This 1617 sq. ft. two-story 3 bedroom/2 bath year-round vacation home has a large loft and sleeps 10 comfortably. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished. The Great Room has floor to ceiling windows, and the log staircase and vertical logs supporting the cathedral ceiling add to the rustic charm of this lovely mountain home. The alluring view draws your eyes outward through quaking aspens and pines, and to the rising mountains that form the Continental Divide to the North.

It was here in 1805 that the Lewis and Clark expedition looked for a passage over the Divide to link the Missouri River to the Columbia River and down to the Pacific Ocean.

Knotty pine tongue and groove walls and ceilings, custom pine plank flooring, slate tiles, and plush wall-to-wall carpet create a cozy and rustic atmosphere in the cabin. The master bedroom with its log bed and full bath is right down the hall. The master bathroom has a bath/shower combination. In the rear of the cabin is a large mudroom, that has a washer and a dryer and a door to the rear deck. The rear deck is very private and looks out over the adjoining Targhee National Forest that rises to the heights of Sawtelle Mountain. To the side of the cabin in the rear is a fire pit, where you can gather to roast marshmallows, share the day's activities and reminisce...

Up the log stairs is a large loft, with a queen size pullout couch and an over-stuffed chair with ottoman. It is a cozy place to talk, read, or watch movies on DVD or satellite TV. There are two upstairs bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and the other with a full size bunk bed and a twin trundle. The upstairs bathroom has a shower. Up a log ladder tucked under apex of the cathedral ceiling is an eagle’s nest loft. Your children will love to play there!

Out front the extensive redwood deck with its log railing looks offers views of aspens and pine trees, which creates a great sense of seclusion. Look forward to casual meals and BBQ's here, as you enjoy the view and the sound of the quaking aspens.

Depending on the season, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, white water rafting, water skiing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, sledding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing are all available in Island Park and neighboring West Yellowstone. You can literally snowmobile from the cabin onto trails that connect with groomed trails down the road in Henry’s Lake State Park, or into West Yellowstone and further into Idaho. You could also try the groomed trails at Big Springs (drive south on Highway 20 and take a left at Mack's Inn). There are also great opportunities for cross-country skiing - drive south on Highway 20 to Harriman State Park and enjoy the peace and quiet there. Or go to the world-famous RendezVous Ski trails in West Yellowstone and visit during the yearly Ski Festival around Thanksgiving, or take part in the yearly RendezVous Ski Races in March.

Back country skiing can be had right from the house. Ski up the foothills of Sawtelle Peak from the back door!

The fishing in Henry’s Lake and surrounding streams is a trout angler's dream and this area is a world-renowned fishery. The lake is home to the 'Henry's Lake 'Lunker,' a cutthroat-rainbow hybrid that can easily weigh up to 10 pounds. The lake also offers an abundance of brook, rainbow, and native cutthroat trout. The Henry's Fork of the Snake River flows out of the lake and winds its way through Harriman State Park to Ashton. This stretch of clear mountain water is acclaimed by fly-fishing enthusiasts as the 'best trout fishing stream in the U.S.'

Henry's Lake State Park on the southeast corner of the lake encompasses three unique ecosystems including the lake, wetlands and sagebrush steppe. Moose and antelope are a common sight and wildflowers bloom throughout the season. The 3-mile Aspen Loop Nature Trail is open to hikers and bikers.

High Mountain Adventures across from the Island Park Resort off of Highway 20 rents kayaks, canoes, rafts, tubes, 4-wheelers and mountain bikes. Or rent your snowmobile there during the winter. A note about your choices of vehicle and clothing: While this home is very easily accessible from 2 major two-lane highways (87 and 287), remember that you are visiting the Rocky Mountains. The driveway and short gravel access road to the house will be plowed of snow and are graded regularly, but we do recommend choosing a rental car appropriate for the season, weather and terrain in Montana. A 2WD vehicle will be fine most of the time, but 4WD and AWD vehicles are recommended during the snowy season which can begin as early as September all the way through June. Please be sure to check weather forecasts regularly. Weather in the mountains can be very dynamic and change quickly. People joke about experiencing all 4 seasons in one day once in a while. Keep various clothing layers and rain jackets handy while you are enjoying your outdoor activities, so you can always be safe and comfortable.

We provide a beautiful suite in our cabin overlooking Henry's Lake off US 87 in Island Park Idaho. Our cabin is 15 minutes away from West Yellowstone by car and is located 3.5 miles from the US 87/US 20 junction. Easy access to Yellowstone National Park. Excellent fishing, boating and water activities as well as hiking etc. Views of Henry's lake and mountains from our cabin. There is access to the lake down the road from the cabin and boat rentals available nearby. Opportunities to view elk, deer, moose, bears, and other wildlife on the mountainside behind the cabin. We are renting the first floor of our three level house. We prefer Covid Vaccinations for our safety and the safety of our guests.The bedroom in the suite has a queen bed We sleep 2 in the suite. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee pot with coffee, a refrigerator and freezer with ice. There is also a dining room table and chairs, a sofa, and two recliners. We have dishes, silverware, paper plates, and most anything else you may need. There is a wrap around deck with a covered patio and barbecue which is accessible to guests. We book 7 nights only during June - August, Saturday to Saturday. You are welcome to email us if you'd like to request a shorter stay. The $370 property fee cover a refundable $300 security deposit and a $70 Accidental Rental Property Damage Coverage of $3,000.

The home is situated on a 1.24-acre property in a quiet neighborhood of half a dozen homes. It is constructed of 14-inch diameter hand-peeled logs, creating a cozy and rustic lodge atmosphere. The deck offers a 220-degree view of the lake, unobstructed by houses and framed with attractive hand-peeled log railings.

Roxane's favorite thing is sitting on the porch and listening to the water peacefully lap the shore. Gaze upon ponds frequented by wild ducks and geese, and the vast lake beyond. The beautiful mountains of the Grand Tetons are in the distance. Mountains on both sides of the lake frequently are topped with snow in May and October and for the occasional summer storm. This completes a picturesque view of Henry's Lake and the Rocky Mountains making up the continental divide. An outdoor BBQ grill and outdoor seating are provided, where you'll enjoy quality time with friends and family. A 55-inch smart TV installed. We have black-out curtains in every room, updated in 2024.

A 2017 bathroom remodel provides a bathroom for the Elk room. Each of our four bedrooms has its own bathroom and shower. Please see our photo of the floor layout at the end of the photos.

Having the lake off the backyard makes it great for a fishing vacation since it is situated on one of the finest trophy still-water fisheries in North America. Locals catch and release many trout a day using wet fly techniques from a boat or float tube. Waders are helpful for fishing from the shore in May, September, and October. Cool temperatures allow the fish to come closer to shore. Because there are 3 streams feeding into the lake on either side of the home, paddling a float tube back and forth in front of the home at sunrise and sunset can provide a great yield of fish.

Fishing is excellent because Henry's Lake has abundant populations of Cutthroat, Brook, and trophy hybrid Cutbow trout. The largest fish in Henry's Lake are the rainbow/cutthroat hybrids that tip the scales up to 16 pounds. The state record for brook trout weighs in at 7.2 pounds and was caught in Henry’s Lake.

The home has a private marina nearby with a boat launch available for your use. A boat rental company, Wild Rose Ranch, is five minutes away. You can fish the nearby blue ribbon Madison river, Henry's Fork of the Snake River, Hebgen Lake, and Quake Lake within a 30 minute drive or less. Yellowstone Lake is 1.5 hours away, inside the Park, where there are no limits on delicious Lake trout.

You'll enjoy returning to this lovely, quiet log home after a busy day exploring Yellowstone National Park. The large lawn is well maintained and the owner provides sports equipment for outside activities. The back deck has a BBQ grill and outdoor seating. You'll enjoy quality time with friends and family as you gaze upon ponds and the vast lake beyond. Gorgeous views of Henry's Lake and the mountains will encourage you to relax and unwind as you take in the peace and quiet. The lakeside firepit will make beautiful memories on a starry night.

Surrounded by Targhee National Forest, the property is visited by elk, deer, moose, and a red fox. Ducks and geese frequent the property's ponds, while local osprey and bald eagles cruise the shoreline, providing excellent bird watching opportunities. Coyotes and owls can often be heard at night outside the house. The latest hatch of goslings and ducklings are fun to watch as the eat they backyard grass and dandelions in the spring. We have resident muskrat that chases ducks around the ponds. A glimpse of a short tailed weasel can be seen in the spring, controlling the local mouse population.

You will love the custom western decor with its attractive hand-peeled log furniture, dining table, chairs, and rustic aspen beds. The living room has a beautiful new oak floor with three comfortable leather couches with seating for 9, situated around a 55" LCD flat screen TV with satellite service, Digital Video Recorder (DVR) and DVD player with surround sound. The white tail deer on the walls add to the rustic charm. The adjoining kitchen features a large stainless steel refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with anything you might need to cook a meal, from a steak dinner to a crock pot meal. We take pride in stocking our kitchen as if it were our own home, always with your comfort in mind.

The large dining room offers magnificent views of Henry's Lake. It features an Amish wagon wheel chandelier with antique lanterns and a 10 person - 3 foot by 7 foot cedar dining room table. You'll enter the Trout Room (the master bedroom) from the dining room. It has a queen size bed and fantastic views of Henry's Lake and the distant mountains. The adjoining bathroom was remodeled in 2017.

The Elk Room has a queen size bed and a view of Saddle Mountain where elk can be seen migrating in the fall, in the early morning hours. Exquisite elk antler light sconces grace this room. A remodel in 2017 provided this bedroom its own bathroom and shower.

The Moose Room has a queen size bed and is located just off the living room under the loft. It has an adjoining full bathroom with a sink, tub and shower.

The log staircase in the living room leads to the Bear Room loft with a queen bed. This room is open to the living room. The adjoining bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.

In West Yellowstone visit the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center, where you can view grizzlies and wolves in a natural habitat. Or visit the IMAX theater with several nature-oriented films offered daily.

In Island Park you'll enjoy visiting Big Springs, which is the major head- water spring for the Henry's Fork River. The Upper and Lower Mesa Falls in Island Park are also well worth a visit. These falls can be enjoyed closer than any others in Yellowstone.

We offer a spacious 5860 square ft home with four private bedrooms, an open sleeping loft as the 5th bedroom, and three bathrooms for the comfort and convenience of up to 12 guests. All linens are provided for your stay. There is a mini split in the kitchen/dining area as well as one in the primary suite, both providing heat and AC when needed. There are fans in the living room, kitchen/dining area and the two main floor bedrooms. Both the Loft and the main floor bedroom have portable AC units. The downstairs bedrooms stay much cooler in July/August and have floor fans if you need them.

Our open floor plan provides wonderful spaces for families to gather. The large living room, with floor to ceiling windows, is the perfect spot to enjoy the incredible views, watch television, or read and play games. Drive through the lodge's towering log gate and then immediately soak in the 360 degree waterfront and mountain views. Next, enter the cabin on the 2nd floor which opens to the Great Room and kitchen. The wood burning fireplace towers over two dueling custom American made Bradington & Young distressed leather sofas, the finest hand made rugs, 10-person Restoration Hardware dining set + three barstools at the live edge bar- enough seating for everyone to enjoy meals together. The chef's kitchen has new Miele appliances and is fully outfitted with literally everything you will need to serve a gourmet meal to all of your party. No expense spared. The nearly 30ft tall great room is the main gathering spot and the best room for jaw dropping views. Off the great room is a wide wrap around deck with Adirondack chairs and the first of our two outdoor kitchens.

Continuing upstairs on the 3rd floor is the loft and master suite. The cozy quiet loft is above the fray and is the perfect place to read a book or watch the wildlife on the lake with a massive panoramic view, this is perhaps the most relaxing place in the lodge. Past the loft is the master bedroom suite. Perfect for the small family with child and completely redone to the 9's with all new furniture, art, fixtures, a Tempur-Pedic king size and twin size captains bed all with matching Ralph Lauren bedding , the lodge’s largest suite is it's finest. Including En suite full bath with multiple head shower plus a large desk, charging ports and the fastest speed whole house WiFi available in the area - this suite has everything the vacationing executive will need. The other half of the suite is complimented by two tweed Churchill recliners and a new 43” OLED Fire-TV w/DirectTV. The king size bed is separated with a small partition wall from the twin bed for a little extra privacy, yet still open enough to one another so that parents can hear their little one through the night.

Back down to the main floor are two additional king bed suites with bathroom and additional laundry facilities: the Lodgepole and the Madison.

The Madison Suite has views of both the lake and Continental Divide mountain range, American made Woolrich and Ralph Lauren bedding, king size Tempur-Pedic Cloud, all new furniture and fixtures, bedside charging ports and 42" Streaming TV & DirecTV - easily the lodge's most masculine suite. Next, the Lodgepole Suite with views of the Continental Divide. Very much living up to the name, this larger suite is the lodge’s most rustic. Complete with American made Woolrich bedding, wide shearling rug, king size log bed w/Tempur-Pedic Cloud, sitting bench, lounge chair w/blanket, walk in closet with built in vanity and a 42" Streaming TV with DirecTV. This is the room to pick for a 100% authentic Yellowstone experience.

Down the stairs and located on the first floor is the Theater, 6-bed Bunk Room, 3rd bathroom, mud/locker room & extra laundry. The theater has a gas fireplace surrounded by a massive 250 yr old timber mantle, new Karastan carpet, and new furnishings. Decorated with a nod to adventure, science, exploration, and archaeology, the theater has a new immersive 75” OLED smart TV hung above the fireplace, Atmos surround sound system, DirecTV DVR with nearly every channel, and a new wireless retro arcade console with all your favorite games from the 80’s, 90's, 00's. Located behind the theater on the ground floor is the Yellowstone Bunk Room with a meadow view and 6 custom heavy and safe private bunks with built in individual charging ports/lighting - the perfect place to sleep the kids or extra adults. For our favorite part of the lodge though, look outside under the four giant shade sails and find the main attraction - the lakefront promenade. With a massive fire pit/bbq/lounge area and boardwalk/bonus deck, it's the largest outdoor area on Henrys Lake with steps that go right down to the water and a private beach. Kayaks, canoes, fishing gear, chopped firewood, and outdoor blankets/pillows/towels provided! 2nd outdoor kitchen with 2 XL grill beds, 2 stovetop burners, extra searing grill, lighting, mini fridge and prep table, Kamado Egg charcoal smoker/grill, duel 2-person hammocks & duel 150lb cast iron fire-pit pagodas surrounded by tons of adirondack chairs framed against 360 postcard views...you start to understand why the property is categorically superior to all others.

The fenced property bordered by mature trees is professionally manicured with lighting and is complimented by a long completely paved driveway to the highway (rare - no miles long gravel roads to get to OUR property), plus a sports court with new basketball goal. The entire view behind the cabin is the slopes and granite ridges of our section of the Continental Divide shelf. To the front of the cabin is the Centennial range and visible east are the Yellowstone and Teton National Park ranges. No other homes in the Yellowstone area have a view of all these mountain ranges except a small handful on our rare section of the north shore. As they say, location-location-location. When we came across LOR on VRBO, we were sold flipping through the photos of the lake views and outdoor equipment galore. As soon as we booked the home, Sarah offered to have video calls with us and made suggestions for various excursions while were were in the area. We spent 4 nights at LOR. We found the home very clean and comfortable. Sarah keeps the kitchen stocked with all of the spices, oils so we had gourmet meals cooked on the outside grill each night. When we arrived the kids ran down to the water and we immediately took off on the kayaks and canoes. The boys enjoyed fishing - but were unlucky finding any fish, but still had fun. The house faces a gorgeous mountain range and you can spot the Tetons off to the left. We spent the next 2 days in Yellowstone. It is a breathtaking easy 20 minute drive to the entrance. With her recommendation we got in early to beat the crowds and spotted lots of wildlife. We left the park each day around 3/4pm and then looked forward to lounging at LOR. The only down side was the swarms of bugs, but I think that we just hit a bad week mid June as they got better the last day. The kids loved the bunk room too!"

This beautiful cabin boasts a grand open living area with large A- frame windows and a spectacular view of the Sawtelle Mountains and Henry's Lake. The cabin sits on a 1/2 acre property in Yellowstone Acres subdivision, overlooking Henry's Lake and surrounded by towering mountains forming the Continental Divide. This cabin is conveniently located just 12 minutes from West Yellowstone.

The knotty pine tongue and groove vaulted ceilings and large picture windows create a light and cozy cabin atmosphere. Plenty of seating for all with 4 couches forming a gathering spot as well as another couch/futon by the television. Additional seating by the windows to take in the view. A grand dining table with plenty of room for all. The cabin features a roomy kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools. With 3 sliding glass doors to access the 900 sq. ft. wrap around deck!

3 Bedrooms includes a grand master suite with a King size bed a large master bath with jetted tub, two sinks and separate walk in shower. The two additional bedrooms each sleep 3 with full over queen sized bunk beds with luxury mattresses and pillows for days. A full sized Jack and Jill bathroom connects the two rooms perfectly. In the grand family room there is also a pull out couch bed with an air mattress and a futon bed, both are full sized and complete with bedding.

The cabin is stocked with linens and towels, all paper goods, hand soaps, dishwashing soaps, laundry soap, trash can liners, etc. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes you will need as well as spices and condiments. The kitchen has a coffee maker, crockpot and toaster for your convenience. It even has a dishwasher! The cabin has a washer and dryer available for your use.

Our non-smoking spacious home includes wireless internet access and a gas grill along with an outdoor fire pit and seating.

During the summer season; fishing boating, with white water rafting, water skiing, swimming, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and golfing are all available in Island Park and neighboring West Yellowstone.

The fishing in Henry's Lake is world famous for it's cutthroat-rainbow hybrids that can easily reach up to 10 lbs. The lake also offers an abundance of brook, rainbow and native cutthroat trout. Henry's Fork of the Snake River flows out of the lake and is acclaimed by fly-fishing enthusiasts as the best trout fishing in the US.

Park Ranger Cabin is located just outside Henry's Lake State Park, a short 15-minute drive to Yellowstone's West Entrance. Enjoy breathtaking views of Sawtelle Mountain and Henry's Lake, with fishing, hiking, and outdoor adventures right at your doorstep.

The left side of this cozy duplex sleeps 6 people and offers 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a bathroom, a sleeping loft with a twin over twin bunk bed, a full kitchen and a spacious living room. With beautiful views of Henry's Lake and the incredible Sawtell Mountain which towers over the valley, this is the perfect getaway for exploring the beauty of Island Park and Yellowstone National Park.

On the main floor, you'll find one of the two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a washer and dryer, a complete kitchen with all of your basic cooking supplies, bar seats and plenty of room to cook. Also on this level is a living room with a sofa and dining table.

On the second floor is a sleeping loft that has a twin over twin bunk bed, a table for playing games and the second bedroom which features a queen bed, dresser and plenty of closet space.

If you need more room and beds, both sides of the cabin may be rented (a reservation for each is required) to sleep up to 12 people (See Listing "Henry's Lake Overlook II (Right Side) - Sleeps 6").

Outside is an incredible view of Henry's Lake with mountains towering over the valley on the other side and at night, the clean mountain air provides a relaxing evening of star gazing. For those days you want to cook outside, a gas grill is available for grilling to your heart’s desire. Small grocery stores are available in Island Park and West Yellowstone. If you are too tired to cook, there are a variety of restaurants in the area as well.

Henry's Lake Overlook I (Left Side) is its own unit in a duplex. No rooms are shared between units and each has its own entrance. You will have access to this unit only. There is no A/C.

Quickly access ATV trails, golf, enjoy world class fishing, float the Big Springs River and visit Yellowstone National Park. Be sure to bring your camera to capture memories that will last long past your vacation.

Amenities in the home include free Wi-Fi, garbage haul off, satellite television, outside games such as frisbee, a ladder game, and corn hole, puzzles and board games.

This cabin is located in a quiet, small neighborhood. Just down the street, Henry's Lake is known for its world-class fishing. The lake is also in the middle of surrounding mountains, which makes for some of the most picturesque photos.

In order to get around the area, guests must have their own transportation as public transportation and ride share services are not available.

We stayed at this cabin more than we expected and needed the rest from our long 2 week vacation. The owner lives next door and was such a nice lady. I loved this house with all the antique furniture We will definitely rent this house again." - "This was definitely a very peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming experience. The cabin was very well stocked and had just about everything, from toiletries to rice to syrup to pots and pans to dishes and coffee mugs to especially WiFi! The WiFi was not laggy or spotty or anything, and the satellite TV was good as well. They had plenty of board games and stuff for us to do. We played games one night upstairs on the loft with the stereo on for music. Most importantly, they had the peaceful atmosphere we were looking for, and the stars at night were plentiful and brilliant. In the morning we would relax out on the back porch staring at the view but only for a little bit because of the bugs. The location was easy to find, though a tad desolate but that's what you want. It was an easy 20 minute drive to the YS Park west entrance, but you'll need to keep in mind the long car line at the west entrance. The car line in the morning extends into the town of West Yellowstone along Yellowstone Ave to at least Geyser St. Check out rules were standard, nothing onerous or anything. And the communication was robust and detailed. I knew what was going on and what was needed at all times leading to the time of rental. Overall a very home-like and comforting experience. Definitely a breath of clean, fresh air, and away from the turmoil. Thanks!"

In case inclement weather keeps you from your outdoor adventures we have you covered. Games and puzzles are available with plenty of room to play them at the large table. A small selection of books are available downstairs where you can turn on the electric fireplace and enjoy some quiet time or walk around the corner and challenge your traveling partners to a game of foosball. For those traveling with small children we can accommodate your toddler (under age 2) in addition to the other guests. We want to make traveling with small children as stress-free as possible. You will find a selection of toys, child friendly dishes, bibs, a highchair, mobile play yard, pack-n-play, and baby blankets supplied. We’ve also installed a baby gate at the top of the stairs on the main floor as well as connectors around the wood burning stove to attach the mobile play yard to so you can still enjoy the wood burning stove without the risk of young children burning themselves. Situated on roughly 3/4 acres of land, there is plenty of room for children to go play outside, including a playhouse with a few toys where kids can explore and be creative. WiFi is available for the use of our guests as well as Roku on the TV's to login to your favorite streaming apps. Enjoy keyless entry so you don't have to keep track of a set of keys. The cabin is supplied with linens, towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, dish washing soap, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent for use during your stay.

The cabin is only 1 mile from the lesser known entrance to 6,000 acres of lake known as Henry’s Lake where you can enjoy world renowned fishing, or kayaking, or other boating activities. The back of the property is bordered by undeveloped Targhee National Forest lands which allows random visits from a variety of forest critters, so keep your eyes open during your stay. Hiking, mountain biking, motorized trail riding, hunting, cross country skiing, snowshoeing or snowmobiling can all be done right from the cabin.

After booking you will receive a link to do the following within 48 hours of booking:

- schedule a $300 security deposit

For guests visiting between mid October and mid May we strongly recommend 4WD for snow packed roads and the incline of our driveway! Fire pit doubles as an outdoor grill with a grilling rack that swings over the pit. The fire pit is only available JUNE-SEPTEMBER!! Be aware both indoor stairwells are a bit steep and narrow. There are outdoor stairwells to both the front and back decks that both access the main floor of the cabin that are much wider and easier to go up, especially with luggage or coolers. The outdoor stairs are a bit harder to access when the snow accumulates. NO ANIMALS are allowed at the cabin due to severe allergies in our family and we use our cabin regularly.

If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Timely communication is KEY in getting issues resolved. The guest services team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.
1. Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises.
2. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly properties will be marked “Pet Friendly” on the listing, in the description in multiple locations, and/or in the images on the listing.
- If the property IS pet friendly, we allow pets at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA.
- If the property IS NOT pet friendly, no animals are permitted at the property.
- Service Animals are permitted at ALL PROPERTIES at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA.
Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment of professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible to pay for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
3. Communication: Our guest services team is ready and able to help with issues that may arise. Communication monitoring is available from 8:00am - 10:00pm MDT on the booking platform of your reservation. If further assistance is needed, guests are welcome to text or call us outside of the platform. When reaching out please have the following information ready: The name on the reservation, the name of the property or address, and the city where the property is located. The guest may be redirected to information already provided in the listing or the booking platform messages.
4. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Guest requests are subject to our cleaning team`s availability. As a standard, the fee is $15 per hour past or before the indicated departure or arrival time. If several extra hours are requested, guests may be required to book the day before or after their desired arrival or departure day. 24 hours advance notice is required. If not approved in advance, a $50 unauthorized late check-out fee will be assessed for each hour past the indicated check-out time.
5. Tours: For short stays (1-15 days) in-person tours are not available. For guests looking to stay for extended periods, reach out for information about in-person tours.
6. Cancellation: By booking, guests agree to the cancellation policy on the listing, detailed on the booking platform. Cancellation policies are firm. If the dates of the initial reservation are rebooked by another guest after a cancellation from the original guest, a refund will be issued to the original guest.
7. Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests is indicated on the listing. The property may be able to sleep more guests in beds and non-traditional locations (sofas, couches, and/or air mattresses). Reach out with additional questions regarding occupancy, as it varies per property and county/city jurisdiction. Additional fees may be assessed for guests staying at the property above the number indicated on the reservation.
8. Reservation Changes: If a guest needs to change the dates of their reservation or the number of guests on the reservation, please submit a “Reservation Alteration Request”. Guests may be subject to adjustments in price due to the alterations made. The host reserves the right to deny requests.
9. Consumables: Paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents found at the property upon arrival are all that are included in the reservation. If additional items are needed, the guest is responsible for purchasing items for use during their stay.
10. Lost and Found: Guest items left behind will be held for 14 days. If guests believe they left an item, reach out to our guest services team via the booking platform. Items can be shipped to past guests for a $20 fee, plus the cost of materials and shipping. Payment must be received prior to shipping. After 14 days left items will be considered abandoned.
11. Acceptance of State of Property: Please survey the property upon arrival and communicate any pre-existing damages to avoid being charged for damages from previous reservations. Guests have the first two hours after check-in to report any issues. After that grace period, the guest accepts the condition of the property and will be subject to damages found after check-out.
12. Receiving Packages: Reach out to guest services for questions regarding receiving packages at the property, as it varies per property. The host is not responsible for items that are shipped to the property. For reservations longer than 15 days, the host may require a guest to sign a lease agreement outside of the booking platform or ask the guest to have packages delivered to another location or post office.
13. Pests: Professional pest control is required at all properties and is something taken very seriously by the hose. If an unexpected bite or rash is reported, guests must seek medical attention to confirm the cause. If a medical professional confirms that the unexpected medical condition is due to pests, the host will contract a third-party pest control company to verify the presence of bugs in the property. Based on their report, appropriate action will be taken to control the pest, mitigate the damage, and make amends with the guest.
14. Locked Out: If a guest locks themselves out of a door with a key, guest services can instruct the guest on accessing the lockbox. If it is a door without a key, guests will be required to call a locksmith at their own cost. If someone from the host’s team is dispatched, a $60 fee will be assessed.
15. Moving Furniture: Moving of furniture is not allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest.
16. Name on Reservation: Guests are not permitted to book on behalf of someone else. Exceptions cannot be made unless explicitly approved by the host, in writing, through the booking platform.
17. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For guests staying longer than 15 days, an additional fee will be assessed of 50% of the advertised cleaning fee. Extended Stay Cleaning Fee must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
18. Extended Stay Property Evaluation: For guests staying longer than 30 days, property evaluation walkthroughs will be scheduled by the property manager every 30 days to ensure the property is in good condition and that no additional maintenance is needed. These visits may be combined with other maintenance services like HVAC, groundskeeping, or other recurring services.
19. Missing/Broken Items: Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host. Please leave broken items on the kitchen counter when you leave. Additional charges may apply.
20. Garbage: No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be BAGGED and STOWED in the bear-proof receptacle, located on the property. A $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
21. Doors and Windows: Please lock and close all windows and doors upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters.
22. Parking: Specific information on parking limits can be found on the listing. Street parking is not permitted. Please note the orange poles and only park between them in the fall and winter, as those are areas that will be plowed for use.

Tile floor through the entry and bathroom, and carpet in the bedroom and in the loft. It is 15 minutes to Yellowstone Park, and Golf. We have a marina, boat rentals, other closeby lakes and attractions, ghost towns, visitor centers, fish hatcheries, rivers, springs, etc.

Note: there are no pots pans plates or utensil in the little kitchenette. This unit is within a Resort property, and although it is private there are other cabins, RVs, within close proximity to this unit and other people using the facilities (marina area, lake, hot tub, arcade, etc). Although there is wifi at the resort you may not be able to attach from this unit, requiring you to move closer to our store or to our lobby. Cell phone service is here, but it is spotty. If you have further questions regarding the unit or property, please do not hesitate to ask, and we will be as straightforward as possible. heating.

Although we experience cool nights and we've rarely had a complaint in this unit over heat, we felt it pertinent to inform that this unit doesn't have a/c only heaters.

Island Park is known for having the longest “Main Street” in America, and we’re tucked just off the end of it. From Highway 20, take a quick left toward Henry’s Lake, then a right onto Lake Breeze Drive. You’ll find the cabin nestled in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood.
The roads are plowed and accessible year-round. If you’re visiting in winter, we recommend choosing a rental vehicle that can handle snow conditions comfortably.

- "Views to Henry Lake and Tetons" - "The inside looked like the photo, the bedding was stained and gray. The windows had so many dead bugs it made your skin crawl. The cabin was surrounded by older abandoned cabins falling apart, the grounds had old lumber and rusting equipment pieces in the weeds, the property has so much potential but the cabin and its immediate surroundings made it a dismal stay." - "The surrounding area of the unit was very sketchy. There were many cabins under construction and about 4 work pickup trucks that didn’t move during my entire 4 night stay. There was also an abandoned broken down barn that housed many bats that flew around every night. The entire surrounding area needs to be cleaned up. The only thing that we enjoyed was the beautiful views of the lake and mountains when we took a short walk through the RV park. I would not return or recommend to anyone to stay there until everything has been cleaned up and renovated."
