The space
Newly renovated. New vinyl floor in the living room and bed room, with a new paint job (oil base paint for durability as well as a nice look), new bed and box spring, new couch, new refrigerator, new electric range stove/oven, new kitchen table and chairs, new water heater, new portable AC unit.

Please do not open the window, I you must open the windows they can be difficult to close due to age, screens typicallyneed removed and the window pulled in a little to lock the latch. (The windows are on the priority list for next phase of remodeling).

The space
Our amazing 108 guesthouse located in our back yard above our detached garage “The Kirk”. Has a side entrance. Its main bedroom has one queen size bed that has the only bathroom attached to it with an amazing original claw foot tub that has a shower attachment. Another nook with barn doors has two twin beds and a desk in it. The living room has a pull out couch, recliner and tv. The kitchen is fully stocked. Microwave, coffee pot, airfyer, blender and dishes ect. There is a beautiful “sun room” as we call it with a dinning table in it with a tv. Our home in located on a corner lot with wide streets and lots of parking.

If you don’t like the sound of children playing outside this may not be this place for you :)
We DO accept dogs but it’s a shared backyard and we have a 10 year old silver lab named Betsy.
