The convenience of being located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort helped make the most of our ski days! There is great shopping at the equipment shop at the base of the mountain as well. Working with Austin, our concierge, made it all so effortless. He was fantastic and full of information; he booked our lift tickets and a snowmobiling excursion with Back Country. The hotel is also a short drive into downtown Jackson where we spent our evenings dining and shopping at the local boutiques. We had our 7 yr. old granddaughter in tow so we also incorporated a horse drawn wagon tour of the Elk Refuge and a day at Snow King, riding the Cowboy Coaster, tubing and skiing...the Elk Refuge and Snow King were also a very short drive from the hotel. Also, dining/drinks in the bar at Spur, located on the ground floor of the hotel, was very casual, cozy and convenient. Don’t forget swimsuits for the pool/hot tub! "

Made it somewhat difficult to enjoy the meal while sweating. Another is, we were not informed at check in or before that the gondola and tram were closed for private events on Fridays and Saturdays. Our anniversary was on Saturday and we were wanting to schedule a romantic dinner atop the mountains, however did not go to schedule til Thursday and they were sold out for the day and unable to accommodate, book ahead of time-lesson learned. The Chill Spa couples massage was amazing. Spa facilities were pleasurable and staff accommodating to our specific needs. All in all a fantastic 5 day vacay! "

- "There should be more reviews on this property. Great way to stay at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole without paying as much booking through Four Seasons officially. You will be treated no differently at the hotel…100% identical as if you booked through the resort. You check in at the front desk, have full access to all amenities, room service, can charge drinks to your room pool side, they will honor special requests for your room (place a crib if needed), maid service, etc. Very nice 3 bedroom (assigned unit can vary since a time share), but no matter what unit ur assigned it will be great. If you want a 3 bedroom during ur stay and this rental is available, it would be a huge waste to book through Four Seasons….this is the exact same experience. Owner can take a day or two to respond to inquiries it seems, but no need to worry (he’ll get to it). Made me a little nervous booking an expensive place like this without seeing any prior reviews, but everything turned out to be great and hassle free. We had a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo and it had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well stocked. I get up early so I would open the balcony door and turn the fireplace on while I had my coffee in August it was in the mid-40s in the early mornings. There is a nice deck outside of the great room in the lobby that was also very relaxing. The bathrooms are stocked with large shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. There is maid service daily and everything is restocked. Flexible bedding options available upon request but to granted. See 2 Bedroom description below. The Teton Club is THE BEST LOCATION on the mountain! Stay in luxury and convenience in the very center of the village! Walk out and step right into the Gondola, 100 passenger Tram or the Kid's Ranch Ski School (literally right next door!) and enjoy every minute of your vacation!
