The guest house shares the backyard with the main house. The pool is available upon request (not heated).

The guest house is a short 5-10 min walk to Hance Park where the March Madness Music festival will take place.

Welcome to our brand new, custom home casita in sunny AZ! The Modern Farmhouse Cozy Casita is on our private street in an area surrounded by acreage and horse properties. We are located on the Gilbert/Queen Creek border in suburbs of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Shopping, restaurants, activities and entertainment of all kinds are within a 6-12 minute drive any direction. We have wonderful views of the San Tan mountains, which also provide great hiking / biking/ running trails.
