You can access trail systems from the house. Mesquite is an atv friendly town. Mesquite is only 35 miles from southern Utah which offers limitless outdoor recreation opportunities. Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow reservoir, Tuacahn amphitheater and so much more. To the south is logandale which offers great UTV riding and Las Vegas is only a little more than an hour away.

There are no house parties or sports team parties allowed at the property. We can have no more than 12 people at the property and no more than 8 people can stay overnight. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the residence overnight. If you are out of compliance, a $100 fee per person per day will be applied. This beautifully decorated, comfy 2 bed/2 bath condo accommodates 6 guests with new, comfortable mattresses and bedding. You will find a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the guest room and a sofa sleeper in the living room. With new mattresses, quality linens, and extra pillows, you will get a great night`s sleep. All mattress and pillows are protected with cooling, protective covers.

* No Smoking/No Pets - $300 fine if evidence of either is found (animal hair. smoke/ashes/butts).

The primary bath and closet are very private and comfortable for the primary guest/s. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to all and provides the same comfort as the primary. The bathrooms are stocked with sundries so that you don`t have to bring shampoo/conditioner/lotion and more from home.

Each bedroom has its own TV. The 65` TV in the main living area is a smart TV and all offer local cable as well. The internet is 50 Bmp and streams well.

The full kitchen is fully supplied with condiments, coffee, cooking spices, and a full set of pots and pans and baking sheets and dishes which will make your stay a bit easier if you want to eat `at home` a bit. Please check to see what the condo has to offer before making your first trip to the grocery store.

Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere. Their goal is always a 5 star rating in this area as they take a lot of pride in their work.

The Rec area/hot tub is open year round (excluding malfunctions), but the pool is not heated in the coldest months of the year. A charcoal grill (you will need to supply your own charcoal), picnic area and kids play area is in the condo community. A large play park is just across the street, and Hafen Park is within walking distance. Hafen has a lovely bike path that follows the Virgin River, tennis and pickle ball courts, a large grass area and more playground equipment. Mesquite has spared no expense in their parks.

There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. The Mesquite Recreational Center is an awesome place to hang out for a few hours, offering the following: outdoor pool with lap lanes and kids in-water slide and play equipment in warmer months, and indoor pool, free weights, cardio equipment, fitness classes, dance studio, and more. Mesquite provides many events for fun including our annual balloon festival, the yearly professional long drive competition, car shows, plays, senior games, and more. The Springs is a highly desired Mesquite vacation neighborhood amongst many local residents. It is quiet, friendly and folks look out for one another. Mesquite offers golf, Golf, GOLF....beautiful sunsets, hiking, miles of ATV/UTV trails, gambling, and sporting events. Centrally located, it is a 90 minute drive to the Vegas strip or Zion National Park. You can`t be bored in Mesquite! We are 1/2 mile from a great walking/biking trail and very close to fast-food eats and the Casablanca Resort and Golf Course.

Mesquite is walking and bicycle friendly, but getting to and from the store we suggest a car.

It can be annoying but required by state law. However, this can be turned off by a switch. If turned off or the batteries are removed, it is at your own risk. Also, it must be turned on and/or batteries re-installed before checkout.

This beautiful ranch style home is located on the 14th tee of the Casablanca golf course. It looks like a model. We have a southwest decor theme throughout. Both bedrooms are suites. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a 2 car garage and a covered patio with ceiling fans. The back yard is large and has several lovely palm trees. We have 2 community pools and hot tubs close by. Mesquite feels like an oasis on the desert and offers 7 golf courses, 2 spas and 3 casinos.

The space
Sunset Greens is a beautifully landscaped development with 2 community pools and hot tubs near by. At least one pool is open year round. The yards are green grass as opposed to most other developments in Mesquite. It has a very large back yard with more lovely landscaping, primarily palm trees, and a view of the mountains. The patio is a wonderful spot to have breakfast and watch quail run along the top of the back wall plus hear the water fountain located next door. The walk-in shower is large and has a stool if needed. There are no stairs to deal with. This spacious 1620 square foot home and patio is the perfect location to sit back and relax, play a game, put together a puzzle, or just read a good book, my personal favorite.

Guests have full access to the home. We call it a manor home. It looks like part of a twin home but there are no common walls. Each unit is a separate house. You will never hear the neighbors.

The development has a security gate that is open all day. Guests will receive instructions on how to access when the gate is closed at night.

The space
This beautifully decorated, comfy 2 bed/2 bath condo accommodates 6 guests with new, comfortable mattresses and bedding. You will find a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the guest room and a sofa sleeper in the living room. With new mattresses, quality linens, and extra pillows, you will get a great night's sleep. All mattress and pillows are protected with cooling, protective covers.

The primary bath and closet are very private and comfortable for the primary guest/s. The second bathroom is located in the hallway and is accessible to all and provides the same comfort as the primary. The bathrooms are stocked with sundries so that you don't have to bring shampoo/conditioner/lotion and more from home.

Each bedroom has its own TV. The 65" TV in the main living area is a smart TV and all offer local cable as well. The internet is 50 Bmp and streams well.

The full kitchen is fully supplied with condiments, coffee, cooking spices, and a full set of pots and pans and baking sheets and dishes which will make your stay a bit easier if you want to eat "at home" a bit. Please check to see what the condo has to offer before making your first trip to the grocery store.

Our housekeeping staff ensures very clean accommodations because that is what we require while being a guest elsewhere. Their goal is always a 5 star rating in this area as they take a lot of pride in their work.

The Rec area/hot tub is open year round (excluding malfunctions), but the pool is not heated in the coldest months of the year. A charcoal grill (you will need to supply your own charcoal), picnic area and kids play area is in the condo community. A large play park is just across the street, and Hafen Park is within walking distance. Hafen has a lovely bike path that follows the Virgin River, tennis and pickle ball courts, a large grass area and more playground equipment. Mesquite has spared no expense in their parks.

There are so many things to see and do around Mesquite including golf, gambling, hiking, UTV trail riding, motocross, senior games, and youth tournament play at our plethora of sports fields, and day trips to the Valley of Fire, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. The Mesquite Recreational Center is an awesome place to hang out for a few hours, offering the following: outdoor pool with lap lanes and kids in-water slide and play equipment in warmer months, and indoor pool, free weights, cardio equipment, fitness classes, dance studio, and more. Mesquite provides many events for fun including our annual balloon festival, the yearly professional long drive competition, car shows, plays, senior games, and more.
