The space
Located off a quiet country road on 10 acres of certified organic orchard overlooking North Okanagan including Kalamalka and Okanagan lakes. The house sits in a large yard with plenty of grassy area, inside has been modernized and is fully equipped.

There are 4 spoilt sheep, 3 pampered geese, some doted on ducks and cute chicken roaming the lower part of the farm near the 6 acre gala orchard.

Gatherings are limited to members of group staying in the house.

The upstairs has lower ceilings, about 7 feet in the peak. TV services are crave, cbc gem and utube.

Located on Bella Vista Rd, just a short drive from The Rise Golf Course, Davison's Orchard, and Planet Bee. 7 minute drive to the boat launch and multiple local beaches, 30 minute drive to the Kelowna Airport, and 30 minute drive to SilverStar mountain.

The space
Two bedrooms plus a hide-a-bed in the living room for sleeping arrangements. Two bathrooms, one is an ensuite, and one is a main bathroom. Ensuite has a shower and the main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. It has a fully stocked kitchen with place settings for 6. Each bedroom and the living room have smart TV's, with access to all the streaming apps. High speed telus Fibre internet. Outdoor living space with fire table and outdoor couches. There is a BBQ on the patio with all BBQ utensils. There is laundry with detergent and dryer sheets, as well as a dishwasher with dishwasher tabs. Back yard is fully fenced. We have a level 2 car charger in the carport, so feel free to bring your electric car and enjoy complementary charging. Bring your swim suits because there is a hot tub in the back. There is also a selection of board games, cards, crib board. The living room TV has a sound bar that you can link up your device via Bluetooth and play music, and there is also a portable Bluetooth speaker for use during your stay, but please don't remove it from the property. If you have any other questions during your stay don't hesitate to ask.

This rental is a full carriage house. It is private and separated from the rest of the farm. It has a private, fully fenced back yard, with a large patio, patio set, fire table, and hot tub. A big turf yard makes an excellent space for lawn games. There is also a carport on the side of the carriage house for parking up to two cars, plus an extra parking space next to the carport for 1 to 2 cars. If you need more parking that can be arranged, just ask!

Access to the home is through the backyard and there is a smart lock. Upon departure, guests are kindly requested to ensure that all doors are securely locked.

There is a suite in the home and they do have a small dog, no areas of the home are shared and you will probably never see them. However there may be some noise, but should be limited.

Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa boast lake views, rooftop patio and is conveniently located near the hot tub and waterfront fire pit area. Just a 3-minute walk to South Bay’s pool, hot tub, and beach. A peaceful, family frienly place at the Outback Resort.
