Communication from the apartments end could be better. However, the place itself made up for it. The place is gorgeous, the kitchens are fully stocked with high quality tools (the good Nespresso coffee maker in the suite), the pool is great, and the vibe of the building is way better than your average hotel as it’s mostly long term residents, no loud families or high school sports teams around. We walked to Gus’s chicken which was fantastic and also along the river. Safe area and good location. The apartment is a new construction/newly renovated space - it used to be a dark, block-walled, wood shop! Where it is not perfect, we put nearly a year of blood, sweat, and tears into making it a cozy space that we really hope you enjoy.
Our family, with 2 small kiddos, are on premises. So we can address any issues immediately.

The apartment is completely separated from the rest of the house, and the outdoor patio area is specifically for our guests. The acre property is yours to wander. We have lots of walkers, joggers, and bide riders in the neighborhood.

We live upstairs with small children so, you may occasionally hear little feet. We try our very best to be quiet for our guests.
Because the yard is a shared space, you may see our family enjoying beautiful weather, grilling on the back porch, or having a bonfire. Don't be scared! Come join us if you want!
