The usual fare of retail stores minutes away right in LeHigh and Fort Myers access available several different ways depending upon where you intend to go in Fort Myers. And one of the BEST things about the location? Traffic is minimal. You won't see 4 lanes of solid cars until you travel to Fort Myers or Cape Coral. E. 6th street can be a little noisy and people tend to drive pretty fast as it's no stop sign, through street. Simply closing the front door alleviates this completely and the house is all about the open back sliders and the beautiful pool anyway. Other drivers where kind and respectful as I would back the boat into the driveway every night. Make sure you stop at the farm stand on Joel Road between LeHigh and Palm Beach Blvd for their fairy tale eggplant and canary melons.."

We offer competetive pricing for our market and amenities. We may or may not participate in additional discounts and/or promotions. If additional discounts and/or promotions are available they will automatically be applied on your reservation.

VRBO payments can be divided up to 3 installments.

We offer contactless check-in/ check-out. Guests may check-in any time AFTER 4:00 PM EST and check-out any time BEFORE 10:00 AM EST.

Our Guests may choose a 4-digit access code, or the last 4-digits of the primary Guest’s phone number shall be used to access the garage door keypad, front door lock, and ADT Security system (optional).

Routine maintenance is performed including lawn care, pool service, salt delivery, pest control, A/C & pool heater maintenance, etc.

We are a 100% non-smoking property. There shall be NO SMOKING permitted ANYWHERE on the property. This includes the enclosed front porch, sidewalk, driveway, inside / outside the garage, inside the home, in the back lanai, inside or outside the pool enclosure, and in the front and back yards. This strict No Smoking policy includes all forms of smoking (e.g. marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.).

NO events, NO parties, NO large gatherings permitted.

Occupancy shall not exceed the maximum (6) people, including children 0-17 years old, and/or the maximum number of vehicles (3). Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Florida's saltwater environment may cause hybrid or electric vehicle batteries to spontaneously catch on fire. Therefore, no electric vehicles may park inside the garage or near the house.

No large vehicles, trucks or SUVs may park inside the garage. We have experienced too many Guests hitting our garage wall(s) while attempting to park their large vehicle, truck or SUV inside the garage.

Walk through the sliding glass doors to the back lanai. The lanai sits underneath a 30’ x 48’, UV protected screened enclosure, providing protection from sun and bugs. There is a dining table for 6, a mini fridge to store cold food and beverages, and a BBQ grill to cook meals. In the evening relax in the heated hot tub.

Steps away you will find a beautiful, 32’ x 17’, curved, custom built, saltwater, swimming pool. The pool depth is 3'6" and slopes down to 5'6" at the deep end where the pool loungers invite you to lay in the sun. The pool is electric heated to take the chill out when the weather is cooler. Areca Palm trees and Calusa bushes surround the pool enclosure to give you your own private oasis. A pool barrier fence encloses the pool for the safety of children. When you are not in the mood to swim, put your toes in the water. Listen to the sounds of the 3, three-foot, sheer descent waterfalls for pure relaxation.

From dusk to dawn the lanai lights will illuminate the pool area creating a blissful ambience. Control the lanai lights with a remote to change colors, dim the lights, or turn them off for a restful night’s sleep. Bring your night swimming to life with two (2) pool LED lights. There are two lights over the BBQ grill to do some nighttime grilling.

ADT Security protects Parker Bliss and its Guests. There are exterior Blink security cameras viewing the street, sidewalk, enclosed front porch (Ecobee video doorbell), driveway (+MyQ Garage Keypad), inside the garage (+MyQ garage door opener), each side of the house, and pool enclosure (3). Each security camera or viewable area is identified with a security sticker, label or sign. The security cameras are motion-activated and will record video/audio clips; they are not monitored 24-hours a day; and they will automatically delete after 30 days. For Guest privacy we turn off the Blink Camera notifications, but we reserve the right to look at live or captured video clips when appropriate.

Ecobee smart thermostat communicates with smart room sensors, windows or door sensors to help keep the Parker Bliss comfortable. Room sensors are in the living room, foyer, and each bedroom. Ecobee will turn the A/C off when a window or door is left open for several minutes and turn the A/C back on when all windows and doors are closed.

Ecobee allows our Guests to adjust the temperature from 68 degrees and up. The house may not cool to the low temperature range when outside temperatures are extremely hot. In addition to running the A/C, we recommend using the large ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms to assist in cooling the home.

Ecobee smart thermostat will remember past Guest’s temperature preferences, which may be too cold or too hot for your comfort. Please contact us if you desire a more comfortable temperature during your stay so that we can clear past programming.

StarLink satellite high-speed Internet / Wi-Fi is available to connect your personal devices.

The Living Room has a curved 65” Samsung Smart TV, with DirectTV satellite TV service (120 channels + local channels), a Blu-Ray DVD player and Bose surround. House Falcon is located across from Lake Denise, a lake north of Lehigh Acres. The palm-lined driveway leads to the garage with remote control. The house is on 3500 m2 of land with 150 m2 of living space and heated pool. The recently renovated house is equipped with TV, DVD, HiFi, alarm system, remote controlled garage door and Hi Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi). The bedroom is also equipped with a flat screen. One bathroom has a shower and the other has a bathtub. The all-day sunny pool deck with sun loungers, dining table and private barbecue convinced by privacy and pleasant location. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposer and a large fridge for self-catering. The location away from the main road brings peace, yet house 'Falcon' is easy to reach and surrounded by nice neighbourhood. Fully furnished DUPLEX APARTMENT and equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Privacy entrance and Very clean and safe location. Close to RSW ( Ft. Myers International Airport). 25 minutes away from Hertz Arena and Shopping Outlets. NO CITY WATER, property is on well water. NO PETS. Thermostat is automatically set to 72 degrees at night { 8 PM to 7 AM }and 76 degrees during the day { 7 AM to 8 PM }. This is due to previous guest setting very low temperatures all day without OCCUPYING the house and even leaving the doors open. Costing us more than the fee of the stay. Parking for one vehicle only on driveway. NO VISITORS AND ONLY AMOUNT OF GUESTS BOOKED AT RESERVATION WILL BE ALLOWED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF STAY. Cleaning fee is for bed linens, bathrooms towels and cleaning and brooming and moping. you need to take out trash, do dishes and pots and any other kitchen utensils/ware used.

Luckily, we were visiting friends so we used their home for that. The property is on a sewer so like a third world country, we had to throw used toilet paper into the trash can per a sign in front of the toilet. After communicating with the owner about these issues, they changed the listing. "

House Eagle is located near Lake Denise, a lake in the north of Lehigh Acres. Remote control garage. The house is on 4000m2 of land with 200 m2 of living space and pool. The pool can be heated with a heat pump.. The recently fully renovated house is equipped with UHD TV, HiFi, answering machine, alarm system, remote controlled garage door and wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and 2 sinks. The sunny pool deck with sun loungers, dining table and private grill convinces with privacy and a pleasant location. The new large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, waste shredder and large fridge with Ic dispenser invites you to self-catering. The location far away from the main road brings peace, but House 'Eagle' is easy to reach and surrounded by nice, but not visible neighborhood.

Climate: Winter and summer temperatures are pleasant here in Lehigh Acres, and the pool is inviting on most winter days because of the solar heating. Due to the location, summer months at a safe distance from the windy coast region are a guarantee for relaxing holidays.

Everything about our stay was outstanding: The host, Harald, was very attentive and not only addressed minor issues immediately, but went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. This house is located on a quiet street and has great privacy, on a large lot surrounded by trees, and more trees, all around. The screened "lanai" - apparently common in this part of Florida - seemed like an inconvenience we'd have to put up with before we came. Now, we can't imagine how any tropical home can do without one. This is a great feature: You have all the benefits of an outdoor area, minus the unwelcome visitors. The pool is beautiful, well-maintained and clean. The outdoor area comes with quality furniture and a high-end grill. The house is very well-equipped, with an amazing kitchen, multiple sources of ambient lighting, electric recliner sofas, washer / dryer, a video entertainment system, a great garage, and more. The Internet was a bit slow at the beginning but Harald installed a new, high-speed connection for us - perfect for our "workation". Make sure to try the incredible Cuban espresso from Havana Cuban Bakery, less than five minutes away. Overall, this is amazing value for money. I can't recommend this home enough."

We have a luxury camper that is super comfortable and extremely clean for a short or long term vacation or rental. We are 30 to 45 minutes from the beaches and there’s plenty of shopping within 30 minutes from here. Plus you get to enjoy the sunshine.. it is nothing fancy outside as it is located in our fenced private backyard. There is a patio table and chairs outside to sit and relax or smoke, but our yard is literally just our backyard and my husband is a car collector.
