Things to know prior to booking:
-Apartment is attached to main home, occupied by a family with young children. The space is apartment style, so you can expect to hear our family during the day ,especially in the mornings. This space is not recommended if you intend to sleep or work in a quiet space during the daytime.
-Apartment has private entrance access, without access to main home for maximum security for both parties.
-The apartment is located on an elevated floor plan. Guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs to access apartment. This space is not handicapped accessible.

Be close to everything in this centrally located duplex. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Short drive to Five Points (1.5 mi), the Vista (2.5 mi), USC 2 (mi), Ft Jackson (3 mi). Newly renovated unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen (with single cup coffee maker and starter coffee supplies), washer & dryer. 1 king bed & 1 queen. Serene north street apartment is located in a beautiful, old plantation style home. The apartment still has much of the older character with fresh decor to update the space. The Overbrook neighborhood is very safe and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Greenville. It's also very close to Cherrydale, 385, and Bob Jones University.

If you are planning to bring your furry friend with you please reach out for approval and pet fee confirmation.

Our space is very cozy with everything you could need away from home. We have an "office space" that we have a futon set up for one person with the privacy of a door. The kitchen comes stocked with anything you could need to make a basic meal.
