We are located across from the access to the Colorado Trailhead and in a very quiet part of the resort. We completely renovated this cabin ourselves and hope you will feel the love and cool vibes we tried to incorporate. Although our space is intimate we have tried to provide you with all the amenities you might need or want. We especially love the outdoor space with the option to be in the sun or tucked away under a covered patio. We are a short walk to the 12,000 sf clubhouse where you will have full access to the heated pool, 2 hot tubs, game room and commercial laundry facility. Our charming chalet sleeps 4 people very comfortably. Located on a sunny wooded 1 acre lot, guests love the close proximity to town/lifts, private hot tub, and wood fireplace. Our home is in a neighborhood, it is NOT a remote cabin. There is ample parking, a full kitchen, laundry, and satellite TV. A great place for mountain getaways. Couples, families (with children older than 3), and low-key people will find it a perfect match.

Our typical quiet residential neighborhood is currently not so quiet on our street (this update September 2025). There are 2 homes being built with construction noise during the day. The house beside us (towards town) was removed and they are building a new house on that spot. Currently, they are framed in and roof is completed. We are not sure how noisy it will be during your requested dates. The house on the corner is farther along. Please be comfortable with construction noise and trucks, during the day, if you make a reservation request.

The chalet is light and bright with high ceilings and many windows. Living room has a wood fireplace and sliding doors to the deck and hot tub. Fabulous stargazing from deck and hot tub. The hot tub in on the front desk facing the road (see photos). Fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, and smart TV. Washer and dryer in basement. Fully furnished including linens.

There is one king bed, one queen bed and one single mattress. Mattresses are firm with pillow tops. We are firm about renting to a max of 4 people. Please do not send a reservation request if your group has the potential of more than 4 people, including children, or you need 4 beds (the living room sectional sofa is not an option for sleeping).

NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO DRUGS on the entire property, inside or outside (including marijuana). WE ARE HIGHLY SENSITIVE TO SMOKE, smoke smell on clothing, cigarette butts in trash - please choose another property if anyone is your group (or anyone who may visit you) is a smoker. PLEASE READ THIS: We are on property most weekdays (usually not on weekends) in the basement apartment. If you have a car there is a parking space, and a 3 minute drive gets you to the Breckenridge Resort gondola (or the free bus will take you there twice an hour). Other ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland Pass) are within a short drive. Breckenridge is 105 miles from Denver International Airport.

Welcome to our cozy chalet! Sleeps 4, located within the gated Tiger Run community, just 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and ski lifts. Our 600 sq. ft. chalet is a small, yet quaint getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city!
Upon arrival you will find 2 parking spaces in our private driveway. Enter into the Colorado room and find coat racks and baskets to store your gear. When you step further inside, you will find an expandable table, perfect for meals or family game nights and a coffee bar with a keurig coffee maker. Additional Mr. Coffee maker in kitchen.
In the main cabin, you enter into the living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, two swivel/glider chairs, big screen TV and an electric "fireplace" heater to warm you on cold nights.
A small, yet well stocked kitchen leads you to the bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and built in dresser drawers.
The small bathroom is off the kitchen with shower.
Step out the back door and view the mountains and open space. The deck with BBQ, picnic table and rocking chairs has ample seating to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Welcome to our comfortable and cozy chalet. This is the place to unwind, whether you've been skiing in near by Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin or Copper Mountain, biking or even hiking all day. We are centrally located in Summit County and a great place to relax after an adventurous day. We have a gorgeous corner lot that is great in the Spring, Fall or Summer. Fire pit with plenty of chairs and an out door table. Inside we have plenty of seating for you and your friends in the Colorado room as well as a separate dinning area. The kitchen is will stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a nice dinner at the end of the day. While staying with us you will have the use of the clubhouse which is just around the corner about a 1 minute walk. The clubhouse has showers, indoor pool and 2 hot tubs, game room, small gym, and laundry facility. We also have tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground for visiting children. If you don't want to drive to near by Breckenridge or Frisco, you could walk to the FREE Summit Stage (public transportation) which is located just outside the park near highway 9. The Stage has numerous stops throughout Summit County.

There is a free bus from the resort to downtown Breckenridge, CO or it is a 10 minute drive.

Tiger Run is a beautifully maintained, gated resort. It has an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It also has an arcade. Each cabin is privately owned. Half the resort is cabins and half are privately owned RV spaces. Both the Swan and Blue Rivers run through the property. A stream side entrance to the Colorado Trail for hiking is found within the property!

Because it's gated, paved and relatively flat, it's great for those wanting a safe, fun, full of amenities, right in the middle of everything, but not in the center of "Condo village" feeling. It is a short drive, or 3 mile bike ride on the paved bike path along the river to "Main St" of Breckenridge, or 6 miles along the bike path to Frisco.

There are beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range! The location of the resort is ideal. Located on Highway 9, only 5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, you are convenient to five world class ski areas. The free shuttle stops in front of the resort to/from Breckenridge/Frisco/Keystone, or drive to the free parking and shuttle to whichever lift you'd like. The famous bike path is across the street from the resort. The chalet itself is located very close to the club facilities, within the resort. This is a truly safe and beautiful environment to relax and enjoy!

This was a nice end of our trip stay for the last trail (Holy Cross) in Vail. Emily was amazing and easy to get ahold of. Clean and we felt super safe staying there. This is the greatest little property! Located in the Tiger Run Resort on north side of Breckenridge Colorado. Approximately 400 square feet, 1BR/1BA. Sleeps 2 in main floor bedroom with Queen size bed. Please note the couch is not a sleeper sofa.

Our chalet is close to the Resort Lodge Building with an Indoor Heated Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, Showers, Laundry, Game Room, Business Office, and Workout Room. We are next to the volleyball court, tennis court, and close to the children's playground.

Free Summit Bus Shuttle picks up at entrance to resort on Hwy 9, with transportation to Breckenridge (stops at gondola), Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Keystone, and Copper Mountain. Also available within Breckenridge is Free Ride bus service. Many transportation services operate to-and-from the Denver airport and the town of Breckenridge, including Tiger Run Resort.

Winter activities: Skiing and snowboarding are close by, with 5 great resorts within a few miles of each other: Breckenridge (4 miles), Keystone (10 miles), A-Basin (15 miles), Copper Mountain (15 miles), and Vail (34 miles). Some of the best powder in North America year after year. There are tube parks, half-pipe, world class competitions, international snow sculpting contests, ice skating rinks, indoor and outdoor. Rent snowmobiles and go it alone, touring the Rockies or a guide will be happy to show you the best trails. Nordic skiing is 1 mile away. Go snowshoeing on winter trails. The Frisco Adventure Park has tubing, with a magic-carpet for quick return to the top of the hill. The Adventure Park also has a beginner ski hill, which is great for starting out.

Summer activities: Paved bike trails are just across Hwy 9. You can bike to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone or Dillon and never leave a safe trail. First class fly and reel fishing in the Blue River and nearby lakes and ponds for adults and kids alike. For the hikers and mountain climbers, the Colorado Trail is just across Revett Dr from the resort (2 min walk). Many hiking trails are available for all levels and abilities to enjoy. You can hike to the Continental Divide or climb 14-teeners. Boat, kayak, and pontoon rentals on Lake Dillon at Frisco Marina round out the adventure program. The Space:
Feel as if you have been tucked away in a natural wonderland as you arrive at this mountain home featuring two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, and an open and bright floor plan situated between the mountain towns of Frisco and Breckenridge.

As you arrive at the home, you will find parking for two vehicles in the paved driveway. Three short steps up to the front porch entrance of the home brings you to a secure ski locker, then inside where you will be greeted by a small entryway complete with a shoe and coat rack convenient for hanging your outdoor gear before you settle in.

From the front door of the home, you arrive in an open space full of natural light and character with high ceilings and exposed wood beams, and windows all around providing beautiful views. The dining and kitchen areas provide a modern space connected by a large island with barstool seating perfect for enjoying a quick meal, doing some remote work, or chatting with the chef. The dining table provides seating for six directly underneath a large bright window. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet and counter space, and classic, wood finishes while you prepare meals and visit with your group during your stay. The large open space of the home features a cozy living area where you will find a leather couch that pulls out to a queen-size bed, two reading chairs, and a 42” flat-screen Smart TV to connect your own streaming services. Cozy up in this gorgeous chalet with a larger space on one half for group gatherings and cooking, while the other half has 2 small en-suite bedrooms with queen sized beds and full bathrooms (one with a standing shower, other has a tub). There is a charming upstairs loft with lower ceilings and seating area.

There is also a large shed in the back available for storage.

- "AMAZING STAY. The area where the resort is located is spectacular. The mountain views are fantastic, and David, our host, was super responsive and did a detailed and very chic job on the cabin. Full kitchen, great living and dining areas, the mattresses were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. My friends and I stargazed at the fire pit every night before coming in to hang out on the large sectional in front of the fireplace. The chalet is very cozy with the bedrooms on the small side, but each person in our group of 5 felt like they had their own space and privacy thanks to having four bedrooms. Two are loft bedrooms, so the shorter folks got those, but they were very comfy. And the hot tubs in the clubhouse were a huge bonus. We’re definitely staying here again!"

The free bus, Summit Stage, has a bus stop right outside the resort off of Revett/Hwy 70 for easy access to Breckenridge, Frisco, and the rest of Summit County.

Neighborhood was quiet, friendly, safe, and loaded with some all-star RVs :) We enjoyed having two trailheads nearby and highly recommend the taking the Colorado trail to Hippo or further. Loved the open deck and views of the river. Chalet was cozy and had what we needed, including a citrus reamer and blender. Host was very accommodating to our check in and check out requests/communication. We would stay here again!"

On the main floor there is a master bedroom about 12x10 with a queen bed directly across from the bath room.
The upstairs bedroom is large 21X14 foot loft. There is enough sleeping in the upstairs bedroom for 2 persons - Two twin beds. One full bed. One queen bed: an open dorm setting. All but one twin beds are high/good quality and nearly new.

This very pleasant home is located four miles south of 'Breckenridge'. Situated in a wooded riverside setting on one acre, 'cross country skiing' is right out of the front door on the riverfront down stream one mile to a private lake. All private property.

In summer a bike path begins just a few hundred yards from the home and allows biking to Breckenridge, 'Copper Mountain', and 'Vail'. The home is privately owned and managed by the owner. The home is kept very clean and well supplied. If you are seeking value and lodging that will get you away from the hassles of the main resort this is the place for you. 'No Pets' allowed and 'No Smoking' allowed please.

- "Ed and his cabin built with his own hands both have a lot of character. If you don't know that Ed is a serious fisherman before you get there, you'll be reminded by the wall paper, table lamps, bedsheets, many momentos on the walls and the fishing rods hanging under the timbers. The place has high ceilings, comfortable beds, a wall of windows and I found myself just looking around the place often just taking it in. From his front door I could make it to Brecks parking lots in about 10 minutes. Ed was a great host and I hope to come back soon."

After an exhilarating day of skiing, come home to a place away from all the commotion. No one in the next room. No one down the hall. No noisy elevator or concessions area just outside your door. Your comfy chalet is seated next to the national forest and is all yours. Relax in a hot tub or take a swim in the heated pool at the rec center. Our onsite management staff impeccably maintains the common grounds, flower gardens and the 12,000 sf Clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. Also, many Golf courses to choose from just minutes from our cabin. There is a large commercial laundry facility in the clubhouse for your convenience as well.

Our cabin was custom built with a unique modern interior and Knotty pine log exterior that's warm and inviting. We can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in 1 master bedroom and 1 pullout sofa. We have a large covered patio and huge outdoor patio with gas log fire pit and BBQ where you can kick back and relax just off the Swan River. We also provide free 500+ mbps WiFI from anywhere in our cabin. We have flat screen hi-def SmatTV in the living room . We offer a fully furnished kitchen and appliance package. We have tried to think of everything you might need for a comfortable stay including soaps, shampoo and conditioners, towels and all of the small appliance you might need. Warm and cozy, this is the idyllic Colorado Cabin in the woods. The three level chalet offers a bedroom and bath on each level providing space and privacy. Huge wrap around deck with a private hot tub that captures the stunning views down the valley. Located only a 20 min drive from Breckenridge, you will be able to experience all the town has to offer while enjoying a peaceful retreat. This home is used by the owners as a second home and tastefully appointed with many amenities.

The space
The house is a typical Colorado mountain chalet and perched on North Star Mountain at 11,000 feet with wonderful views of the valley. If you are coming from sea level, please consider staying a couple of days in the Denver/Boulder area to acclimate and avoid potential altitude sickness symptoms. As a reference, the town of Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet and the top of the ski resort is at 12,998 feet. This is a wonderful place to escape heat in the summer (temps rarely go above 75F at that altitude) and access incredible hikes directly from the chalet or within just a few miles (5 fourteener trailheads within a 1/2 hour radius, Quandary is just 5 minutes away). It's an incredible base for snow sports in the winter as it located 20 minutes away from the world renowned ski resort Breckenridge. During the winter months (October through May), make sure to come up with a 4x4 or AWD vehicle with snow tires or you risk getting stuck on our neighborhood on the county roads and our neighborhood roads.
The chalet offers two living areas: one on the main floor with a gas fireplace and one in the loft with two reclining chairs, a sectional sofa and a TV. The main level has access to a large deck with a hot tub and outdoor furniture. The master bedroom is on the top level and has a king bed, a love seat that can turn into a twin bed, a dresser and a TV. There is large walk-in closet where we store a pack and play. The full bathroom includes a big shower and two sinks. On the main floor, the bedroom features a queen bed and a dresser and closet. The bathroom across the hall way has a bath tub. The kitchen is open concept and well appointed for those who like to cook. The ground level bedroom has a queen bed, TV, closet and a big en suite bathroom. Entrance to the house is best done through the garage where a door leads to a mud room allowing one to hang coats, store shoes and do laundry. The hot tub is located on the front deck offering great views of the valley while soaking. Starlink high speed internet provides speed of more than 150 Mbps allowing guests to work from the chalet.

Guest access
The neighborhood is called "North Star Secluded Estates" and is located 20 minutes south of Breckenridge, just before the top of Hoosier Pass. The house is 5 minutes away from Highway 9 on Hamilton Lane and is easy to access via a gravel road. Please note that between the months of October and May you need a 4x4 (AWD or 4WD) with snow tires to drive through Summit county and our neighborhood or you risk getting stuck on the roads or our inclined driveway. There is one parking garage, two parking spots right outside of the garage and two parking spots at the top of the driveway (so a total of 5 parking spots).

Other things to note
The chalet is on North Star Mountain at 11,000 feet (Breckenridge village sits at 9,600 feet and the top of the ski resort is at 12,998 feet) so if you are coming from sea level, we highly recommend a stay in the Denver/Boulder area for a couple of days before heading to Breckenridge/ our chalet so you can acclimate to altitude and avoid altitude sickness symptoms (Sleeplessness, nausea, headaches being the most common).

Despite the remote location, the house is equipped with a cell phone signal booster which provides reliable service. In the winter months (October through May), make sure you come up with a 4WD or 4x4 with snow tires as the Summit County roads get only cleared once a day when it snows and roads can be treacherous. Our neighborhood gets plowed regularly and we have a service clearing our driveway every time 4 inches of snow accumulate but there is always a layer of snow on the ground and you will get stuck in our driveway if you don't have 4WD and snow tires.

We have three TVs in the house with satellite service through Direct TV and offer some premium channels such as HBO. Starlink high speed internet was installed in October 2022 and provide more than 150 Mbps speed allowing our guests to work from the chalet.

The space
Located just 3 miles out of Breckenridge Colorado at Tiger Run Resort, our cabin is a homey and relaxing base for your high country adventure. You'll be located directly next to the river running through the resort & near the national forest trails system.

Our cabin is tastefully furnished with one bedroom, a well supplied kitchen, bathroom, and living/dining area. In the summers, we love enjoying the expansive deck that boasts mountain views, abundant sunshine, and the beautiful sounds of the river. Please note that this cabin is a cozy size best suited for 2 guests, but it is functional for 3 if desired.

We're a 5 minute walk or 60 second drive to the community clubhouse, which includes a hot tub, pool, locker rooms, fitness room, laundry room, and work room with a desk for working remotely. Right outside the clubhouse are tennis courts and a playground. Simply walking around the well maintained resort and taking in the mountain views is a very relaxing activity as well.

While some areas of Breckenridge can be busy, Tiger Run strikes the perfect balance of proximity and relaxation. We think this is the perfect spot to wind down, enjoy various activities and have fun with the whole family!
