Upon entry into this charmed large home you will walk into the foyer with a large closet where guests may keep skis, totes and anything needed during their stay. To the left you will find a sunroom with a queen Lazy-Boy sleeper for additional sleeping, flat screen TV with Roku, sink, coat closet. Down the hallway you will find the guest bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo, vanity and throne and two bedrooms. To the left is the King bedroom with twin daybed, pop-up trundle, flat screen roku tv, large closet and access to the backyard and the Red River; to the right of the hallway is the Queen bedroom with a walk-in closet, flat screen tv and outdoor access to the back yard and river.

Up the spiral staircase you will come to another large sunroom full of life that will lead you into the kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, two refrigerators, and a freezer! Kitchen has plenty of counter space for meal prep, pantry, cabinets, and butcher block counters! Off the kitchen you will find another Queen bedroom, formal laundry room with a washer/dryer, wash tub area, built-in ironing board, pantry shelving etc you will also find the upstairs guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo, sink, vanity and throne. Onward to the dining area and living room you will find large windows that let you bask in all the natural light, a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and electric fireplace (coming soon). Through the living room leads to the Master Bedroom suite housing a king sized bed, curved TV, and private bathroom featuring a shower, bath tub, throne room, oversized closet, his/her sinks and vanities/mirrors.
