This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 346 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a kitchenette and dining area. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two.

RENO:VATION The resort will be conducting a roof replacement April 22, 2025 through April 28, 2025. During this time, there will be construction noise, dust, odor and work crews onsite may be experienced. Dates are subjected to change.
RENOVATION: The resort will be conducting an elevator modernization from Jan. 12, 2026 through Apr. 10, 2026. During this time, the resort will not have a functioning elevator. Please note there are no guest suites located on the first level. All suites are on second and third floors and will require the use of stairs. Dates are subject to change.
FEE: Parking is a $12.00 plus tax per night. One car per reservation. Accommodation cannot be made for large vehicles, boats, RVs, and trailers. Oversized parking is available at the City of Durango Transit Center for an additional fee.

This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for on-site purchases.
NOISE: The resort will be experiencing nearby construction directly across the street through September 2025. For the entire construction period, there will be a one-lane closure to the main road leading to the resort and a full closure periodically. Additionally, construction noise will be ongoing from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. You may encounter noise, dust, odors, and work crews during this time. If you have any questions, please reach out to the resort directly.
