A unique opportunity to stay in a historic cabin that's been recently rehabbed, with 360 views of the mountains and wildflower-filled valley. Walk the 7-acre ranch, take in the mountains from the hot tub, sit under the killer stars around the fire pit or gather around the original wood-burning stone fireplace after a day of skiing.

This cozy space is an original cabin that's had multiple additions/upgrades, but still retains the original hearth and stone fireplace, woodwork, and character.

The cabin's upgrades include a sweeping 2-story entry and dining room, an upgraded fully-stocked kitchen with an open floor plan, and an upper-level loft that can be used as a workspace, for hanging out or as a 3rd bedroom (it has a full-sized bed, but note the loft must be accessed through the master bedroom).

There are three full bedrooms: one on the lower level with a queen bed and original log walls, a master suite on the upper level (with another queen bed and its own sitting area), and the upstairs loft bedroom. We have several inflatable mattresses with extra pillows and blankets if needed. There is a full bath on each level plus a laundry room on the lower level.

The cabin is full of original woodwork and features, Native American rugs, textiles, artwork and retro "ranch" found items.

There are new 100% cotton towels, sheets, cozy blankets and down comforters throughout. We also provide full-sized natural shampoo, conditioner and soaps in the bathrooms.

We've really taken care to fully stock the kitchen with all the pots, pans, bowls and cooking implements you'll need to create family meals, as well as serving bowls/platters/pitchers for memorable festive dinners, including holidays. There is coffee, salt/pepper, spices and other cooking basics provided.

Spend your time outdoors, where you'll find a sweet fenced backyard with the new 6-person hot tub, or the large brand new side patio with outdoor sitting area, chiminea and gas grill. When not outdoors, cook up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen, cozy up by the large original stone fireplace, play one of the many board games provided or watch a movie on the HD TV with Amazon Firestick.

There is an airstream on the far South side of the ranch this is occasionally used by the property manager. The airstream is several acres away from the cabin and on the other side of trees/the barn - you will have 100% privacy at the cabin, both indoors & out.

Rustic for sure, but in a spectacular setting...the views from this property are breathtaking...in the midst of single track riding, (the Upper Loop, Long Lake, the Lupine trail, 403, the Lower Loop, 401) and amazing 4-wheel drive roads (Paradise Divide, Schofield Park, the Slate River Road.) Bicycle all trails from the cabin. Please note, razors or side by sides and dirt bikes are not allowed on subdivision roads, nor are trailers allowed in the subdivision. Drones are forbidden in the subdivision.
Basically furnished, nice linens. Fireplace, grill. Grandpa built the Cabin so everyone could come and enjoy hiking, biking, and skiing. There are three queen bedrooms on the main floor, the master with an en suite bathroom, and a second full bath in the hallway. The loft sleeps six, in five single beds and one full, with an additional full bath.

After winding your way up the mountain in historic CB South you will find your resting place nestled snuggly in the trees. This apartment is your little piece of heaven with all the modern comforts you can hope for. This is the perfect place for the couple's getaway or "small" family adventures. This apartment is tucked back into the trees where you can sit and enjoy the views. You have two decks to relax on while you stay with us. The sun-warmed front deck faces the neighboring home and driveway, but because of the driveway cutout, amazing views of the mountain can be seen. - "Nice place. Only thing to note if you are thinking about booking. Ask for a room not directly over the bus pick-up spot. It was bus noise non stop. Also, it was right across the street from another condos hot tub and it was a non stop party. They were loud and non stop. I had to call the other condo at 1am to ask them to get it under control, which they did. I could finally go to sleep after that. Also, the listing list toaster on one line and oven on the next. There is no oven. Toaster oven should be on one line as not to confuse. Could not bake our pre-made lasagna that we brought!"

The washer/dryer is a must-have for wet ski clothes after a day on the slopes. It was a very short walk to the ski valet, lifts and the town shuttle."

LIVING SPACE
When entering the cabin, you will see the large 8-person dining table and plenty of windows letting in natural light. To the left of the dining area, you will find the spacious and updated kitchen. This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create and enjoy a delicious meal. All of the appliances are stainless steel and the tall countertop has barstool seating for a more casual meal.

The ground level of the cabin has a comfortable Queen bedroom with a closet and window with mountain views. There is also a full bathroom, complete with double sinks and a standing shower with complimentary toiletries.
When you go up the stairs, you will be in the spacious master suite. This suite has a seating area with 2 chairs as well as a large dresser and another HD TV. The comfortable Queen bed sits on the other side of the room with windows throughout.
To the right of this room is the upstairs bathroom which features another standing shower with complimentary toiletries.
Upstairs, past the bedroom, you will find another room in the loft. This room has a futon, bean bags and another HD TV!
Please note the loft is accessed through the master bedroom, and can also be used as a great spot for the kids to enjoy their own little rec room complete with TV and comfortable bean bags.
