What I didn’t like was no concierge - e.g. the links that were sent before I arrived (like grocery shopping via city market, which goes directly to Kroger) wasn’t relevant. I also don’t like that I was kicked out at 10 AM sharp on my day of departure after notifying the team that I needed another hour in advance because my flight was later and I couldn’t necessarily sit outside with 10 bags and three kids… I was told the other family requested early check in. People who are assisting Snowmass guests are in park city and don’t necessarily know aspen. Other than that I think the condo is great good location & the right price."
