Full access to a whole section of a mother-daughter house out in the county. Less than a 10min drive to the freeway, restaurants, and stores.

Note: there are tenants downstairs and the other section of the house. Expect noise.

Guest access
There are three wide parking spots designated for Airbnb guests visible on the pictures of the listing. A short walk on the sidewalk along the right side of the home leads to the small porch and into the mother-daughter home’s entrance. Feel free to enjoy that whole section of the house, the porch, the grill, and the whole fenced-off yard in front of the porch.

Other things to note
A few additional notes:

1. The bathtub and shower are fully functional but turning on the shower head is slightly unintuitive. With the water turned on - pull down on the tip of the bathtub facet to close it and activate the shower head.

2. The refrigerator is not connected to water so there is no ice made from it and it does not dispense water. Instead, we put ice trays. Additionally, we will leave several water bottles. in the shelves Also note that the tap water is filtered centrally throughout the house and safe to drink.

3. The entire house is supplied with clean well water that also goes through an expensive water softener, so enjoy it!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just one mile from the interstate and close to shopping and restaurants in the Spokane Valley. Bike and walking trails are minutes away as well as the Spokane River.

The space
There is a back patio for chilling and enjoying a meal. Also the couch is a futon that pulls out into a bed that is available if there are more than two guests. It works great for kids!
The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, we like to ride our bikes to the valley trail and then enjoy refreshments at Darcy’s!

Contemporarily furnished studio with all the amenities including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Skylights and well placed windows allow natural light to flow. Desks, a raised dining table, a lift-top coffee table, and high-speed internet make it ideal for remote work. Central AC and forced air heating keep it feeling comfortable. Located just a few blocks from Manito Park and within a 10 minute walk from many amenities and restaurants like yoga studios, Rockwood Bakery, and Manito Tap House.

This is a 525 square foot studio. The queen bed has a comfortable memory foam matters. There is ample space in closets for storage. The bathroom is a tub-shower combo. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent located in a closet in the bathroom as well.

Guest access
The studio can be accessed by passing through the side yard and accessing the side door to the garage (see photos). Once you open this door, a second door with a key pad will give you exclusive access to the unit. Once you enter the key-pad secured door, a flight of stairs leads up to the apartment.

This studio is above a detached garage. Only the tenants of the main house have access to the garage, and you may hear them from time to time when they access the garage.

Clean, comfortable, and larger than expected, our guests rave about the comfortable couches, the amazing bed, and the serenity of the Little Spokane River. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon shade on the new River Front Deck, with propane fire pit included.

Property has two driveway entrances, choose either. Parking for 2 vehicles next to small garden shed. You will be given a unique door code for access during your stay.

Other things to note
**IMPORTANT** The bridge located next to our property is currently being replaced, access is only available from Little Spokane Dr, or highway 2 via Colbert Rd to Little Spokane. Project scheduled June 1, 2024 - November 30 2024 and again April 1, 2025 until complete (likely mid June 2025)

There is construction noise that is beyond my control, work takes place from 7:00 am until about 4:00 pm M-F. However every day is different with some days being very quiet and other days there is a decent amount of machine noise. However after quitting time it is almost silent down here, especially because the road is closed and there is no traffic. Please message me with any concerns and I’ll be as helpful as I can be!

The construction crews have been extremely polite, helpful, and aware that we have guests staying. Check our recent reviews for any concerns regarding construction. We are here to help make your stay fun and enjoyable!

Property is located on a private river (1 of 3 in the country) that is waist to chest deep and flows at a moderate pace. Fishing is permitted with a valid fishing license. Swimming is permitted but please speak with owner prior to your first dip in!

Enjoy the best of both worlds—our farm is walking distance to Riverside State Park and the Centennial Trail, yet just a 10-minute drive to downtown Spokane. Borrow e-bikes for a quick 3-minute ride to the river or a scenic 20-minute ride downtown. River access for swimming and fishing is a 15-minute walk downhill (or 3 minutes by car). A very private location on our property so you will never have to see us if desired. Kick back and relax in this stylish space above our detached garage. The guesthouse is far removed from our estate on five private acres. Larger than an average hotel room and much more nicely furnished. A recent guest said “this was the perfect template for an Airbnb”. Lots of wildlife on the property. This is a very private setting with tons of trees. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day.

Our house sits on 5 acres where our horses, chickens and ducks roam (horse boarding during your stay can be arranged). We have unobstructed views of Mount Spokane and the surrounding Selkirk mountains. The main North-South highway is less than a minute away, but far enough to avoid noise.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire studio, which includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, and main room. While you're welcome to engage with our farm animals, we kindly ask that you respect the boundaries set by the fences and maintain the privacy of others on the property

Other things to note
We have great cellphone reception and WIFI! The smart tv offers access to your favorite streaming services.

We typically provide fruits, yogurt and fresh farm eggs for breakfast. Coffee and tea is provided as well. If you have specific food requirement let us know in advance.

We’re pleased to offer complimentary laundry services for stays of one week or more. Your items will be washed and dried, and we’ll provide a basket for you to fold them at your convenience. Just let us know when you’d like to take advantage of this service!

The space
It may only be a studio but the views are grand. Sweeping views of both the lake and mountains from inside and out are sure to delight.

We have always loved spending time near the water and are thrilled to share this lakefront space with you. You’ll find everything you need for a great getaway, summer or winter.

In this charming studio, one spacious room accommodates all the living and sleeping spaces.

Sleeping/Living Specifics:
You’ll find a comfortable queen size bed, along with an open closet. A couch, coffee table, and TV make up a great little living room space accompanied by a round table and three chairs for your dining enjoyment.
(The couch does fold flat and can be used for an additional sleeping space for one adult or one -two small children - prior approval needed before booking.)

While a full oven and stove are not provided we’re confident you’ll find everything you need to whip up a good meal.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
This property has two separate rental units. In addition to this studio, on site is a home that sleeps 8+ guests that may be occupied while you are there. That unit has its own separate porches, hot tub, and fire pit space.
The flat grassy space, beach (when water level allows) and dock are shared spaces for both units as well as the kayaks, canoe, and paddle board and other beachfront accessories. But there is plenty of space for all. The BBQ is also shared.

There are a lot of stairs on the property so keep that in mind if you have physical limitations.

4WD may be necessary in the winter.

This newly remodeled guest house is in a park like setting on 2 groomed acres. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedroom has a king size bed and lots of drawer space with walk-in closet. The living room can be used as a bedroom, as it has a barn door and comfy pull out couch. We have 2 comfortable fold up cots available which can be used in living room and adjoining foyer. Shopping, golfing and other activities are close by.
