No need to wait in line or pay for parking at the resorts. Starting on December 10th, 2023, buses will run on a 20-minute frequency, with service hours from 6 AM to 11 PM. The bus will transport you directly to the Main Street Transit Center (6 Silver).

There are also direct skier buses for Deer Valley Ski Resort (8 Brown) and Park City Mountain (7 Grey) which will run from 6 AM- 11 PM and take you from the Park and Ride to the Ski Resort Base Areas. The park and ride location is just 1.5 miles from your rental, about a 5-minute drive to the parking lot.

Guest access
Guests have 1 FREE Parking Pass & access to all resort amenities! The resorts has a monthly calendar that has what the daily events they are doing for guests each day. Most of the activists are FREE, there are some that have fees and if you chose to do one that costs money, you would be responsible for those charges. Once you have booked, I will email you the actual Marriott confirmation email within 24 hours. This will have the resorts phone number, and address, along with your name on the reservation. Please make sure your name matches your ID so you will be able to check in without any issues.

Other things to note
There is no daily house keeping. If you would like your room cleaned you can arrange that with the resort & they can let you know what that fee would be. You are responsible for all charges to your room.

If you need additional towels, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, blankets, pillows, additional plates, glasses, silverware, or IF by chance you have an issue with something in your room; please contact the front desk and they will be more then happy to assist you. If you can’t get something resolved with the front desk, please let me know ASAP, and not after your stay. I want to ensure my guests have an excellent, wonderful experience during their stay!

You have your own apartment, private entrance, assigned off street parking.
This space is definitely best suited for couples or the solo traveler.

However, for the extra guest, the sofa in living area is larger than an XL Twin Mattress and can comfortably sleep an adult up to 6'6". I am happy to provide bedding on request:)

The space
Welcome to our home. This is not managed by a property management company, but by my wife and I and you will see the difference from all the other rentals.

Timberwolf Lodge is an intimate group of condos located at the bottom of The Canyons side of Park City Mountain Resort (EPIC Pass). Amazing runs, endless dry powder and fantastic tree skiing is what has us calling this our home.
The Canyons side of the resort is known for the least crowded slopes and lift lines in Park City. The Cabriolet lift whisks you up to the Canyons village and is either a 6 min. walk or 1 stop on the bus.

You will never forget your stay in our mountain cabin. Extensive natural wood and stone throughout with radiant heat flooring. Warm fireplace will keep you toasty after a day on the slopes or walking through our beautiful community.
Kitchen is completely stocked with everything you could need including, spice rack, cooking oils, Nespresso and drip coffee.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with attached full bath.
2nd bedroom has two queen beds with attached full bath.
Living room has a queen size aerobed.

Attached 2-car garage (realistically you can only fit 1 vehicle, but I have seen 2 squeeze in) keeps your car and belongings and safe from the snow and rain without the need to shovel. The garage temperature never drops below 50 degrees so no need to climb into a frigid vehicle in the winter.

Guest access
The full cabin is all yours. The shared garage has dedicated space for one vehicle and other storage. The only other common space is the community hot tubs and beautiful grounds.

Other things to note
One of our neighbors is currently remodeling the interior of their unit. They are conducting interior construction DURING THE DAY causing some limited noise. This is expected to be complete in late August.

This is a peaceful retreat in the country. 5 minutes to Heber main Street . 15-20 minutes to Park City. About halfway between Park city and Sundance. Excellent views of mount Timpanogos. Parking for 2 cars or larger vehicles. It has a private and tranquil fenced in back yard. TV and air conditioner in the main bedroom. TV, leather couch and loveseat in the main room. Full kitchen with private seating and table in back courtyard. Quiet sparsely populated neighborhood with areas to walk with your dog.
