Our craftsman style rancher`s open floor plan offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and entertain. The large kitchen is equipped with plenty of counter space and seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Eat at our country style indoor dining table or step outside through the 20 ft expansive glass folding doors that open up to the pool area and share the meal on our 14 ft outdoor dining table.

The bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect place to rest after a day by the pool or a day of exploring the area. We have 6 bedrooms to choose from, 4 of which we are able to rent at one time, allowing you to choose which 4 bedrooms suit your group the best. We have a maximum occupancy of 14 which we strictly enforce.

A day at the pool can be the perfect way to relax and spend quality time with family and friends. Start the day by setting up camp in your favorite spot, complete with chairs, towels, and a few pool toys. With the sun shining and the water sparkling, take a dip and cool off with a refreshing swim. Take some time to float around on a floatie and soak up some rays!

If you’re feeling competitive, challenge your family and friends to a game of Marco Polo. For a more laid-back afternoon, break out a good book, or grab a snack and relax in the shade. Finish off the day with a BBQ and a few rounds of cards or sit around the outdoor fireplace making smores. By the end of the day, you’ll be sure to have made plenty of memories and had a great time with your loved ones.

For more fun we`ve got a large games room with ping pong, basketball, air-hockey, foosball, shuffleboard and a poker table. It`s sure to bring a smile to faces of youngsters and adults alike.

Enjoy Okanagan lifestyle with nearby wineries, golf, tennis, pickleball, biking, hiking, paddleboarding, boating and two blocks from the lake. Only a 10 minute drive to Predator Ridge Golf and five minutes to local wineries. Boat launches are 2 minutes from the property.

We have a 3 night minimum throughout the year. During summer months we have a 7 night minimum stay running Saturday to Saturday.

This is not a party house as we welcome families and matured renters only. We are unable to host weddings or events. We monitor noise levels with the use of a noise monitor which will send you a friendly reminder when things are a little loud.

Parties and Events: We love a good celebration, but to keep the atmosphere cozy for all our guests and neighbors, no parties or events are permitted during your stay.

Quiet Hours: To respect our lovely neighbors, we have outdoor quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM Sunday through Thursday, and from 10 PM to 8 AM on Friday and Saturday. We ask that you keep outdoor music and noise to a minimum. Feel free to enjoy music and noise outdoors during other hours, just please keep it below the property line!

Booking Age: To ensure a responsible stay, our guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

We have a NO pet policy.

Parking: Please limit parking to a maximum of 8 vehicles on the property to keep things organized and accessible. Overnight street parking is not permitted.

No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. We kindly ask that you smoke outside, as any evidence of smoking inside may result in a minimum fine of $500.

Noise Monitoring: To maintain a peaceful environment, we use noise monitoring devices. Tampering with them will lead to immediate eviction and forfeit of any fees for unused nights or amenities.

Please note that we have an outdoor camera which monitors the driveway.

- "This is the second time the 9 of us have stayed at this fabulous home. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners Karen and Sib who showed us a few changes since our last visit. These two excellent hosts made us feel so welcome and special. They suggested and arranged an in house wine tasting by a local winery which was so much fun, entertaining, and very informative. Karen made and delivered a very professional and beautiful charcuterie board to pair with our wine tasting. It was delicious and really added to this “WOW” experience. The home is located close to the Kelowna airport and there are a couple of large chain grocery stores enroute to the home from the airport. It is excellent for larger groups as it has everything you need to prepare meals in the super stocked kitchen and so many things to do for all ages. The pool and hot tub are always the perfect temperature and a lovely place to spend the afternoon on the many pool toys. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed with the beds being very “comfy”. Sib and Karen were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our group has been meeting every 2 years for decades and this is the best place we have ever stayed. We are already looking forward to our next"

The home is well appointed, with spacious indoor areas and a beautiful outdoor space with a pool and incredible views of the lake. The house is HUGE and is accommodating for a decent sized group. We definitely spent most of our time outside on the lower deck where the heated saltwater pool is! The hosts were super responsive and checked in a few times to ensure everything was up to par - and it sure was. Mona and Jas were super thorough about the booking and check-in process, and with good reason - the house is gorgeous and the wrong crowd might assume it is a party house. Beasley public park with running track, beach volley ball, playground and public beach a short 2 minute walk. Public free tennis courts less than 5 minute walk. The famous rail trail, perfect for cycling and walking is situated right next door, a 5 minute walk from our front door. The trail runs adjacent to Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake with spectacular views. Bring your bicycles or rent one just down the street.
Wood Lake offers the best water sports in the Okanagan because it tends to have less waves. It is also BC’s premier Kokanee fishing lake with good size great eating inland fresh water salmon. Take your boat through a channel into Kalamalka Lake and enjoy one of the most beautiful lakes in Canada.

- "Very nice property" - "Ted and Benita’s property at Wood Lake Villas was stunning! Villa is sticker on a very safe and quiet gated community with very friendly neighbours. Property was super clean upon arrival. Kitchen was equipped with top end appliances and all necessary kitchen utensils. The townhouse was very spacious for 7 adults and beds were very comfortable. Beach and water access is a short 2 min walk down the lane. Electric boat lift Was a very nice bonus to renting this VRBO. Wood lake, although not as clean as kalamalka is very warm. Nice to have the options to use the channel to boat to kalamalka for the day. Ted’s property is close to many amenities and we would definitely recommend renting this property. "

- "Very beautiful place,exceptional view on the lake" - "The suite in this house is nice and quiet. It is located on a very windy and narrow road up the coast so ensure you have a confident and experienced driver and bring groceries with you before leaving Kelowna. The suite itself was clean and was well appointed (no coffee maker though). It was quiet, private and had wonderful views of the lake and mountains. However, the doors and windows were challenging to open, close and lock. There were no screens in the windows, so potentially dangerous for kids. Access to the suite is up a steep set of stairs as well. Overall the property wouldn’t be suitable for kids or anyone with accessibility or mobility challenges. There is lake/beach access, but is down a very steep and winding path so would need good hiking shoes and physical fitness to get there and back. We had also understood that access to the swimming pool would be private for those using the suite, but if there are other guests of the property owner, they can also use it. There were mechanical issues with the pool cover while we were there, so the pool was uncovered and was unfortunately not as clean or maintained (chlorine levels were low) as it might have been if it had been covered. The view from the pool was amazing though!!! Overall, my friends and I enjoyed our stay. Some of the information shared in this review would have been nice for us to know in advance though. "

My vacation home is set up for Sunday to Sunday check in/out and a week min booking.

The condo is completely self contained with full kitchen and laundry as well as a beautiful barbacue area overlooking the lake just 2 doors down from my unit.

My condo is one of the best ones available at the Delta Grand which is now part of the Marriot family of hotels. It is right on the board walk looking out over the water and Yacht club. It has 24 ft vaulted ceilings and the 2nd bedroom is in a loft with its own balcony and bathroom.

When the Marriot Delta Grand rents my condo out they charge six to seven hundred per night in the summer months.

The Marriot Delta Grand is also 1 block from beaches, parks and night life and shopping in downtown Kelowna.

- "Beautiful and spacious, great property however… Lots of broken chairs, appliances and other amenities flagged as “do not use” . The front was overgrown with weeds and a non functional water feature. Also no cookware at all(frying pan, baking sheets, spatulas, serving dishes and so on). In general it is in need of updating. We did have a good time this property could be fantastic with a little more care. " - "We booked this villa from August 1st to 5th for a VIP customer. Although the exterior of the villa looked impressive, the overall experience was disappointing. The villa lacked a washing machine and dryer, which was not mentioned before our stay. The pool water was murky upon arrival and remained dirty until 5 PM the next day, making it unusable for two days. Additionally, one of the chairs was broken and posed a risk of injury, while another was extremely wobbly and unsafe. The BBQ grill was very dirty and unusable due to a lack of cleaning, and the frying pan had loose screws with many pots having ill-fitting lids. We contacted the host immediately via Vrbo inbox, inquiring about how they would take responsibility for these issues. However, we only received a response a week later, stating they were "out of town." It took two weeks to get a final answer. Given the high cost, we are deeply disappointed by the host’s lack of responsibility and the poor management of the property. This experience fell far short of what we expected for the price paid."

- "When we arrived, the host “forgot” to turn the alarm off to the house. Pool was freezing and dirty. If you want it heated, the host will makes you pay extra. It’s not worth it because he claims he turns the heat on “remotely” but the pool never got hot so we couldn’t swim. There was mouse poop in the kitchen and in the pots and pans. Host told us they had addressed the issue previously. The master shower doesn’t drain and leaked and we couldn’t use it. The two times we tried to shower in it, it leaked all over the bathroom and through the ceiling into the downstairs bedroom, all over our clothes and personal belongings. I have pictures and videos of everything and have submitted to VRBO. Host was initially responsive and agreed to a refund; however, stopped replying to all communication and has not refunded the money he agreed to. Also, beware, it appeared there may be cameras throughout the house. There are plenty of other houses. Don’t waste your money on this one, especially since the host doesn’t follow up and communicate. Hoping VRBO steps up and addresses the refund issue and issues with the host."
