♥ The House has 2 floors. on the entrance/ground floor. you have the hot tub outside, the Mud room, 3 small bedrooms with a queen size bed and a dresser and a closet in each. There are also 1 and a half baths. Inside of the full bath you will find a Dry sauna for you to enjoy
♥ On the upper level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, deck and laundry room. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed, a bunk bed, Cable TV, dresser and closet. On the second room there are 2 bunk beds a dresser and closet. There is 1 full bath upstairs with a bath tub.
♥ Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils to cook. Before using the dish washer, rinse the plates.
♥ There is one Cable Tv in the big room upstairs and a cable/Smart Tv in the Living room.
★ Please feel free to enjoy the entire place, with own discretion. We only ask you to treat it as you do to your own house.

- "Great location, fun house. Owners were very helpful." - "A group of 10 friends stayed for 4 nights. The only negative thing about staying here is the location. It's not ski in/ski out, which we knew when we booked. But finding lodging for 10 proved more difficult than I expected. Luckly we found this wonderful home. Don't let the location be a deterrent from staying here though. It's very close to the base village, and a free short shuttle ride away. The shuttle will pick you up at the end of the driveway. If you want to spend time down in Aspen, it proves a bit more difficult to bus there. You have to take the shuttle to the base village, then catch the bus to Aspen (also free). But, it takes a while. I would recommend renting a car if you're going down to Aspen often. Depending on Uber or Lift proved challenging, so again a car is a good option if you're staying here. If you're staying in Snowmass the shuttle is perfectly fine. The home itself was perfect for our group. 5 couples in 5 different bedrooms. (one bedroom just has bunk beds though) The house was clean and well maintained and offers both a hot tub and a dry sauna. I would highly recommend staying at this home while in Snowmass. Perfect place for a group of friends to enjoy."

Our house is best setup for families with kids or couples.
Great as a ski vacation away from town just enough to have a true sense of wilderness while still being close to it all, or as a summer family get away, as a hunting base of operations to explore the great elk hunting in Colorado's Area 43 GMU. We love our location, you will too!
