This is a spacious, bohemian inspired, 2 bedroom 2 bath, with 2 king beds, on the bottom floor of a duplex. Two roll away beds makes it a 6 sleeper.
You're only 4 miles from Navarre Beach, and a lot of restaurants within about 3 to 5 miles. You're also 18 miles from Pensacola Beach, and 24 miles from Destin. And you'll be in the first house on a street that intersects Highway 98 that runs through it all.
Park 3 cars in the driveway, plus ample street parking.
The master bedroom has a connected bathroom. Both bedrooms have exterior double doors, dressers, walk in closets, and ceiling fans. And there's a small extra dresser in the master closet for larger parties of 5 or 6 people.
The master bath is a tub and shower, and the hallway bathroom is a shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and towels provided in both.
Aside from the bedrooms, enjoy each other's company in the open floor plan with combined living/kitchen/dining space. The living room is spacious, with a couch, large cozy chairs, and a 43 smart TV connected to wifi, and includes a work desk and chair. The wifi is fast in case you need to get some work done while you're there.
We've provided some gear for your beach excursions (chairs, umbrella, etc. See photos), and a slow cooker so your dinner will be ready when you're back from the beach. But if you bring the beach home with you, you can rinse it off at the water hose on the left side of the building, before going in for dinner.
Cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen with all the basic necessities like microwave, full sized stove, oven, and refrigerator, pots & pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, bake ware, dining ware, food storage, mixing bowls, several spices, etc. And dine in style at the dining table, and bar. And for you winos, yeah, we have wine glasses too.
After dinner blended cocktails? We've supplied the blender, with drinking glasses or plastic cups. And enjoy them in the comfortable living room, or on the rear patio furniture out back.
Don't forget to wash all the beach towels and bathing suits in your private laundry so you can get off to a fresh start again in the morning.
You'll have access to one half of a large driveway where you can park at least 2 cars, plus street parking. The whole bottom floor of this stacked duplex is yours, with no shared interior space. Upper floor access is by exterior stairway.
Enjoy our small to medium sized back yard, which is shared with the upstairs unit if they are down there, and which is fenced on three sides, with no immediate neighbors on either side. Both units do have their own rear patio, (deck - upstairs unit) that runs the whole rear width of the building.
We monitor Airbnb messages from early morning till late at night and are available to you through Airbnb's messaging system to assist with any issues you may have and you can always message us for emergencies any time and we will get back in touch with you as soon as we can.
The property is the first house on the street, so you have quick access to highway 98, and are quickly on your way, east to Navarre Beach, Fort Walton, or Destin, or west to Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach. You can put at least two cars on your half of the driveway, or three if you pull them up all the way. But there's also plenty parking on the street.

We will initiate all available measures through Airbnb to remediate any damage to the property such as the smell of smoke, discolored towels or sheets, or any other damage to the property and it's contents. This includes excessive cleaning required to get the place back in the condition it was in when you arrived.
1. Please wash your dishes / load and start the dishwasher before you leave us and take out the trash.
2. No parties, or large gatherings much beyond your stated number of guests.
3. No smoking.
4. Please use the water spigot on the side of the building to rinse any sand off of your self, your kids, and any beach gear, etc.

Welcome to the Tahiti Suite, just steps away from the ocean. This luxury suite is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach where you can see the boardwalk from the front of the property.
The Space:
The Tahitian inspired suite has a plush sofa which converts into a queen size bed along. Smart TVs are in every room and you can watch HBO or Netflix. This Suite offers a fully functional kitchen with all the conveniences of home including dishwasher, electric stove, 33" refrigerator, ice maker, utensils and disposal.
The bedroom has a queen size Serta Posturpedic bed. The bathroom has floor to ceiling travertine and is sparkling clean! The Tahiti Suite also offers a Florida room where you will find a bar for you to stock with whatever you like and another 40” smart TV, as well a single sleeper sofa. From the Florida room you can access your own charcoal grill and spacious backyard area for those who prefer to be outside.
SUMMARY: The Tahiti Suite includes a washer, dryer, WIFI, Netflix, pet friendly, can sleep up to 5 guests, and is walking distance to the beach. The pier is approximately 3/4 of a mile and the walk to the beach is about 2 - 5 minutes or less than 1/4 mile. The futon sofa located in the back Florida Room is suitable for 1 child or young adult, the queen bed in the bedroom and the fold out sleeper sofa in the family room are both suitable for 2 adults in each.
This property is a shared property and part of a triplex we have converted the units into luxury vacation rentals. This unit is themed after Tahiti, the middle unit is the Abaco Suite after the chain of islands in the Bahamas, and the end unit is the Little Kahuna Suite. All three suites make up the property named "Christopher's at 2Eleven". Which you may want to book for a larger group in the future! EARLY CHECK-IN
- We can try our best but can only guarantee 4:00 PM. If you reach out to us on the day of arrival, we can see what the status of the home is in and once approved by our Inspectors, grant an earlier check-in!
PETS - We know how hard it is to travel with furry family members, so we try to be as accommodating as possible - we don't have weight or breed restrictions, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We treat pets like an extra guest and charge a $60/per pet/per stay fee as well as a weight limit of 35lbs. We ask that you crate your pets when away, keep them leashed in the common areas, and pick up after them.
SECURITY
- Our listings are outfitted with "Nest" cameras that overlook the listing's exterior only. There may also be "Noiseaware" or "Minut" sound level measuring devices in select properties that will automatically alert management in the event of loud music after quiet hours. Neither of these devices allow us to see, hear, or record anything inside of our listings. It is important to note that your privacy is extremely important to us and that you ARE NOT being actively monitored.
IDENTIFICATION
- Reservations may require further guest verification to prevent credit card fraud for both you and the host! Your booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. We've created this listing to bring people together, we want you to enjoy our space for the entire length of your visit.
Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please be courteous and dispose of cigarette waste accordingly and not in the yard or plants.
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? That can sometimes be arranged if our schedule permits it, but please check with us first as fees may apply.
Place all trash in the designated trash receptacles only.
Please limit sound level between the hours of 10 PM and 8AM. A gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. You may be asked to leave without refund of any kind for the second.
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in the trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. Please do not flush anything other than your waste and the toilet paper that we've provided. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
We understand that accidents happen; but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. - We can try our best but can only guarantee 4:00 PM. If you reach out to us on the day of arrival, we can see what the status of the home is in and once approved by our Inspectors, grant an earlier check-in!
PETS - We know how hard it is to travel with furry family members, so we try to be as accommodating as possible - we don't have weight or breed restrictions, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We treat pets like an extra guest and charge a $60 per pet/per stay as well as a weight limit of 35lbs. We ask that you crate your pets when away, keep them leashed in the common areas, and pick up after them.
SECURITY
- Our listings are outfitted with "Nest" cameras that overlook the listing's exterior only. There may also be "Noiseaware" or "Minut" sound level measuring devices in select properties that will automatically alert management in the event of loud music after quiet hours. Neither of these devices allow us to see, hear, or record anything inside of our listings. It is important to note that your privacy is extremely important to us and that you ARE NOT being actively monitored.
IDENTIFICATION
- Reservations may require further guest verification to prevent credit card fraud for both you and the host! Your booking platform does not share your personal information with your Host. If you’re coming to Tampa to party, you’ve picked a great city to do so! Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. We've created this listing to bring people together, we want you to enjoy our space for the entire length of your visit.
Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please be courteous and dispose of cigarette waste accordingly and not in the yard or plants.
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is no later than 10 AM. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? That can sometimes be arranged if our schedule permits it, but please check with us first as fees may apply.
Place all trash in the designated trash receptacles only.
Please limit sound level between the hours of 10 PM and 8AM. A gentle reminder will be given for a first offense. You may be asked to leave without refund of any kind for the second.
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in the trash bin we've provided in the bathroom. Please do not flush anything other than your waste and the toilet paper that we've provided. A $250 minimum charge will be applied for any emergency plumbing service call. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)
We understand that accidents happen; but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folks and will accommodate whenever possible.
What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.
Always lock all doors and windows before you leave as you will be held responsible for any missing items.
You must also acknowledge pet(s) or guests that own pets have stayed on property; therefor pet hair or dander may still be present even after cleanings.
While we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put any dishes or kitchenware used into the dishwasher or sink, place any dirty towels in the tub, and take all trash to the provided receptacles. Thanks " - "Beautifully renovated and perfect location and we appreciate the stay, however when we arrived there were issues. The electronic keypad didn't work properly. The dishwasher was pulled out from the countertop, unattached no power and the dishwasher hose wasn't connected to the garbage disposal. The bathroom floor was unlevel where it's very noticeable. Opened the front door and the handle came right off and fell on the floor. The bathtub stopper was broken - unable to take a bath. The bed was low to the floor and did not contain a box spring. No chest of drawers to put your clothes in. The listing stated it included a washer and dryer but it was not inside the unit - located in a different part of the building and had to pay to use it. The next day the electronic keypad quit working. We had to leave the door unlocked which made us feel very uncomfortable leaving. Maintenance came to fix the dishwasher, door handle and keypad. Upon fixing the dishwasher all of a sudden water started flowing all over the kitchen floor. He had to call a professional plumber to get it repaired. We dealt 3 days with maintenance guys until everything was fixed. This disrupted 3 days of our vacation. Over all we enjoyed Tampa. Thanks for the stay."

- "We were able to walk to everything. Beach and restaurants and shopping on Lincoln Road and the marina etc. We saw Dolphins and the biggest cruise ship ever built,The ICON. Literally the best location to get to anything and everything one is in Miami for. The location is on a very quiet block that ends at the bay." - "The property looks great in pictures but could use a little maintenance and some improvements. The click together flooring was coming apart right in the middle of the busiest part of the floor. Neither bathroom had an exhaust fan. Other than these two things our stay was great."

My place is across the street from the beautiful Pithlaschascotte River, close to parks, restaurants, kayak rentals, boat rentals, and dining. The Bungalow is nestled among 150 year old oak trees not far from downtown New Port Richey. The Bungalow is in the rear of a law office building. Nice porch with seating to enjoy your glass of wine at the end of the day.. You’ll love my place in a 1920 building with an old Florida feel. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

The pictures of the river are across the street from the property. You can see the river when you come outside. Not suitable for children.

When you arrive please turn onto Regis Ave . look for a white gate that leads to your apartment, the white gate wll have a sign Regis on it park in front of the gate please.
Other things to note
The apartment has internet, TV and a QUEEN SIZE bed. Close to restaurants and shopping along with boat rentals and parks. Please park on the Regis side of the building on the grass in front of a white gate that leads to your bungalow.
