The gourmet kitchen has Miele, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, including a separate beverage center with a wine fridge and small fridge. The large kitchen island is gorgeous inlaid granite with seating for four. The attached dining area seats 10, with a wall of windows providing incredible views to compliment every meal. Off the dining area there is a cozy conversation area for four, again surrounded by windows framing gorgeous views, there is even a telescope for stargazing.

From the main floor, wide carpeted stairs lead to the upper level where you will find the primary and the first guest bedroom suites. Incredible views will great you each morning as you raise the shades remotely from the main master's King bed, with a separate seating area and private balcony, this room has the same warm wood ceiling and floors you see on the main level. The beautifully appointed ensuite has double sinks, a rain/steam shower and soaking tub. Across the landing, the second master also has a King bed plus an incredible ensuite featuring double sinks with an awesome glass enclosed shower and tub “wet room”.

The same staircase also leads to the lower level of the home where you will find two additional Queen bedroom suites with luxurious bedding and private baths. You will also find the home’s 5th bedroom with 3 sets of custom timber XL Twin bunk beds with plush bedding and an attached 3/4 bath. There is a second Full bath just across the hall on this level, as well as a large laundry room. Down two steps you will find the awesome entertainment area with a full bar, billiards table and a large seating area with both TV and fireplace. A wall of windows looks out onto the covered patio and mountain beyond, connecting to the ski room with space for everyone’s ski and snowboard equipment.

Outside this lower level living area there is a multi-level stone patio, heated to melt the snow, with multiple lounging and conversation areas. Steps will lead you to the large sunken hot tub with electric cover and more incredible views. On the next level there is a fire pit, wonderful after a great day of Champagne snow skiing. An incredible ski-in/out property, the home has direct access to the Right O’ Way slope (green) just steps from the deck and private warming house.

Please note at this duplex property, there is a common front entry spaces and shared driveway, as well as all outdoor patio spaces on the main and lower levels of the home including the hot tub. Entering the main front door, stairs and an elevator lead down one level to the main floor with front doors to each of the individual residences. Designated parking is provided for two vehicles only in the driveway with the rental, there is no on-street parking overnight in ski season.

- "While it’s not ski in ski out, it’s only an easy 5 minute walk to the slopes. Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus a friend one night. Kitchen had enough pots and pans but no spices or foil or anything. Not a problem, but would like to let others know to bring salt and pepper if they can or want to. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again - hopefully the other units are as good if this one is not available. Third floor was not a big deal without an elevator. Great waiting area for when the weather is rough while waiting for the shuttle. Shuttles are hit and miss on availability. Had to use Uber when we couldn’t get ahold of anyone after waiting 15 minutes on the phone. Neat 3 times we called, they answered right away. Ubers are easier to get after 5pm. Overall,a great experience!"

- "Everything you want in a ski lodge" - "The layout is nice and it feels roomy for 8 people. Hot tub is close and it is nice there are 3 of them. The only thing I would suggest would be to have salt and pepper there as well as aluminum foil and plastic wrap. Thank you!" - "This two-story condo was great for our two families with kids. Two master bedrooms, plus two kid-friendly bedrooms (one with bunk beds, one with a twin trundle bed) was the perfect layout for everyone and boasted plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated and the open layout between the kitchen/dining/living areas makes a perfect setting for everyone to hang. Plus, the pool (heated in winter!) and hot tubs are great amenities!"

The Wildhorse Gondola is a very short walk from the house and drops-off at the base, immediately in front of Fleischer Sports (ski rental and overnight storage). As close to ski-in/ski-out as you can get without staying on the mountain. The property manager was very responsive to any questions and very helpful!"

The views from here are AMAZING. If views are your thing, this is the place. This spacious European chalet style home sits on a ridge with 270 degree views from the Steamboat Ski Area, down through the south valley with the Flat Top Mountains beyond and finally around to Emerald Mountain. You will not want to leave the spectacular wrap around deck or pretty much whatever window you gaze out. Spectacular.

Once you manage to pull yourself away from the view, to look at the house, you will love the unique features of this very spacious 5 bedroom home. Enter to a nice mud room area with hooks and a bench with the laundry room easily accessible from here. Proceed through to the inviting gourmet kitchen with views from the sink and dining area with large table. Your eyes will be drawn to the unique rock wall along the back of the home. The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to relax around the fireplace. You can access the wrap around deck from here. The main bedroom is just off the living area and features a King bed and its own entrance to the deck. The large attached bathroom has a soaking tub and beautiful walk-in shower. The other bedroom on the main level has a Queen bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a half bathroom on this level as well and stairs down to the 2 car garage.

Proceed upstairs where you will find a nice TV area and bookshelves brimming with your next read. There is a work space nook and Peloton bike here as well. You can access the private hot tub just outside. The remaining three bedrooms share this level. Each bedroom is large providing room for everyone to feel like they have their own space and privacy. There is one bedroom with Queen bed and another with two sets of bunk beds and each has a trundle, so this room sleeps a total of 6, perfect for the kids! These two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo. The last bedroom is a very large suite that faces the ski area and has a Queen bed and attached bathroom with walk-in shower.

This home feels like you are tucked away from the world up on a ridge with amazing views no matter what time of year! You will need a 4WD vehicle at this home, as it is no where near any sort of public transportation. There are two spaces in the garage and an additional space in the driveway, but please note this: You MUST have a vehicle with 4WD and high clearance to access this home in the Winter, period. The road is private and maintained but it can get quite snowy. In the summer, any vehicle should be fine.

The owners will consider allowing up to 2 dogs during your stay, this is a RARE find in Steamboat! They must be well behaved and house broken. You must disclose the intention of bringing your dog(s) with you at the time of booking. An additional pet fee will be collected and additional language added to the rental agreement. You are responsible for your pet.

Please note, this home is only available for longer term stays of at least 31 days or more, but not available for long term lease as the owners do still come and enjoy their Steamboat home throughout the year as well. A caretaker lives in a 1 bedroom apartment that is separate from the main home. She will be available to you as needed, but will be respectful of your privacy.

Moose Meadows Lodge is an extraordinary luxury home that recently underwent a major renovation and continues to see annual upgrades. Poised on a hillside overlooking all of Steamboat the views from Moose Meadows are sweeping in all directions. Not a cookie cutter condo at a ski mountain... this home is within walking distance to the mountain, has a sunken living room and four bedrooms and 3 baths. Whether you are 2 to 4 couples or 2 families with kids you will love this duplex home. It's got everything you need to have a fun relaxing and convenient ski vacation.

The house is just around the corner from the ski area yet secluded on a dead end street overlooking the golf course.

The free city bus to take you anywhere in the area including downtown stops right at the end of Christie Drive.

We think you will like staying here. We just completed a mini remodel and hope you will love the new flooring upstairs and fresh paint on the walls. The house is freshly furnished so please do let us know if you are missing anything during your stay!

The space
This is our personal full time home in Steamboat which we only make available when we're traveling. Here's what we love about it:

We remodeled this home. Be one of the first to enjoy our home which has been updated with fresh carpeting, furnishing, bedding, and linens.

Perfect home for family time together.
Our home has some of the best views in Steamboat and every room has it's own full bathroom. Our gourmet kitchen is stocked with a Wolf Range and everything you need to create (or have a private chef create) the perfect meal.

We're a stones throw from the ski mountain - 3 min drive to Meadows Parking lot (main free lot for the ski mountain shuttle) and 10-15 minute walk to Ski Time Square (base of Gondola) (note we're on an elevated lot so downhill there and uphill back but we do it with our 6 and 8 year old with no issues!).

The top floor master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom with separate shower and huge tub. It also has A/C (rare in Steamboat!), a fireplace, and Romeo & Juliet Balcony overlooking the valley.

The second bedroom upstairs has a twin bed with trundle, en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and a covered private balcony. This bedroom also has A/C.

The third bedroom has an awesome log bunk (Twin over full), views across the valley, and it's own bathroom with shower.

The fourth bedroom on the lower level has another king bed and dedicated bathroom with shower.

The Lower Level is a huge entertaining space and second Great Room with 30 foot ceilings, walls of windows and great views. This area includes a game room with air hockey, foosball, and a 1976 classic pinball machine. Adjoining the game room is a full bar and tv room. This level also accesses the private hot tub which enjoys views across the valley as well.

The home has radiant in floor heat for ultimate comfort and heated driveways and garage making access easy no matter the weather.

Private elevator services every floor making move-in/move-out a breeze.

We include everything you need to cook, enjoy coffee/tea, hairdryers, toiletries, laundry facilities with iron and drying rack and can even assist you with things like grocery delivery, private chefs/catering, transport, gear rental, or other activities. Just ask!

Air conditioning....a rare find in steamboat. The master bedrooms along with the main living room have AC units.
The house is heated with radiant in-floor heating. It's a more consistent and less dry heat and super comfortable in the winter. Please don't adjust above 68. These systems take time to adjust but provide the most comfortable and consistent heat throughout the house.

All bedrooms have humidifiers and extra blankets.

We also own the townhouse next door so can book these together as an 8 bedroom 9 bath home for large family gatherings. Just let us know.
