This is a lovely guest suit with a tiny home experience. We created a fun farm, rustic and modern home for our guest to remember. Everything is set to maximize capacity and although small and tidy it is still spacious with amenities to make you feel comfortable. It is very private and with plenty of space outdoors to relax with kids, friends or partner.

We do have a horse 1 goat 1 Sheep in the middle back part of our property. Guest are welcome to say hi they are secured and do not roam the property. They will not approach strangers and maybe you can get as close as a yard before they walk away. Your welcome to say hi with caution.
Please do not put your hand inside the enclosure of horse and goats gated area.
Cactus are on the property please be cautious when kids are playing outside.
Trampoline area available please be careful we are not responsible for any injuries.

The space
Drive through a custom built automatic gate into a spacious and green yard to a Beautifully renovated space with new paint and new wood flooring put in. Upgraded Bright LED lights in living space and in the kitchen. The living area includes a Queen bed, Dresser, Couch with hide away twin bed, and a 32 inch TV with local channels. The Kitchen has a double sink with a detachable spray head for cleaning dishes, a microwave, a conventional oven, there is a coffee pot, double burner countertop hot plate for cooking, some pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, and a dining table for 2. In the Bathroom there is a brand new stand up shower with all shower necessities, a sink with a medicine cabinet mirror, and a toilet. There is a brand new mini split ac/heater and a private washer and dryer behind the unit. Unit has its own parking pad.
Animals on the property include cattle, Fainting goats and new babies, and a corgi named George!

Guests have full access to most of the property, including the Casita, horse corral and barn, RV parking area, and all shared outdoor spaces. Please note that the front and back patios of the Main House are off-limits, as they are reserved for long-term tenants. The Bank and Barbershop building is also locked and used for storage.
You’ll receive a personalized access code for the Casita, as well as for the gates to the barn and RV area, if needed.
Other things to note
The Dirty Goat Saloon is open for guests to relax and enjoy, featuring a bar, air conditioning, and a poker table.
The General Store offers additional fun and comfort with its own A/C unit, mini-fridge, microwave, two arcade games, pool table, mini bar, daybed, and seating area. You’ll also find extra pet supplies and children’s essentials if needed.
All guests are welcome to use the outdoor shower before or after swimming. It’s equipped with heated water, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

Take it easy at this charming casita on the private Red Rock Roping horse ranch! Far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet, and a close 8min drive down to the Old Town of Cave Creek for great restaurants and fun shopping. The 2 accessible acres will give you 360 view of mountains, sunsets, our Red Rock Roping arena, and a Saloon to enjoy some drinks. Right outside our entrance going North on 80th Street is the Grapevine Wash, that will lead you to the Cave Creek Trail System.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Buckeye AZ only 35 minutes from Phoenix. 2 bedroom 2 bath with pull out couch comfortably sleeps 6. Lots of hiking nearby, lakes and shopping. Enjoy our stock tank pool (seasonally), bbq area, putting green and fire pit. At night the string lights provide ample light for night time activities. Each bedroom features a queen size bed. The couch in the living room also pulls out to a full size bed. This house is only 725 sq ft but seems so much bigger.
