The city is a golf vacation destination. There are several casinos in the area with great live bands at night if you are looking for evening entertainment. Atv/utv trails are very popular as well. You can access trail systems from the house. Mesquite is an atv friendly town. Mesquite is only 35 miles from southern Utah which offers limitless outdoor recreation opportunities. Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow reservoir, Tuacahn amphitheater and so much more. To the south is logandale which offers great UTV riding and Las Vegas is only a little more than an hour away.

There are no house parties or sports team parties allowed at the property. We can have no more than 12 people at the property and no more than 8 people can stay overnight. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the residence overnight. If you are out of compliance, a $100 fee per person per day will be applied.
