It almost seemed soundproofed and we heard no noise from above us or surrounding rooms. We slept great and it was a luxury to be ski-in and out. I loved the small touches like the water pitchers in the rooms and the water bottle fillers in the hallway. There are a couple of awesome hot tubs and a great sized gym. Meet Dona, your coolest family member who surfed the 60’s Americana wave and makes you wonder if you were born in the wrong generation. She enjoys reminiscing about drive-in movies and listening to the Beatles at Highway 1 campsites. Drink a couple glasses of wine with her and you might catch her more turbulent tales of the road, that time she saw Bob Dylan at Newport fest or when Steve McQueen got inside her at Woodstock. Who knows what’s true or not? Somehow you don’t question it. Her boisterous personality is loving and sweet as pie, and you’re more than likely to create some stories of your own with her!

Eagle Nest Fly Shack & Lodge is located in the beautiful village of Eagle Nest,NM. Located on the main street in town and is walking distance to down town and the park.Our rooms offer a beautiful view of the mountains.located in between Eagle Nest Lake state Park and Cimarron Canyon State Park there is an abundance of outdoor adventures to be enjoyed. In the winter guests can head to one of the three ski resorts located within an hour or try their hand at some ice fishing.

The space
Studio Suite 7 features two queen size beds and has an attached living room along with all of the creature comforts. This room includes a coffee pot, microwave, mini refrigerator and coffee free of charge. All of our rooms look out to a beautiful field and mountain in the distance. You can enjoy many activities in the area such as fishing, hiking and kayaking. Stop int our shop for more information and details.

The Day of check-in you will receive a text message to the phone number you provided on your reservation with your room # as well as a 4 digit code for you to gain access to your room at your convivence. The message is sent by 3 pm and will be sent as soon as your room is ready for you.
