With only a short drive/walk you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries and attractions the area has to offer!

This sleek one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of our standalone garage/shop on our beautiful 2-acre lot. This unique location will provide a memorable stay. Only 8 minutes from downtown Sheridan, 9 minutes from the Big Horn Equestrian Center and 20 minutes to the base of the Bighorn Mountains, makes it easily accessible. You will find this to be cozy and very clean living space. This new construction was completed in March 2018 and we are thrilled to provide a home away from home for our visitors. We live in the main house a few yards away and are available as needed.
As the photos illustrate there are 3 large windows giving plenty of light. It is a bright, warm and an inviting place. Heat and A/C. Also, it does come with a fan to circulate air and create “white noise” if desired.
The kitchen offers full size appliances with an ice and water dispenser on the fridge. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to create your favorite meal are available as well.
Outdoor exterior stairs provide access to the apartment.

One bedroom apartment in the heart of Sheridan. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Only a couple minutes from downtown, Kendrick Park, and the Sheridan County Airport. The apartment consists of one bedroom with an attached full bath, a living room, a dining room, and a full kitchen. The larger couch is a pull-out that can sleep 2 and a small child could even sleep on the smaller couch.

It's important to note, this is a lower level walk out and a quite retired couple (the owners) reside upstairs.

This is a beautiful 45-year-old home; the Mountain View Walk Out was built shortly after the Wyoming legislature introduced a little-known business entity that would revolutionize the way America does business – the LLC! Outlaws, Native Americans, and cowboys used to roam across the beautiful hills that Sheridan occupies today.
The Mountain View Walk-Out has been tastefully updated with modern comforts.
A few features to be aware of that make this property unique are:
-The bathroom has a full custom shower! This is the only bathroom and is located in the master bedroom (Please see pictures.)
-There is another unit above the downstairs walkout. As in any two-story home, noise may travel. So please be respectful of your upstairs neighbors and they will be respectful of you.

At this convenient Mountain View Basement Walk Out you will be able to enjoy easy entry provided, no need to stress about access! The entry information is provided upon check-in!
Guests will have access to the entire lower level of the house!! You will find yourself with an abundance of space and privacy!
(Please note, there is a 3-bedroom unit upstairs as well, a quiet retired couple lives there, and they once ran an excellent Bed & Breakfast locally! )
The Neighborhood:
When we say welcome to the heart of Sheridan, we mean it!
This wonderful apartment home is 15 minutes from the best Sheridan offers, in either direction! 15 Minutes one way takes you to the base of our amazing Bighorn Mountains, while only a short drive the other way takes you right to downtown! You may also drive into town to the park to enjoy some amazing Scoops Ice-cream at our local Kendrick Park! (Trails and sidewalks lead you right there once downtown!) Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. Stroll the area, or enjoy hiking the trails!
Red Grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer seasons although closed to cars in the winter.
If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged driving, or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock, and much more!
Museums and historic landmarks fill the area and an award-winning golf course only 5 minutes away!

Getting Around:
Sheridan Wyoming’s downtown is great for walking around in – you’ll see what small-town America used to be like!
Most attractions are 10 to 30 minutes away, some (in the mountains) are 30-60 minutes away, and well worth the scenic drive! Museums and incredible restaurants, the Brinton Museum, Kendrick Park, and more await you! With only a short drive you can enjoy all of the food, activities, breweries, and attractions Sheridan has to offer!

The Mountain View Walk-Out is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, with great neighbors.
For your comfort and safety, the house is thoroughly disinfected after each guest and all CDC-recommended guidelines are strictly followed.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. There is a $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises.
Quiet hours from 10 pm – 6 am every day. Please, respect the upstairs neighbors by observing these quiet hours. Contact us if you have any issues with noise.
Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced.
There is room for one or two cars in the driveway to the right (north) side of the home. Additional vehicles and a trailer may park in the larger area to the left (south) of the house.
NOTE: You will need to BACK out of the driveway once you pull in.
The main driveway in front of the garage is for the upstairs unit. Please be absolutely sure that neighbors can exit their driveways easily.

Experience a vintage and cozy downtown 1-bedroom private upstairs apartment - the Wild West Loft - conveniently located in the heart of Sheridan, Wyoming!
The Wild West Loft offers a modern design with a kitchen and full bedroom featuring a comfy king bed and plenty of storage space.
Additionally, it boasts a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa and smart TV. Only three blocks from downtown Sheridan, you’ll be within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
The space
The Wild West Loft sleeps four in total with its one bedroom, one bathroom, and spacious living room with a queen sleeper.
This is a beautiful 100-year-old upstairs apartment full of history; the Wild West Loft was built shortly after Wyoming became a state! Outlaws and cowboys used to roam across the beautiful hills that Sheridan occupies today. Although the history of this house is very much alive, the Wild West Loft has been tastefully updated to combine its past with modern comforts.

A few features to be aware of that make this 100-year-old property unique are:
-The bathroom has a full bathtub with a sit-down shower ONLY. (Please see pictures.)
- There is a flight of stairs that must be used to gain access to the upstairs apartment.
-There is another short-term rental below the upstairs apartment. Noise can travel in old homes (i.e. its historic wooden floors can sometimes be squeaky) so please be respectful of any neighbors and they will
be respectful of you. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm-6am.
-The Wild West Loft has all the uniqueness and mystery deserving of its past- a hundred years of quirks, oddities, and treasures are yours to discover!

Giant spruce trees shade this unique & art-filled cottage. Everything you need is w/in easy reach in the main floor 1 bd 1 bth space. Perfect for a couple & equipped w/ a toddler bed, travel crib & highchair so it can work for a young family, too. If you need more space, reserve the whole house to accommodate 8 guests + an infant & toddler. Get a glimpse of the Bighorn Mts from the front porch with your morning coffee, grill in the fenced yard & end with a local brew on the screened back porch.

This cozy Craftsman bungalow is located in the quiet and historic Residence Hill neighborhood just a few blocks and a short walk from downtown Sheridan.
It has the quiet low traffic pace of a cul-de-sac -- mostly only residents drive through the 4 block long neighborhood.
You'll have easy front door access to the home when you park right in front. A lovely front porch with a glimpse of the Bighorn Mountains from your seat at the retro wrought-iron blue table just out the front door, perfect for your morning coffee. If there is a separate reservation for the downstairs, then the laundry room and back door with access to the screened porch, patio and backyard might be shared.
This is such a cute house, upstairs and down. If you want more space, let me know and, depending on availability, we can possibly arrange a reservation for the whole home. If not, you'll have the main floor, filled with art, color, cozy furnishings, and thoughtful updates throughout.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Folks park in their driveways, or on the street directly in front of their property. Please be courteous and mindful of the neighbors by parking directly in front of the cottage or in front of the garage in the alley if you reserve access to the whole house.
Garbage pickup is in the large greenish/black bin in the alley every Thursday. Recycling includes everything but plastic bags, styrofoam and glass every other Thursday from the smaller blue bins in the alley. Glass can be taken to the recycling center or left for me to pick up and recycle. Plastic bags can be bundled and taken to recycle at Walmart or Albertson's grocery store.
Sprinklers will run either late at night or early in the morning during summer months. You will find the sidewalk shoveled in expectation of your arrival, and a shovel will be available for you to use if needed throughout your stay.

"The Outhouse" - The building this unit is in is called "The Western" This is a historic and unique building. Upon the redesign of this unit our options for the bathroom were limited. We are open to feedback on this, but please note that it is on our roadmap to make improvements. There's nothing wrong with it; we just feel we will be able to make it match the overall experience better in the future through design. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

These accommodations are just a short walk from historic downtown Sheridan. You'll enjoy the beauty of Residence Hill, host to many of Sheridan's early1900's builds. An ATM is directly in your path on the way to downtown and you won't have to do the dreaded parking wars of downtown on busy weekends, besides the walk in this quaint neighborhood is part of the charm! There is plenty of parking on this corner lot! Everything about this is incredibly convenient, including groceries at Ridleys just blocks away as well as notorious stops like King's Saddlery and the Mint Bar. A private balcony in front and a small backyard patio give you great options for relaxing during your downtime. We love that even though this is an apartment, the common stairwell separates the two units, which just feels more private. It offers, 2 queen beds, a full-size trundle bed and the living room couch is a sofa sleeper. It's not a charming 1920's craftsman like some of the homes around it but it is a quality set-up with incredibly comfortable beds!

With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, AC, heating, a hair dryer, Coffee pot and all pans and dishes, and completely new everything, you will absolutely be able to have a relaxing stay. Immerse yourself in the welcoming atmosphere and unwind after a day of exploring. The apartment is just 3 short blocks from Historic Main Street which offers historic buildings, great coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art displays and shops. Also, every Thursday in the summer is farmers market at Grinnell Street, and every 3rd Thursday, Main Street is closed in the afternoon to traffic for a street festival.
The apartment is also just 4 blocks from Kendrick Park which offers walkways along Little Goose Creek, playgrounds, and a band shell hosting bands as well as theater events through the summer months. Don’t forget to stop by the historic ice cream shop there in the park as well. There are also miles and miles of walking/bicycle trails in and around Sheridan.
Located just a short drive from the Big Horn mountains, you will find wide empty spaces of wilderness with breathtaking views in all directions. One of our favorite parts of Jefferson 201 is that the apartment is situated completely away from the clamor of Main Street.
It is a restful and peaceful location where guests can enjoy days of activities and later relax in a apartment that has been truly designed to offer the highest amenities of a home to our guests.
When we envisioned Jefferson, 201, we wanted to have a place where an individual or a couple could really rest and fully enjoy their time alone or together in beautiful Sheridan. Jefferson 201 as well as the rest of the home is equipped with a whole house water filtration system. The home was built with little to no VOC (volatile organic compounds) and the bed is CertiPUR-US® certified.

- "Overall ok. The pics accurately reflect the apartment. The apartment needs some maintenance. Shower faucet handle is missing a screw so the handle comes off in your hand when adjusting the faucet. Toilet tissue fixture is missing the roller, so the TP rolls are stacked on the vanity. The collapsible kitchen table is broken on one side. Some coffee mugs were not clean. The outside light fixture at the entry door did not work so using the front door key pad at night was difficult. The apartment is centrally located but not within easy walking distance of downtown."

Welcome to Running Wild, a comfortable two-bedroom, one-bathroom private apartment on the UPPER LEVEL of a lovely ranch-style home on the banks of picturesque Little Goose Creek. This cozy getaway is designed for comfort and relaxation, making it the ideal choice for families, friends, or couples seeking a memorable escape. Wake up to the soothing sounds of the creek, which provides a tranquil backdrop as you sip your morning coffee on the back patio.
It is unlikely, but if you rent the upper or level, you may see the owner at some point during your stay caring for the lawn or doing house maintenance. The owner lives off-site most of the summer, but may be by if needed. We'll do our best to give you a heads up about lawncare, but you otherwise will have the place to yourself.
You'll have easy access to Kendrick City Park at the cross walk a block away, where you can access the city's paved pathway connecting all the parks throughout town. You'll also only be a few blocks from historic downtown Sheridan, the YMCA's exercise facilities and aquatic center, the library, WYO Theater, art galleries, restaurants and great shopping opportunities.
You'll have the entire upstairs to yourself. Enter using the lockbox at the front door, then come and go from the front or back back entrance. Relax under the covered patio, by the firepit or next to the creek in the beautiful backyard.
You'll find a well-equipped comfortable two-bedroom, one-bathroom home to feel at ease in during your stay in Sheridan. The owner has filled the home with beautiful artwork, interesting books, comfortable furnishings and decor. Make yourselves at home.
There are parking spots available in front of the garage as well as on the street on either side. Take the sidewalk across the bridge and turn right on Griffith. Welcome to Running Wild, a comfortable two-bedroom, one-bathroom private apartment on the LOWER LEVEL of a lovely ranch-style home on the banks of picturesque Little Goose Creek. The owner occasionally lives on site in the upstairs unit, but travels throughout the majority of the summer. You may get a chance to meet Rod when he comes by to maintain the lawn and check on his garden, but more than likely you will have the place to yourselves.

Welcome! We're excited to offer you a charming and inviting 450 sqft basement apartment, located just a block away from downtown. Recently renovated with top-of-the-line features, including a brand new kitchen, remodeled bathroom, and a lavish King size bed - this cozy space offers the perfect place to retreat and relax.
If you're traveling with your pet, our small shared backyard offers a great spot to play, and the nearby Whitney Commons offers some of the best walking paths in town.

Welcome to our cozy and newly remodeled BASEMENT apartment! We understand that living in a basement may come with some noise, but we assure you that we have heavily insulated the ceiling to minimize disruption and uphold your privacy. That being said, you will hear some footsteps as well as some other sound transfer.
You'll have plenty of street parking as well as your own private entrance separate from the upstairs. Our apartment is the perfect fit for solo travelers or couples, with a simple yet functional layout complete with a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

Other things to note
Welcome! We want to make sure you have a great stay in our cozy basement apartment. Since it is located below ground level, we want to let you know that noise can carry more easily than in some other spaces. However, to help minimize any potential disruptions, we have taken several measures including double layers of ceiling material, soundproof insulation and caulking all the floor boards with a soundproof caulk. You'll be pleased to know that with these measures, you won't be able to hear the television from the other apartment, even at full blast!
That said, you will hear some footsteps from above but we have left some noise machines and earplugs beside the bed to help you sleep better. Additionally, the radiant heat pipes can make some noises, like cracking and popping, during the spring and fall seasons. This is simply a characteristic of older homes with radiant heat and not anything to be concerned about.
****As of 2/24, our neighbors are remodeling their home. You may hear some banging or general constructions sounds. Estimated completion is late summer 2024.****
Our basement apartment doesn't have any AC, but being below ground level it maintains a comfortable temperature, usually in the low to mid 70s, all year long. We do have a dehumidifier tucked under the table that constantly blows a fan, feel free to turn it off if it is annoyance.
Plus, we love welcoming pets and allow them to stay with a small fee of $30.
Our team, consisting of my father, wife, and myself, makes sure to maintain the property ourselves, from yard work to snow shoveling, cleaning the units, and more. You may see us around from time to time, as well as upstairs guests.

The Wild West Loft sleeps four in total with its one bedroom, one bathroom, and spacious living room with a queen sleeper.
This is a beautiful 100-year-old upstairs apartment full of history; the Wild West Loft was built shortly after Wyoming became a state! Outlaws and cowboys used to roam across the beautiful hills that Sheridan occupies today. Although the history of this house is very much alive, the Wild West Loft has been tastefully updated to combine its past with modern comforts.

A few features to be aware of that make this 100-year-old property unique are:
-The bathroom has a full bathtub with a sit-down shower ONLY. (Please see pictures.)
- There is a flight of stairs that must be used to gain access to the upstairs apartment.
-There is another short-term rental below the upstairs apartment. Noise can travel in old homes (i.e. its historic wooden floors can sometimes be squeaky) so please be respectful of any neighbors and they will
be respectful of you. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm-6am.
-The Wild West Loft has all the uniqueness and mystery deserving of its past- a hundred years of quirks, oddities, and treasures are yours to discover!

The space
The property is located a few minutes south of the city in a rural neighborhood with a gravel road. The unit has a private entrance accessed from the back porch. It is located down a hallway, with one door leading to the unit and another door to our part of the house. There is a shared washer and dryer in that hallway. There is a queen bed and a folding cot, ideal for 2-3 guests.
We live in the main part of the house with our 5 mini Aussies. We try to keep our dogs as quiet as possible, but some barking is possible. We are a pet friendly property!

Giant spruce trees shade this cute bungalow. Park offstreet in front of garage & conveniently access the DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT thru the back door. Enter the shared mud/laundry rm, then your private locked entry door & DOWNSTAIRS into the kitchenette w/ the den around the corner. Lots of light from 3 large casement windows brighten the cozy LOWER-LEVEL space. Keep it simple w/ basics in the microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, or grill up in the fenced backyd w/ a local brew on screened back porch.

This is such a cute house, upstairs and down. If you want more space, let me know and, depending on availability, we can possibly arrange a reservation for the whole home. If not, you'll have the DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL, filled with art, color, cozy furnishings, and thoughtful updates throughout.

You'll have easy back door access to the home when you park right in front of the garage. The side gate will take you to the screened porch and up to the back door. If there is a separate reservation for the UPSTAIRS level, then the laundry room and back door with access to the screened porch, patio and backyard might be SHARED. Enjoy the lovely view of the fenced back yard and birdfeeders from the table or futon on the screened back porch or patio furniture, perfect spots for your morning coffee. If there is a separate reservation for the upstairs, then the laundry room and back door with access to the screened porch, patio and backyard might be shared.
Other things to note
Garbage pickup is in the large greenish/black bin in the alley EVERY THURSDAY. Recycling includes everything BUT plastic bags, styrofoam and glass EVERY OTHER Thursday from the smaller blue bins in the alley. Glass can be taken to the recycling center or left for me to pick up and recycle. Plastic bags can be bundled and taken to recycle at Walmart or Albertson's grocery store.
Sprinklers will run either late at night or early in the morning during summer months. You will find the sidewalk shoveled in expectation of your arrival, and a shovel will be available for you to use if needed throughout your stay.

There’s secure, off-street parking on the driveway, so it’s quick and easy to unload your belongings and carry them into the apartment. Extra parking is available on the streets outside if needed.
BASEMENT APARTMENT
This is a upstairs unit, in addition there is a basement unit as well. While we have gone to great lengths to mitigate sound(double sheetrock, sound proof insulation, etc) , its possible sound will travel between upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs will be louder by default, please keep this in mind if you're a night owl like I am.
***As of 2/24, our neighbors to the East are in the process of remodeling their home. The contractors have been great and easy to work with but it may be loud occasionally as they do their work.***
***Im currently waiting on a part to replace the large burner on the range. It is not functional as of 6/24. Parts have been back ordered for months. The three other burners work great. Apologies for any inconvenience this may incur***

The B&B sleeps six guests in three bedrooms and a living room hide-a-bed; it features one bathroom that is accessed through the masterbedroom.
It's important to note, this is a lower level walk out and a quite retired couple (the owners) reside upstairs.
Additionally, it boasts a large living room with comfortable couches and chairs, dining space and a large TV. Only ten minutes from downtown Sheridan, you’ll be within a short driving distance of restaurants, shopping, and night life.
This is a beautiful 45-year-old home; the Mountain View Walk Out was built shortly after the Wyoming legislature introduced a little-known business entity that would revolutionize the way America does business – the LLC! Outlaws, Native Americans, and cowboys used to roam across the beautiful hills that Sheridan occupies today.
The Mountain View Walk-Out has been tastefully updated with modern comforts.
A few features to be aware of that make this property unique are:
-The bathroom has a full custom shower! This is the only bathroom and is located in the master bedroom (Please see pictures.)
-There is another unit above the downstairs walkout. As in any two-story home, noise may travel. So please be respectful of your upstairs neighbors and they will be respectful of you.
-We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10 pm-6 am.
-The Mountain View Walk Out has all the furnishings needed to enjoy a pleasant stay with a truly breathtaking view!

Overview:
This sleek one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of our standalone garage/shop on our beautiful 2-acre lot. This unique location will provide a memorable stay. Only 8 minutes from downtown Sheridan, 9 minutes from the Big Horn Equestrian Center and 20 minutes to the base of the Bighorn Mountains, makes it easily accessible. You will find this to be cozy and very clean living space. This new construction was completed in March 2018 and we are thrilled to provide a home away from home for our visitors. We live in the main house a few yards away and are available as needed.
As the photos illustrate there are 3 large windows giving plenty of light. It is a bright, warm and an inviting place. Heated. AC included. However, it does come with a fan to circulate air and create “white noise” if desired.
The kitchen offers full size appliances with an ice and water dispenser on the fridge. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to create your favorite meal are available as well.
Outdoor exterior stairs provide access to the apartment.

The Historic Antelope Suite includes 5 of the original hotel rooms with Main Street and sunrise views. This suite is a King one bedroom apartment with additional beds in the living room. When you walk into the Antelope Suite you will find the bedroom to you right with a king bed, cable television, ceiling fan, central air, and closet. There is a hallway and kitchen that separates the bedroom from living area.
In the living room you will find the second cable television, dining table, three beautiful floor to ceiling windows overlooking Main Street and two single beds . Our bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet, sink with vanity and mirror. The kitchen in the Antelope suite is compact, yet still equipped with full size kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove and oven. Also including in our kitchens, air fryer, coffee machine , tea kettle, microwave and all pots, pans, dishes and glassware needed for your stay.
Our walls are warped and our floors are slanted. We restored her history and added most of todays comforts like running water, electric, central heat and central air conditioning. Walk the floors the cowboys did over 100 years ago and check out the secret back staircase that allowed the "ladies of the night" access to the second floor brothel.
Our location can't be beat, We are located among the downtown dinning and shopping district. Crazy women square for city events is located across the street and George Washington Park is located one block behind us. The George Washing Park is home to Wyoming's largest swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and walking paths.
Buffalo Wyoming is half way between Yellowstone National Park and Mount Rushmore. Two hours North is Billings Montana and 5 hours South is Denver Colorado. We are conveniently located to many National Parks and international airports.

We are a City Approved, seasonal, pet free, vacation rental property, located in the converted Historic Capitol Hotel Building. We cater to travelers from all over the world, from May -October. We are located on Main Street, in the heart of the downtown historic district of Buffalo Wyoming.
We offer a VIRTUAL Self Check In, via our 24 hour monitored Surveillance security Cameras. Our key codes change daily. You will be sent a personal key code, provided by personal information made through your reservation. The guest before you will not know your key code. Your comfort and security is our top priority.
This suite is on the second floor of the historic building with no elevator.

The Buffalo Suite is a huge two bedroom apartment. The floor plan is very different than the rest of the rooms located on the original hotel floor.
As you enter the large Buffalo Suite you enter the living room/ dining room with television, sitting area, closet and a beautiful large oak dinning table. Walk through this room to reach the very large kitchen. Our full size kitchen has most of the convinces of home like oven/stove, refrigerator/ freezer, toaster, tea kettle, microwave and air fryer. The kitchen is the heart of the Buffalo Suite and separates the two bedrooms. The main large bedroom has two queen beds and cable television. The second smaller bedroom has a queen bed. There are two additional rooms in the Buffalo suite, the bathroom, with walk in shower, toilet and sink , the other is your very own laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. This unit has its own hot water heater, not to be shared with anyone else.
Our walls are warped and our floors are slanted. We restored her history and bought in most of todays comforts like running water, electric, heat and air conditioning. Walk the floors the cowboys did over 100 years ago while you check out the" secret back staircase" that allowed the "ladies of the night" access to the second floor brothel.
Our location can't be beat, We are located among the downtown dinning and shopping district. Crazy women square for city events is located across the street and George Washing Park is located one block behind us. The George Washing Park is home to Wyoming's largest swimming pool, tennis courts, playground and walking paths.( Beach chairs and towels are provided during your stay)
Buffalo Wyoming is half way between Yellowstone National Park and Mount Rushmore. Two hours North is Billings Montana and 5 hours South is Denver Colorado. We are conveniently located to many National Parks and international airports.

We do not permit any type of animal/pets in our cottage. I am highly allergy to animals and since I maintain the property before, during and after your stay, this would place my health in danger.
If you or anyone in your party is found with an animal of any sort on our property, you will be charged an additional $ 150.00 cleaning fee, and will be asked to immediately vacate the cottage, forfeiting any refund.

In the absolute center of town with easy walks to the best restaurants & shops, The Mini Place is a spacious flat with 2 private bedrooms each with a double bed (sleeps up to 4 people). Plus there is an extra bedroom that sleeps two more with a double bed w/an upgrade fee - msg us if interested. Here you can curl up & read next to the fireplace, play games, watch TV, plot world takeover. A large dinner table seats six. WiFi, 400 sf covered deck & gazebo, fantastic mountain view with gas grill.
The space
This is a great place for business travelers or a large family group that wants to meet/conference together. It's also great for reunions, weddings and anniversaries in Buffalo. If your family needs to be here for a loved one in the hospital this is a good place to stay as it's quiet. Call us for a deal to rent the whole place on a long-term basis!
The Mini Place is a historic site that was the first permanent US Post Office and Newspaper Office for the Buffalo Bulletin -- it's filled with history, art, and a 400 sf deck that looks out over the Bighorn Mountains! The deck includes a gas Weber Grill and everything you need for a nice cookout. The commuter kitchenette is stocked and geared for the traveler's needs -- not for the gourmet cook. So there is a small stove, small oven, microwave lots of spices, dishes and pans/pots, two small under-the-counter fridges, and a larger fridge in the coffee/tea room with a small freezer, etc. Note the keyword in all of this is small. There's also a Keurig with reusable coffee pods waiting for you for after dinner or early am. For the tea folks there's a hot water maker, which can also be used for instant soups or oatmeal that we have available in case you come in hungry! And when it's hot, we've got an auto ice maker too! Just turn it on and in 10 minutes you have ice.
The listing says AC, but full disclosure is to say we combine both a large AC unit and the traditional "Swamp Cooler" that is a part of our Western culture. It cools things down, by creating cool airflow.

You'll have the whole place to yourself and your family and friends! No sharing with strangers here. Two bedrooms, and bunk beds for small kids (6 and up to 75lbs). Shared space includes kitchenette, coffee and tea room, extra large open concept living and dining room, bathroom with shower-tub, dedicated WIFI with two computer station desks, and beautiful large mountain view deck with grill, furniture, gazebo, hanging lines for wet suits and a comfy hammock!

LONG-TERM DISCOUNT PRICING AVAILABLE: We have weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly super economy rates that beat anything out there for business travelers, and families with reunions for small groups traveling together. Long-term RATES DO NOT include daily changes of sheets and towels (1x week are exchanged unless you know you need extra) .
What this place is not: On the one hand we are very easy going folks and we love having folks visit -- no matter your background, gender, ethnic or religious beliefs we are very happy to meet you!
What we are not is a place for those who have very young kids who need to throw things around or aren't good around stairs! Older kids are fine as they are able to get out and about and enjoy Buffalo, which is a totally safe place! Otherwise adults need to be with kids at all times -- if you need a night out we'll help you find a sitter! But 6 and up is our guideline for kids. Call us if you have questions.
Like many old buildings, we are charming but not super modern. We use swamp coolers for most air conditioning, and you may need up to 20 minutes between showers for hot water. For those who have physical disabilities, this is probably not a good place as we only have stair access -- sorry to say there is NO elevator in Buffalo, and there has never been a working elevator in any hotel in Buffalo! However, if you get here during daylight hours we will be happy to help you upstairs with your suitcases. It is true that these old buildings have beautiful old staircases -- so you can take your time and enjoy going up and down!
