This charming casita located in the Coronado district offers a recently-renovated interior with a luxe modern feel. Explore the historic neighborhood or head to the nearby city center. Enjoy sunny days in the backyard oasis, complete with a shared pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on your covered patio. Relax in the living area, equipped with a full-size futon and 32” smart TV. Outfitted with stone countertops and exposed brick walls, the modern kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to create delicious meals. (Please note there is no dishwasher.) When you are ready to eat, dine at the table for four. The sleeping area offers a comfy king-size bed and a closet. The full-size futon in the living area sleeps two additional guests. The sparkling bathroom provides a spacious walk-in shower.

After fun-filled days, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the covered patio. Enjoy sunny days by the 8'-deep unheated pool. In the evening, relax in the hot tub or gather around the gas firepit. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 we will heat the hot tub for you for a three hour period. During the cooler months we keep the pool cover on 24/7. We will remove it upon request if you're feeling brave and wanting to do a cold plunge.

Giddy up to Gunsight Pass where the West Still Lives! Just 40 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport & just east of Scottsdale/Fountain Hills sits Gunsight Pass in Goldfield Ranch. The Hotel & Jail are your 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom accommodations for this one of a kind western stay. Inside you will experience the luxuries of a fully stocked kitchen, patio with bbq, wifi, washer, dryer, smart tv's & dining area. Not to mention inside access to the Wicked Saguaro Saloon where you can enjoy beverage.

The Grand Hotel is a stately tribute to the luxurious hotels found in the more affluent cities of the late 1880s. Its handmade balusters and corbels are indicative of the architectural influences brought from east coast designers. While the largest structure lining the streets of Gunsight Pass, it is technically a free-standing facade containing a spacious wooden dock.

The Wicked Saguaro recreates the rough-and-tumble bars and taverns where parched cowboys and miners quenched their thirst for stronger libations. The saloon also contains an extensive collection of autographed western memorabilia from numerous stars of the stage and the screen, including a rare one-sheet movie poster featuring the infamous character ”Gunsight Smith.”

The Little Stone Chapel is modeled after the chapel located in the ghost town of Bodie, CA. The exterior walls and floor are covered in Iron Mountain slate. The chapel bell was manufactured in 1881 by the Gould Bell Co. in Serena Falls, New York. The bell once tolled at the Methodist Church in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, where Gunsight Pass’s founding father, David Smith’s, grandfather preached. The pews were rescued from an abandon church outside of Tucson, Arizona. The hand-hewn beams were carved from reclaimed utility poles erected near Roosevelt Lake by Salt River Project in the early 1900s.

The Birdcage Theatre is a painstaking replica of the original Birdcage Theatre located on Allen Street in Tombstone, Arizona. The massive tongue and groove doors contain no screws or nails. The flooring was ripped from beams salvaged from the Payson High School gymnasium. The exterior facade is identical in height and width to the original structure, even containing the identical number of arched red bricks. The enormous bar is handcrafted from oak, pine, poplar and maple.

Guests are allowed access to their accommodations inside the Jail/Hotel and also the Wicked Saguaro Saloon. You can roam around Gunsight Pass and take exterior pictures but the other structures including the Chapel and Theatre are not available at this time. We do plan to open up Gunsight to very small weddings, vow renewals and small events in the Fall of 2025. Please inquire with Host.
