The usual fare of retail stores minutes away right in LeHigh and Fort Myers access available several different ways depending upon where you intend to go in Fort Myers. And one of the BEST things about the location? Traffic is minimal. You won't see 4 lanes of solid cars until you travel to Fort Myers or Cape Coral. E. 6th street can be a little noisy and people tend to drive pretty fast as it's no stop sign, through street. Simply closing the front door alleviates this completely and the house is all about the open back sliders and the beautiful pool anyway. Other drivers where kind and respectful as I would back the boat into the driveway every night. Make sure you stop at the farm stand on Joel Road between LeHigh and Palm Beach Blvd for their fairy tale eggplant and canary melons.."

We offer competetive pricing for our market and amenities. We may or may not participate in additional discounts and/or promotions. If additional discounts and/or promotions are available they will automatically be applied on your reservation.

VRBO payments can be divided up to 3 installments.

We offer contactless check-in/ check-out. Guests may check-in any time AFTER 4:00 PM EST and check-out any time BEFORE 10:00 AM EST.

Our Guests may choose a 4-digit access code, or the last 4-digits of the primary Guest’s phone number shall be used to access the garage door keypad, front door lock, and ADT Security system (optional).

Routine maintenance is performed including lawn care, pool service, salt delivery, pest control, A/C & pool heater maintenance, etc.

We are a 100% non-smoking property. There shall be NO SMOKING permitted ANYWHERE on the property. This includes the enclosed front porch, sidewalk, driveway, inside / outside the garage, inside the home, in the back lanai, inside or outside the pool enclosure, and in the front and back yards. This strict No Smoking policy includes all forms of smoking (e.g. marijuana, cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc.).

NO events, NO parties, NO large gatherings permitted.

Occupancy shall not exceed the maximum (6) people, including children 0-17 years old, and/or the maximum number of vehicles (3). Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Florida's saltwater environment may cause hybrid or electric vehicle batteries to spontaneously catch on fire. Therefore, no electric vehicles may park inside the garage or near the house.

No large vehicles, trucks or SUVs may park inside the garage. We have experienced too many Guests hitting our garage wall(s) while attempting to park their large vehicle, truck or SUV inside the garage.

Walk through the sliding glass doors to the back lanai. The lanai sits underneath a 30’ x 48’, UV protected screened enclosure, providing protection from sun and bugs. There is a dining table for 6, a mini fridge to store cold food and beverages, and a BBQ grill to cook meals. In the evening relax in the heated hot tub.

Steps away you will find a beautiful, 32’ x 17’, curved, custom built, saltwater, swimming pool. The pool depth is 3'6" and slopes down to 5'6" at the deep end where the pool loungers invite you to lay in the sun. The pool is electric heated to take the chill out when the weather is cooler. Areca Palm trees and Calusa bushes surround the pool enclosure to give you your own private oasis. A pool barrier fence encloses the pool for the safety of children. When you are not in the mood to swim, put your toes in the water. Listen to the sounds of the 3, three-foot, sheer descent waterfalls for pure relaxation.

From dusk to dawn the lanai lights will illuminate the pool area creating a blissful ambience. Control the lanai lights with a remote to change colors, dim the lights, or turn them off for a restful night’s sleep. Bring your night swimming to life with two (2) pool LED lights. There are two lights over the BBQ grill to do some nighttime grilling.

ADT Security protects Parker Bliss and its Guests. There are exterior Blink security cameras viewing the street, sidewalk, enclosed front porch (Ecobee video doorbell), driveway (+MyQ Garage Keypad), inside the garage (+MyQ garage door opener), each side of the house, and pool enclosure (3). Each security camera or viewable area is identified with a security sticker, label or sign. The security cameras are motion-activated and will record video/audio clips; they are not monitored 24-hours a day; and they will automatically delete after 30 days. For Guest privacy we turn off the Blink Camera notifications, but we reserve the right to look at live or captured video clips when appropriate.

Ecobee smart thermostat communicates with smart room sensors, windows or door sensors to help keep the Parker Bliss comfortable. Room sensors are in the living room, foyer, and each bedroom. Ecobee will turn the A/C off when a window or door is left open for several minutes and turn the A/C back on when all windows and doors are closed.

Ecobee allows our Guests to adjust the temperature from 68 degrees and up. The house may not cool to the low temperature range when outside temperatures are extremely hot. In addition to running the A/C, we recommend using the large ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms to assist in cooling the home.

Ecobee smart thermostat will remember past Guest’s temperature preferences, which may be too cold or too hot for your comfort. Please contact us if you desire a more comfortable temperature during your stay so that we can clear past programming.

StarLink satellite high-speed Internet / Wi-Fi is available to connect your personal devices.

The Living Room has a curved 65” Samsung Smart TV, with DirectTV satellite TV service (120 channels + local channels), a Blu-Ray DVD player and Bose surround. Be sure to turn on the Bose surround to hear the TV. The Fireplace media center provides a romantic setting when the flames are turned on or supply infrared heat on those chilly Florida nights. The power recliner has a built-in USB to power up your devices, two cup holders to hold your favorite beverage, and push buttons to put your feet up. Relax on the modern sectional and push the ottoman in close for instant family snuggle time.

The Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. It is furnished with everyday essentials such as a large cup coffee maker, a single serve Keurig, a tea kettle, toaster, waffle maker, dishes, slow cooker, bakeware, and other cookware. Eat at the breakfast bar on the swivel bar stools (2) or at the dining room table with a seating for four (4).

Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, a nightstand, and a closet. Enjoy a restful night sleep with no distractions from a TV.

The home is equipped with a Ring monitored alarm system and cameras on the exterior only. Master bedroom has king size bed and full bath, there are an additional 2 bedrooms and another full bath. Clean, comfortable home for up to 6 people. Amount of guests staying is required when booking your reservation. Screened in front and back lanai; ceiling fans in both areas allow outdoor living any time of day. Fenced back yard suitable for children and small dogs. 2 maximum, fee for second dog will be invoiced seperately.The home is fully furnished with one king and two queen size bedroom sets, two couches, family dining table, and 4 bar stools. Kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, and icemaker; laundry room has free use of washer and dryer for guests on the reservation . AC and ceiling fans are in great condition. Well maintained property features professional lawn care, quarterly pest control indoors and outdoors, water softening system professionally maintained, and kitchen water filtering. And a 2 car garage. The home is equipped with 4 tv’s, 3 are smart tv’s that you can stream Hulu, Netflix,Disney plus, or Ruku with your own subscription accounts. High speed internet and WiFi, basic Dish network is provided for your viewing pleasure. The house is fully stocked with sheets, towels, pool towels, and basic cleaning supplies. Host is very responsive. You will make wonderful memories here. Please read the house rules for pets and no parties. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises which include garage, house, front or back Lani/ screen porch. All you need to pick up are groceries and basic everyday essentials you’ll never want to leave during your stay. 45 minutes to the beach and plenty of shopping available.
