It’s tucked back in a residential neighborhood area, very quiet and feels cozy, but there are no sidewalks or roads you could walk on to get into town. We stayed in a two bedroom. It was clean but the smell of maple syrup lingered both days even with windows open and the door to one of the rooms wouldn’t shut. It’s a little tired looking but did the trick, a place to sleep and that’s all we needed after a night staying at the Stanley for the Halloween ball. Didn’t get to use the hot tub but we’re a little disappointed the pool was closed, would have used it."

The check in process was so easy and they provided us with a crib for our infant daughter. Our unit was directly on the river and we saw wildlife every day including deer, elk, and a bear. From your unit you can walk down to the edge of the river and have a picnic. If you are a fly fisherman you can try and catch some Colorado trout. Fishing gear available to rent. There's a great chance you will see some wildlife right outside your window as Elk are known to frequent the WorldMark Estes Park property. Come fish in the summer and snow ski in the winter. WiFi available for a nominal fee paid to the resort.

- "Watch out for the extra wifi charges, bad electric wiring, small room with smaller than normal love seat as a couch. You'll get get a quick response from an uncaring 3rd party company, who doesn't care about you, but only abouta fast response.. For example, the fitness center and rec room are closed for the season. Too bad , we'll update the listing....btw listing still shows ping pong, fitness etc. The people at the location are nice, but your VRBO is not connected to them. They don't like short term rentals like VRBO because of the misleading advertising."

- "The coffee pot carafe was too small for the machine so it was impossible to make coffee and the filters in the room didn't work for that pot, we went and bought a french press for the stay. There were shower tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom to the left of the front door. The main pool was too cold to swim, not heating up to the temperature it is supposed to and the hot tub closest to our room was closed as well (by the main office) there were people there looking at both of them while we were there. This was very disappointing for the kids with us, but not the fault of the owner. Our room was clean, big, as described, just those few nuances that I mentioned above."
