We went to Zion National Park early in the morning, but after learning we needed a permit for the good hikes and seeing how over crowded it was, we checked in early and spend the entire day exploring the mountains with our dogs. Zero traffic and the most picturesque views. We got to watch the rancher’s sorting their cows, which felt like a real-life western. The owners told us that Kevin Cosner’s Horizon was filmed on the ranch, which was such a fun fact for us. The night was amazing with the stars and zero light pollution. All the right vibes. The Staff was truly wonderful and so helpful. We highly recommend staying here and using up all the amazing amenities. "

Upstairs in bedroom 3, there is a king and a double bunk bed with a private ensuite. In bedroom 4 you'll find a king bed with a private ensuite. Pickleball & basketball court available for your use as well, paddles and balls are provided.

- "Perfect place for a fun family vacation" - "We absolutely loved staying here! It was immaculately clean and such a great location. We went to Zions and St. George and this was right in the middle. The home looks small from the outside, but is spacious and fit 10 adults and 11 children just fine. Having 6 bathrooms was so nice for our big group. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids, as well as ping pong. The host responded quickly to our questions. I think the only downside is 1 of the master suites upstairs doesn't have a door to the shower area, which makes sharing a room with your family tricky. Just hard to have privacy when you get out of the shower. But how awesome is having THREE master suites?!? Beds were comfortable. We made great memories, so thanks for letting us stay at your home!"

The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook meals, even oil, sugar, flour, spices, pink Himalayan, salt, and pepper, We loved the unexpected and very generous treats in the kitchen: cereal, oatmeal, cups, dozen eggs, milk, coffee, K cups, etc.. We had six people staying here, including 2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 teens. Don’t let one bathroom keep you from staying here. It was easy to work around. Three took a shower at night and three took a shower in the morning— not a problem at all, especially since one of the bedrooms has a large mirror you can use for doing hair and make up. This is one of our favorite rentals so far because of the owner’s, generosity, cleanliness of the space, modern decor, and location."

Cars are the easiest way to get around the area, and you’ll have your own parking space right at the Tiny Home. Guests are also welcome to bring bikes—there are incredible trails nearby! Gooseberry Mesa, a world-class mountain biking destination, is just a 6-minute drive away. It’s a fantastic way to explore the stunning desert landscape and the surrounding public lands.

While most guests come to visit Zion National park we encourage guests to find their way to the many other attractions like the grand canyon north rim, Bryce canyon, coral pink sand dunes, Pipe springs monument, sand hollow state park, snow canyon state park, Gooseberry mesa, and much more all these locations are within a 2 hour drive from our resort with activities like sand dune racing/play, kayaking, hiking, biking, swimming, boat rentals, and so much more! A must-see before you leave is a locals favorite, Water Canyon, which is free to hike, has a waterfall at the end of a 3-mile hike, and is beginner-friendly, located 20 minutes from the property!

Boho has a very unique floor plan that makes the tiny home open and extremely spacious. Something you won’t find in other tiny houses. Boho has more windows and skylights than almost any other tiny house. This creates the perfect environment to enjoy the absolutely stunning red-rock views during any time of day. If sleeping in is your jam...we got you. All windows and skylights have custom blinds and shades so you can have all the cozy privacy you need.

And yes, you will absolutely be able to see the stars at night. Enjoy the milky way either outside on the private deck or through one of the three skylights.

Are you planning a summer trip but afraid of the desert heat? Zero stress here. Boho is equipped with a top of the line AC unit that will keep the entire house as frosty and cool as you and your family would like. Like a more moderate temp? Grab the AC remote and set it to your desire temp and within minutes you will feel right at home.

This is the perfect place to get away from it all but still have access to everything you need to be comfortable and stay plugged in if you choose. We equipped Beautiful Boho with wireless fiber internet, a big screen tv and wall outlets with usb access near the beds and in the kitchen.

Is that a cloud you are sleeping on? Nope, that is just queen sized purple mattress in the upper loft AND in the lower loft. Yep. You read that right. Boho has two purple queens. This is a dream for those who may not want to climb the ladder steps into the upper loft but still have an incredibly, possibly life-changing, sleep in the very spacious lower loft. Even that stunning couch in the living room loft folds down into an extremely comfortable bed. So no need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every area is it's own little sanctuary.

Eating at many of the delicious and tasty restaurants in Hurricane or Zion National Park can be wonderful and fun. Sometimes, a nice home cooked meal is just what we need though, right? We live in the fields/farming area of town so the atmosphere is enjoyable and since we work from home, we are (almost) always here to welcome you. We provide Coffee and tea for those who desire it. It’s a 30 to 40 minute drive to Zion National Park.

One activity that we enjoy is painting and you will find our home decorated with our original artwork (Paint nite type stuff.)

No drugs. Marijuana is NOT legal in Utah. Although I don't mind responsible consumption, the legal alcohol limit is much lower than the rest of the country (.04) and law enforcement doesn’t mess around, so don’t drink and drive. This is a wonderful place to visit and you will feel high on life in the red rocks!

This cozy & comfortable bumper trailer is located in Zion’s Gate RV Park, which is near Sand Hollow Resort. You’ll be close to the clubhouse, where you can use the laundry area, indoor pool, showers, & mini golf area. Located close to the Hurricane Wal-Mart & also Grandpa’s Pond. Not far from I-15, & 20 minutes to St George; 30 minutes to Zion National Park; & 7 minutes to Quail Lake. Our water heater is just 6 gallons, but the clubhouse is right across the street w/regular showers. :)

I do allow pets but there is a $25 pet fee per stay but for some reason the pet fee isn’t working with Airbnb so I can send a request for it or you can pay cash upon arrival. Sorry for any confusion.

We have a unique and cool secret in town. Our tiny house may help to get your creative juices flowing with a guitar waiting to be played. The music played here is your secret, what you play there stays there. Our tiny home offers a big Bang for your buck! It has high speed internet, a full kitchen, dining area, bathroom and instant hot water!

Our units offer a comfortable place to rest after a long day of hiking, biking, boating, kayaking, or whatever else brought you to our beautiful state. We are in a commercial location behind a car lot. You'll be within 5 minutes to plenty of gas, groceries, dining options and Dollar Tree for incidentals.

You’ll be pleasantly surprised with just how big a tiny house can feel in our largest unit. It has a combo washer/dryer, stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, electric fire place, record player, Nintendo, living room and master bedroom have their own TV, bathroom, instant hot water and more.

Our units are in a commercial location behind a car lot giving you quick access to plenty of dining, shopping and fuel stations.

Other things to note
Units are within a mile of dining, gas stations, Lin's Market and 7-11. It's the perfect location if you are visiting St George, Zion, Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Quail Lake, mountain biking in Hurricane, Toquerville or surrounding areas. Those are some of the sites and activities to enjoy in Southern Utah. There is so much more to do and see, you may even want to extend your stay!!
