You can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from the front porch swing or rockers. Watch the kids play down below in the in ground pool . The best thing is the location...all you have to do is cross the street and you are on the sand. Just a short walk to the Marlin Quay Marina where you will see lots of nice boats coming and going , and also dine at the Gulfstream cafe.

The house gardencitybeachsc has luxury vinyl tile throughout and is kept extremly clean. The fully stocked kitchen will be your delight including nice upgraded kraftmade cabinets and dishwasher. Large flat screen tv in Den as well as flat screen in each of the bedrooms.

Down stairs you will enjoy a place to hang your hammock located under the porch for that afternoon nap as well as many tables and chairs while listening the oceans majestic sounds. The pool is fenced in as well as the property itself for that added safety for little kids. Last but not least..if you find a problem call me then , dont wait till you leave . I find it very hard to correct a problem for you after you leave. My goal is for you to be happy with your stay and want to return.

We do have synthetic grass around the pool as well as a 6 hole putting green.

The Space: This former historic Bed and Breakfast has undergone a magical transformation into what is a newly-renovated 6 bedroom/6.5 bath designer's showcase home in the popular, laid-back Radcliffborough neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and historic sights.

Our spacious 3-floor home, ‘The Bee and Blossom’, is ideal for groups up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms, 6 full baths. Located just off of Ashley Ave, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, The Bee and Blossom features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Upon entering the home you'll be greeted by the large first floor bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, as well as the large living room and kitchen towards the back. The large living room features ample seating, a large flat screen TV, and a dining table that can be converted to provide 6-8 dining seats. The kitchen is located off the living room and features a breakfast bar with seating for four, and is fully equipped with basic kitchen cookware for your stay. The remainder of the bedrooms are located on the second level, each with its own full bathroom. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Outside you'll find the home's inviting two-level porch, as well as the tranquil courtyard where you can enjoy a drink, good conversation, and Charleston's beautiful weather.

Please note: an in-house innkeeper resides in a private apartment on the 3rd floor of the building. They have their own kitchen, and living space, and will not access or use any of the guest areas of the home. They are there solely for upkeep and emergency support if needed and will be completely non-invasive during your stay.

- "We had a great time. Spacious and clean. Easy access to the boardwalk." - "I booked this 4-bedroom apartment on short notice and was very pleased with it. We are able to bring our small dog with us on the trip which was a plus. Mike sent out the information for entry into the apartment promptly and stayed in touch with me throughout our stay. My husband and mother-in-law met the property manager, Belinda, the day prior to us leaving, and shared how nice she was. The apartment was very clean and my family and I loved the basket of snacks, waiting on the bar, and complementary half-gallon of milk, when we arrived. The cereal and coffee were also a nice touch. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment was nice and quiet and we loved that the apartment was close to the beach and there were a lot of places to eat. The only problem that we had throughout our stay was the remotes to the televisions in the bedrooms did not work properly and we didn't have internet service for the first night we were there. Belinda was informed of the problems with the remotes and offered to get the maintenance person out to fix the problems, but we declined as we were checking out the next morning. I was also a little disappointed that the apartment we stayed in did not match the pictures in the listing!! The dryer in the apartment did not work very well, but Belinda shared that they would be installing industrial washers/dryers in the apartments in the near future. All in we were very pleased and would stay again, but it would have to be a ground-floor apartment!"

- "This was a great property they leave cereal and milk and snacks I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that has done that! It was very clean and nice. The only issue we had was parking which wasn't a big enough deal that we wouldn't stay again but it could definitely be looked at to make it easier. None of the spots are reserved for the apartment you are in, for us we only had one car but because the apartments accommodate so many people lots of the others had multiple families with multiple cars so parking was an issue. Overall this place is amazing and I would definitely come back the parking was difficult but not a deal breaker the rest definitely out weighed the parking issue!! The beach being a 5 minute walk was the best for us!!"

Quiet apartment that will aid in relaxation . The living room has a 65” flat screen tv with Netflix, MAX, and Amazon Prime. It also has Apple TV so you can stream whatever content you would like. Included in your stay will be access to your own private mini-fridge in addition to a full-sized kitchen. This room has a patio. There is also an electric piano for those who enjoy that. Out back is a patio and charcoal grill.

This is a very mellow space to hang out and with lovely dogs. We tend to be easy going and to have lovely easy going visitors.

We have a corgi named Truffle, very friendly and social. He will always greet you and ask you for a pet or two.

We do live in a separated space from our house , so you may not see us as often during this time . But are a message away if you need me for anything

Bring your clothes and food and enjoy a restful weekend on the lake! This is a primitive camping cabin. Cabin features 4 cots, a table, and chairs. No electricity or water - absolutely NO open flame inside the cabin. You don't have to bring a tent or even worry about the rain - just embrace the outdoors and spend some time camping out on the beautiful Horseshoe Lake. On the Chattooga Belle Farm property located in Long Creek, SC. Just minutes away from the famous Chattooga Belle Farm Distillery.

Other things to note
No wifi at the house. We do have wifi just up the hill at our distillery and at our farm store/restaurant.

Located between Summerville and Charleston, this spacious room provides privacy and room to relax or work remotely. A private bathroom, walk in closet and parking in the garage make this a great location for an extended stay.

The Due West Villa is a small cozy guest house. With three restaurants and a coffee shop within a mile as well as Beautiful Erskine college within walking distance. Come enjoy your stay in the beautiful quaint town of Due West. The hosts house is located on the same property

Serene north street apartment is located in a beautiful, old plantation style home. The apartment still has much of the older character with fresh decor to update the space. The Overbrook neighborhood is very safe and less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Greenville. It's also very close to Cherrydale, 385, and Bob Jones University.

If you are planning to bring your furry friend with you please reach out for approval and pet fee confirmation.
