine glasses and corkscrew.
Locally there are wineries, bike and walking trails, tennis and pickleball courts and many fine dining establishments. You can even take a walk or kayak to a pub on the waterfront.

The suite is suitable for 4 people.

It is fully furnished and the kitchen is stocked with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans, dish cloths, coffee, tea, honey, sugar, coffee mate and basic spices.

We provide all bedding and bath towels. We ask that you bring your own toiletries and not to use our towels for the beach.
You are responsible for your own housekeeping during your stay.

This upper level suite has its own entrance and ample parking. The suite is quite private with great views of the lake and the city of Vernon.

Conveniently located close to amenities and recreation. It is 5 minutes to town; minutes from 4 golf courses; Okanagan and Kalamalka lakes; O’Keefe Ranch; water slides,; and The Rail Trail. Silver Star Resort is approximately 20 minutes away.

There is no smoking of any kind in the suite. No pets allowed. The suite is located above our small production facility. There can be the slight possibility of a bit of low grade noise between11am and 3 pm, if a large order comes in during your stay.

This unit features a cozy king sized bed, a full kitchen, laundry, TV, AC, and a full-sized sofa bed. Most comfortable for two, but can accommodate 3. This is a studio apartment, with an open-concept sleeping area, living space and kitchen.

This private condo is accessed using a secure door code, with a key-fob provided upon arrival to access the front door of the building and other amenities.
