The space
The house is all on one floor. One step up from the sidewalk into the entryway and you are there. Plan provides much light and at the same time privacy from the street in all the living areas and master bedroom. There is a breakfast room for casual dining and a larger dining table in the main living area. The master bedroom suite is spacious containing a walk in closet and large bath with jacuzzi, separate shower and large dressing area. A large covered patio, the portales, provides a great place for dining with table and chairs, gas grill under the portales.

Very modern appealed home with an incredible kitchen, lots of granite throughout the home, an amazing living area with a 82 inch TV and great stereo system. The three bedrooms are beautifully furnished that include premium bedding and fine linens. Great views and a very quiet area. Ideal for families, couples, getaways. - "Great location for down" - "We chose this property because it was the only home to fit our party of 12. Situated across the street from a park and has a wonderful fire pit which we used nightly. The home was clean and had working appliances. Unfortunately all the appliances are completely dated and the bathrooms and kitchen need a complete renovation! The furniture is also simple and cheap but functional! I would compare this home to a Motel 6. We made the most of it and actually had a great time!"

Need a peaceful and large space to relax with your family? We have you covered. This villa features 4 spacious bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, and overall; a spacious house. The villa is in a very peaceful negiborhood.

- "We liked it" - "We really enjoyed this beautiful home." - "The house can sleep 10, but is ill equipped for even 5 adults. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one just did not deliver. 1. The internet was spotty when it worked. With 5 adults, staying for 7 days, we expected our phones and computers to be able to connect to the internet. To be fair, the owner did get it fixed 3 days into our stay. However, the only way to contact him was through email which proved very difficult since we didn't have internet and the area is in a spotty location. 2. The towels were quite small and very thin. There was only one per guest. 3. The kitchen was poorly equipped in that it did not have a blender, colander, baking pan, enough plates, forks or knives, salt and pepper, oil, paper towels and only one dish towel. When cooking for a family of 5, we found that this was difficult to cook and clean. 4. The picture did not represent the yard is over grown and not manicured. There is a bush that covers the walkway from the driveway to the front door and buzzes with a swarm of some kind of insect. 5. The kitchen had ants, the bedroom/bath had bugs. 6. There was no cable tv, all of it was streaming services which did not work when the internet was down. 7. The couch sits on bricks. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The house is in a good location and spacious. Unfortunately, we were not very comfortable due to the above reasons. I should also mention there is no grill. We will look elsewhere when we come to visit again."

☀ The city has a noise ordinance that begins at 10pm each night where noise levels must be whisper level. During the day, conversational noise is allowed. Please make sure that we are great neighbors to those around us - we really appreciate at it to make sure we can continue hosting guests at this amazing Villa.

☀ The City requires quiet after 10pm as this is a residential neighborhood. If a noise violation is reported an additional $500 fee will be assessed and is strictly enforced. If police arrive there is an additional $500 fee.

☀ We have hired a private security company: International Protective Services (IPS) to provide an extra layer of security and safety for all guests. Also, due to recent noise complaints, we have hired IPS to respond to any violations of the rules, especially the 10pm noise ordinance. We pride ourselves on being great neighbors, and loud noises adversely affect our neighbors. If a neighbor reports loud noise or noise after 10pm, there is a strict $150 fee per officer that responds. I will provide you a receipt and report concerning the complaint along with the additional fee.
