- "Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect condo, space and layout for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is small but well stocked and had everything we needed during our stay. The king sized bed was comfy, the pullout couch was handy, as was the quaint patio off the master. The property itself is huge, surrounded by a golf course and lakes. We were here during a snowy time and the area made for some great sledding. There is an indoor heated salt water pool/hot tub & rec center building about a 1 minute drive from the condo. We were so busy we didn’t make it by but it looked neat. The property is located in the newer/west area of Pagosa, within a 2-3 minute drive of restaurants, a grocery store, Starbucks, McDonald’s, Wal Mart, etc. The Main Street of town/hot springs area is about a 7-10 minute drive. Wolf creek ski area was about 35 minutes with some traffic. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions & check in/out were a breeze. Overall, we loved Pagosa Springs & this condo & would definitely come again!!"

The activity center had a lot of amenities for us to enjoy." - "Starting with the responsiveness of the property manager through to our two-night stay for the 5 of us, our time at this rental was a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the patio overlooked an active view of birdlife and glistening waters and it was very peaceful. We took a hike, 20 min. away, that we loved. And we took advantage of the tennis courts, the shuffle board and, had there been a bit more time, we would've enjoyed the recreation center, too. My turn in "line" (there was really a line) and I was told the unit was still not ready - maybe another 30 minutes. "OK", I said. We'll go get some groceries and come back and it'll be ready. 45 minutes later - nope! Had to wait some more until we got the call at about 5:30pm. Then, on our way to the unit, after getting our keys, we received another call!? This one, again, telling us our unit was ready- after we had just been there and checked in! Huh? All of this really told us that the management didn't have things under control. Unit was nice, except for the bags if dirty towels at the foot of the stairs. Judging by the times we drove by the check-in office in the afternoon, and observing the line there, I think our experiences was about normal with the check in."

- "Hard to locate apt. Apt was nice" - "Room not ready when we arrived at check-in time. My registration was not recorded when I arrived; it was eventually found, but a huge annoyance. Waited 1 - 1.5 hours for rooms to be available. Were sent to the wrong room; had to call registration desk to correct. There was something nasty in the toilet, that thankfully flushed down. Room was clean. No printed instructions on what our stay responsibilities were; they were not in the room nor given at registration. We did not use any of the resort's amenities. Bathroom was decent; shower not acceptable. Bed was nice with good pillows. Enough towels, etc."
