We are located across from the access to the Colorado Trailhead and in a very quiet part of the resort. We completely renovated this cabin ourselves and hope you will feel the love and cool vibes we tried to incorporate. Although our space is intimate we have tried to provide you with all the amenities you might need or want. We especially love the outdoor space with the option to be in the sun or tucked away under a covered patio. Our charming chalet sleeps 4 people very comfortably. Located on a sunny wooded 1 acre lot, guests love the close proximity to town/lifts, private hot tub, and wood fireplace. Our home is in a neighborhood, it is NOT a remote cabin. There is ample parking, a full kitchen, laundry, and satellite TV. A great place for mountain getaways. Couples, families (with children older than 3), and low-key people will find it a perfect match.

Our typical quiet residential neighborhood is currently not so quiet on our street (this update September 2025). There are 2 homes being built with construction noise during the day. The house beside us (towards town) was removed and they are building a new house on that spot. Currently, they are framed in and roof is completed. We are not sure how noisy it will be during your requested dates. The house on the corner is farther along. Please be comfortable with construction noise and trucks, during the day, if you make a reservation request.

The chalet is light and bright with high ceilings and many windows. Living room has a wood fireplace and sliding doors to the deck and hot tub. Fabulous stargazing from deck and hot tub. The hot tub in on the front desk facing the road (see photos). Fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi, and smart TV. Washer and dryer in basement. Fully furnished including linens.

There is one king bed, one queen bed and one single mattress. Mattresses are firm with pillow tops. We are firm about renting to a max of 4 people. Please do not send a reservation request if your group has the potential of more than 4 people, including children, or you need 4 beds (the living room sectional sofa is not an option for sleeping).

NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO DRUGS on the entire property, inside or outside (including marijuana). WE ARE HIGHLY SENSITIVE TO SMOKE, smoke smell on clothing, cigarette butts in trash - please choose another property if anyone is your group (or anyone who may visit you) is a smoker. Welcome to our cozy chalet! Sleeps 4, located within the gated Tiger Run community, just 4 miles from downtown Breckenridge and ski lifts. Our 600 sq. ft. chalet is a small, yet quaint getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city!
Upon arrival you will find 2 parking spaces in our private driveway. Enter into the Colorado room and find coat racks and baskets to store your gear. When you step further inside, you will find an expandable table, perfect for meals or family game nights and a coffee bar with a keurig coffee maker. Additional Mr. Coffee maker in kitchen.
In the main cabin, you enter into the living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, two swivel/glider chairs, big screen TV and an electric "fireplace" heater to warm you on cold nights.
A small, yet well stocked kitchen leads you to the bedroom with a queen size bed, closet and built in dresser drawers.
The small bathroom is off the kitchen with shower.
Step out the back door and view the mountains and open space. The deck with BBQ, picnic table and rocking chairs has ample seating to sit back, relax and enjoy the view. Just down the steps is a cozy fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs! From here, you are steps away from the beautiful, flowing Blue River.

- "Very cute little place to spend a week. Ten minutes from downtown Breckenridge and Frisco made access to both very easy. Clubhouse has a nice swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a laundry facility. Access to hiking trail right from the back of the RV park was great for walking the dogs. Welcome to our comfortable and cozy chalet. This is the place to unwind, whether you've been skiing in near by Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin or Copper Mountain, biking or even hiking all day. We are centrally located in Summit County and a great place to relax after an adventurous day. We have a gorgeous corner lot that is great in the Spring, Fall or Summer. Fire pit with plenty of chairs and an out door table. Inside we have plenty of seating for you and your friends in the Colorado room as well as a separate dinning area. The kitchen is will stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a nice dinner at the end of the day. While staying with us you will have the use of the clubhouse which is just around the corner about a 1 minute walk. The clubhouse has showers, indoor pool and 2 hot tubs, game room, small gym, and laundry facility. We also have tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground for visiting children. If you don't want to drive to near by Breckenridge or Frisco, you could walk to the FREE Summit Stage (public transportation) which is located just outside the park near highway 9. The Stage has numerous stops throughout Summit County.

There is a free bus from the resort to downtown Breckenridge, CO or it is a 10 minute drive.

Tiger Run is a beautifully maintained, gated resort. It has an indoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It also has an arcade. Each cabin is privately owned. Half the resort is cabins and half are privately owned RV spaces. Both the Swan and Blue Rivers run through the property. A stream side entrance to the Colorado Trail for hiking is found within the property!

Because it's gated, paved and relatively flat, it's great for those wanting a safe, fun, full of amenities, right in the middle of everything, but not in the center of "Condo village" feeling. It is a short drive, or 3 mile bike ride on the paved bike path along the river to "Main St" of Breckenridge, or 6 miles along the bike path to Frisco.

There are beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range! The location of the resort is ideal. Located on Highway 9, only 5 minutes to downtown Breckenridge, you are convenient to five world class ski areas. The free shuttle stops in front of the resort to/from Breckenridge/Frisco/Keystone, or drive to the free parking and shuttle to whichever lift you'd like. The famous bike path is across the street from the resort. The chalet itself is located very close to the club facilities, within the resort. This is a truly safe and beautiful environment to relax and enjoy!

- "Our stay was amazing!! We came from MI and everything was perfect. We tent camped for 10 days in Silverton, CO for the Jeep Badge Trails. This was a nice end of our trip stay for the last trail (Holy Cross) in Vail. Emily was amazing and easy to get ahold of. Clean and we felt super safe staying there. Bonus was the loft and the community pool and arcade which our 6 year old daughter loved. Emily we can’t thank you enough and hope to be back!!!"
