Our first impression was how clean it was and everything seemed brand new. I was so happy to find a washer and dryer, laundry soap, plenty of hangers, hair dryer, pool towels, every kitchen appliance one would need for a short stay, kitchen towels, dishwasher powder, dish soap, and extra pillows. The king size bed was perfect. I have to be honest and say we take our own sheets on vacation because the condo bedding is either too “used looking” or uncomfortable but I left ours in the suitcase because the mattress and bedding were perfect. The Murphy bed in between the kitchen and living area was equally comfortable with a queen size mattress! As for transportation, we chose not to rent a car and received a ride from Mountain Express at the Hayden airport. The driver, Lee, filled us in on everything we needed to know about Steamboat on our 20 minute drive to the condo where he dropped us off. Once settled in (and very hungry) we walked outside and saw the shuttle that was always ready to take you to the ski area/village. Earl, the driver, was absolutely wonderful. He always had bottled water as you entered the shuttle. It takes about 3 minutes to get to the village and we picked up our passes and found a cute little grill to eat for our first night. Rather than taking the shuttle back to the condo, we got on the public bus, which loads and unloads in the same area as the shuttle, and went to Walmart to get a few breakfast items and snacks. The public bus drivers were so kind! Walking to and from Walmart is about 1/2 a mile from the condo so you don’t need the public bussing unless you want to go into the town of Steamboat. We were perfectly fine eating at the grills/restaurants in the ski area, and places near the condo. We did order pizza delivery from Blue Sage Pizza (which is about a 1/4 of a mile to walk we found out when walking back from Walmart) and LOVED it! It was great having a fridge to put the leftovers in and finished the pizza off the next day. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo! Absolutely a perfect 10!"

We took property shuttle to the mountain and it worked great (but on a powder day I recommend grabbing the first one because they might get busy). Didn't use the hot tub but there is more than one. You have access to board game rentals and DVD rentals at check in. The town bus isn't too far but would probably be tough in ski boots. Nothing but good things to say about the unit. Just as described. Fire place, disposal, three TVs, all the utensils, pots and pans for cooking, covered parking if you can grab a spot. You won't be disappointed here. If you're deciding on a town/resort to visit Steamboat is one of the best. Nothing too extreme but I've never experienced better tree skiing or snow. Have fun!!"

- "We came to Steamboat to mountain bike and sight see. The property is close enough to the action to get there quickly, yet just on the edge as to not be too nutty. Property has a few hot tubs, swimming pool, game room, etc. We did not use these though. The concierge/time share rep. was very helpful and not pushy to come to a presentation at all. He just offered it as an option for us. Maybe that was because we were only staying 2 nights with limited time. There is a sofa in the room that was large enough for our 11 year old to sleep on in addition to the king bed and queen Murphy bed."

- "Great stay for a family of 3. The location can’t be right at the Sheraton at the base of Steamboat Springs resort. Essentially ski and ski out lots of food options at the base and a short drive to town the apartment itself had all the amenities needed to make breakfast and other small meals. The facilities at the Sheriddin are also great. We took advantage of the gym and the pool and the hot tub."
