Beautiful senic getaway for wine country adventure. Views of mountains with breathtaking sunsets. Everything is brand new! Full breakfast items are included for you to prepare yourself so you can relax and not be rushed in the mornings. Owner in main house in front of casita and on call as needed:) 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 twin fold out and a leather sofa. Toiletries and kitchen cooking supplies all included. 3 TVs, books and games. outside upper deck available.

The space
Mountain views on EVERY side. Spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Higher up on top of hill and you can see the town and for miles beyond.

Guest access
Use of entire casita and yard. Parking right next to casita. Casita is behind the main house. Just follow the gravel driveway to back of the house and casita is next to the greenhouses.

kitty Casita is named that because I run a non profit kitty sanctuary. so for the love of cats..... BUT is in no way associated with the non profit. You can ask me more questions if you'd like to know more about what we do but again it is a complete separate entity. one has nothing to do with the other.

You are guaranteed to enjoy quiet evenings, watching the horses graze as the sun sets over the Santa Rita Mountains. This newly built casita has a full kitchen with eating island, large screen tv and walk-in closet. The patio furniture is cozy and there's a barbecue for outdoor grilling. Your pup will enjoy the doggy door and the convenience of going in and out of the fully fenced back yard as needed.

The space
Our home, the casita and barn sit on 20 acres with multiple pastures and plenty of parking. There is a front and back patio on the casita to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in the outdoors.
You'll be surprised at how quiet it is here with the exception of the occasional coyote call.

We also have an additional three bedroom house available on AirBnB, in case you have friends/family looking for accommodation.

Please note that we respectfully request that there is no smoking on the property.

In the case of pets, we allow up to two, well-behaved dogs (unfortunately, no cats).

The space
This hidden gem is nestled on 42 scenic acres, just a quick 9-minute drive south of Sonoita, AZ, and surrounded on three sides by National Forest—perfect for hiking, riding, or simply soaking in the peaceful views. Once a working hay barn, this unique barndominium has been thoughtfully converted into a cozy 800 sq ft retreat with a private outdoor seating area for relaxing under the stars. It comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests and includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, and western-modern touches throughout. And yes, those friendly neighbors who share a wall? They’re part of the charm! One important note: we rely on well water here, so please be mindful and conserve when you can.

Guests are welcome to unwind outdoors and enjoy the peaceful fountain area and surrounding landscape. A gate next to the Airbnb offers direct access to the National Forest—perfect for walking, hiking, or horseback riding. Please note that some areas are shared with other guests, and a few are off-limits, including the Main House at the end of the driveway and the horse barns. We appreciate your respect for these boundaries!
