The hotel is also a short drive into downtown Jackson where we spent our evenings dining and shopping at the local boutiques. We had our 7 yr. old granddaughter in tow so we also incorporated a horse drawn wagon tour of the Elk Refuge and a day at Snow King, riding the Cowboy Coaster, tubing and skiing...the Elk Refuge and Snow King were also a very short drive from the hotel. Also, dining/drinks in the bar at Spur, located on the ground floor of the hotel, was very casual, cozy and convenient. Don’t forget swimsuits for the pool/hot tub! "

Our anniversary was on Saturday and we were wanting to schedule a romantic dinner atop the mountains, however did not go to schedule til Thursday and they were sold out for the day and unable to accommodate, book ahead of time-lesson learned. The Chill Spa couples massage was amazing. Spa facilities were pleasurable and staff accommodating to our specific needs. All in all a fantastic 5 day vacay! "

Both were very hard to find due to incorrect and inaddiquate numbers posted and the fact that the complex is huge. By the time we found it, the owner refused to allow us in, stating "he had meant to take it off vrbo for the summer". I had tired kids and it was now 10:30 pm. I had spent an hour on the phone with vrbo trying to figure out what was goi f on. We had nowhere to go. It was dark, in the mountains and had spotty cell service. There was one hotel in town with 1 room left and it cost me almost $1000 to get it. I had received all the confirmations, emails, etc before hand, so I thought everything was fine. Very, very upset about the whole.situation. it absolutely ruined my trip. I had called texted and emailed the host and he ignored me. Only after vrbo reached out did he bark at them that he had menat to remove the listing and was refusing my entry and hung up on the vrbo agent. Do not rent from this guy. Its basicly a scam."
