The kitchen comes fully ready with updated slate gray kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, and a complete kitchen full of all amenities anyone would need to prepare fabulous meals. Two decks and four smart HDTV's. Stream using the convenience of subscription to Hulu via Wi-Fi using Roku remotes. In addition to the two decks, the patio features beautiful wood look porcelain tile and a gas fire pit to enhance the outdoor experience. The game room offers Lazy Boy recliners, a nine-foot shuffleboard table and electric fireplace in addition to the fireplace in the great room. The cottage has comfortable quality furniture and beds from Basset, Serta, and World Market as well as IKEA. We have recently added top grain leather great room furniture from Costco. Cookware, linens, bath towels, etc. are all top quality. The great room features amazing light from the transom windows during the day and star light views in the evening peering between the massive Ponderosa pines. In the winter, the wood burning fireplace in the great room adds comfort to enjoy those chilly evenings.
You'll find hotel amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath and body bars, coffee and more. Bring your boat, quads, and other outdoor toys. as the large circular driveway can accommodate anything that can be towed.
A short 25-minute drive to Sunrise Ski Park and only 2 miles to Hondah Casino, this area is the best in Pinetop as it is close to all of the outdoor recreation that the White Mountains offer yet just a few minutes to the restaurants, shopping, and the numerous local shops of Pinetop. It is absolutely the best location for ski, nature, golf, and town amenities.
Comfortable king and queen beds with down duvet comforters and quality linens to make your stay relaxing. The interior is well decorated with expansive front windows framing views of tall mature pines. Two twin roll-aways are available for additional sleeping for kids. The side yard has enclosed fencing to allow your dogs to roam with safety coated wire on the three-rail lodge pole fencing. The new four-foot-high fencing will accommodate most dogs. A 16 X 24 detached garage offers plenty of space to accommodate large vehicles and its own blue tooth stereo for those that like to make full use of the space. Unusual for this size property is a game room with a shuffleboard table, a poker table and Lazy Boy recliners to view a movie or just lounge and read a good book.
Access is available (with guest fee) to the Pinetop Lakes recreation center which offers swimming, billiards, hot tub, tennis, weight/exercise room and more! The HOA has increased the rates as of 01/01/2021. Check with owners to inquire about the increased rates for recreation center use as well as current amount of guest limitations.
Approximately 1/3 of our guests are return guests having stayed at least on one previous occasion. We think that speaks to the value, cleanliness, and quality of the cottage. International guests without U.S. residency should inquire about additional booking requirements.
Home Away/VRBO guest with 5-star guest ratings will receive immediate approval for bookings. We welcome new VRBO guests as well although approval may take a few hours to approve. We exclusively use VRBO for all of our bookings for the advantages it offers our guest as well hosts. All booking requests must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
If you are traveling with pets, please fully disclose the type, breed, and quantity. Our pet maximum is two pets including any additional guest that you may have visiting during your stay.
We do have exterior cameras on the property that do not interfere with guest privacy and assist in protecting guests and the host from any issues that may arise from the HOA or compliance with the rental agreement (no parties). Let us know if you would like additional information.
We typically have 24 blocks between guests. This allows our housekeeping service to dedicate the time necessary to ensure our high standards of cleanliness. Additionally, this allows us to usually accommodate guests requesting an early check-in or late check-out time. We ask you to let us know in advance for any changes to your check-in or check-out times so housekeeping can schedule appropriately. Late check-outs must be requested prior to check in to avoid any late fees.

With a top speed of 25 mph and automatic maintenance of safe distances between carts, the ride is suitable for families. The coaster will operate in summer and winter.
Riders must meet specific height requirements, with a minimum height of 54 inches for a person riding alone and a minimum height of 38 inches for an additional passenger.

There are several lakes in the surrounding areas of Heber/Overgaard: Woods Canyon Lake , 20 miles west of the cabin . Willow Springs Lake , 15 miles from the cabin . Black Canyon Lake , 10 miles west of the cabin . Show Lake , 30 miles east of the cabin . The lakes are stocked periodically durning the year . There are several different species of fish in the lakes .

Thank you." - "We spent three nights at the Bear Pond Cabin, and it was fantastic. The cabin was like staying at a beloved relative’s house. It was outfitted and decorated as you would your own home. The kitchen was spotless and well equipped. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed with awesome sheets that were soft and warm. The big bedroom window had a great view of the trees in their autumn colors. The living room had very comfortable leather furniture and a switch-lighting gas fireplace. The bathrooms were very clean with good, high pressure and instant hot water. There was even a carved bear toilet paper holder, which counters the idea that a bear does you-know-what in the woods. Both the front and rear porches were great places to relax and have morning coffee. The fenced back yard had a fire pit with seating area and a propane grill. The neighborhood is very quiet with mostly senior owner-residents. The community area was well kept with a tennis court, basketball court and a pond full of fish; I caught at least 40 on a fly rod in one afternoon; mostly small blue gill and one bass. For big trout fishing, Silver Creek is just 50 minutes to the east, 5 miles past Show Low. Heber is a small population town located in a quiet, picturesque part of northern Arizona halfway between Payson and Show Low. The area is fairly flat with a lot of pine trees and open meadows. It’s not an exciting party place, but more suited for a relaxing get away from the heat and busy pace of Phoenix or Tucson. We would definitely like to stay here again."

At 7000ft elevation with captivating city and mountain views, this cabin is the perfect retreat from all the stresses of the city. A scenic drive of only 2 1/2 hours from Phoenix or 3 1/2 hours from Tucson, we are located 8 miles west of Show Low, Arizona, 3 miles off Hwy 260.

Tucked away on a forested lot with privacy, the peace and quiet will renew your senses. Recently redesigned, our 950 square foot cabin is loaded with charm and is the perfect retreat for two to four. The master bedroom has a King size bed and cozy linens. Snuggle up with your favorite novel, watch television, or just kick back and enjoy the views of the forest. There is one full bath with tub and shower. A stacking washer & dryer are available for your use. Toiletries, towels, soaps and paper products are all provided.

The kitchen features a new stove, dishes, cookware, and although there is no dishwasher, it's stocked with every convenience to make your stay more enjoyable. The family room has a leather sofa sleeper and recliner. There is a 37 inch television with a DVD. We have lots of games, puzzles and cards. The wood stove has an electric log set for the ambiance of a fire without the mess. The cabin also has Gas forced heat and Central air conditioning. The dining area has seating for four. Upstairs in the loft, there is a Queen Size bed. The loft leads out to the observation deck, which offers more incredible views.

Please note that although the cabin is year-round and very accessible, the driveway can sometimes be slick with morning ice, which we maintain by using salt when needed. If you prefer, there is ample parking at the lower half of the property, with a sled available to transport your belongings.

A one-time cleaning fee (non-refundable) of $75.00 is added to all reservations.

Our comfortable garden cabin is in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. A two bedroom with a King in the master and Queen in the Guest room. In addition, is a 8" mattress Futon in the living room and an additional pillowtop roll-a-way bed if needed. A well-lit living room features a TV with sound bar to enjoy in front of a cozy gas fireplace. All updated appliances in the kitchen complete with pots, pans, plates and glassware... everything but the groceries... We have both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. This cabin has a newer washer and dryer. Extras include board games, dvd player with an assortment of movies. A smart lock allows seamless entry.

A very quiet and cozy place but enough wildlife to entertain such as squirrels and various birds that love peanuts and seeds. The front porch is perfect to watch them or for viewing a beautiful sunrise. A large, beautiful back deck is great for entertaining and overlooks the garden and flowers or a beautiful evening sunset. This deck also features a BBQ and gas firepit, with a second log firepit in the garden area. It's so relaxing, you might not want to leave.

Large and Spacious custom well appointed cabin/lodge with 8 bedrooms ( 3 are master bedrooms ) 6.5 bathrooms. 2 queen air mattresses are also available for extra guests if needed.
Floor plan features : Great room with a stone fireplace , floor to ceiling . This fireplace is propane. The great room is adorned with wildlife mounts . There is a large TV with Dish Satellite. WIFI is available for the whole cabin.
The beautiful kitchen comes with granite countertops and granite bar top with rosewood seating. It is equipped with both a gas stove and and electric stove top . Two ovens for baking . Two dishwashers, two microwaves , two side by side refrigerators. Small appliances such as crock pots (2),an air fryer, pancake griddle and a couple of hand mixers.
Laundry room equipped with 2 large capacity washers & 2 large capacity dryers.
A large game room upstairs has a pool table , ping pong table, air hockey table, Pac Man arcade and NFL arcade games. There is a large screen TV with leather lazy boy chairs for your comfort. The cabin uses Dish Satellite TV.
The Playroom upstairs has 2 single beds, 1 king bed, toys, games, for toddlers and young children.
Outdoors : A large covered L shaped patio with group seating on the back deck is available. This is 100ft. x 17 ft. We have 3 propane BBQ grills also for your use . Enjoy a large grass play area off the back deck. There are basketballs and outdoor games including volleyball, Corn Hole, balls, etc .
We have a large fire pit for your enjoyment with seating for 10, firewood is stocked for your use.
We have a 3 car garage and our driveway has 1 trailer parking spot plus room for up to 10+ vehicles.
Activities: This property is on a paved road . The lodge is located approximately 1/4 of a mile from the national forest . There are hundreds of miles of hiking , horseback riding , riding mountain bikes and lots of ATV trails .

Please make sure all vehicles are street legal and observe speed and noise limits in our neighborhood when traveling to forest as to not scare neighbors horses.
There are 6 lakes located within 5 to 25 miles from the lodge . These lakes are great for fishing, canoeing and boating .

We do not allow large parties and/or weddings at the cabin. However Tall Timbers Park nearby has covered cabanas, a playground, and even a stage for bands that you can reserve ahead of your stay if you desire. We can provide you with contact info. if you are interested. To insure our family friendly neighbors are not disturbed we do not allow Loud noises after 10 pm outside the cabin.

- "This large home had all we needed for a week long family reunion. Kitchen is well equipped for meals - including dishes and utensils for children - although seating together for our group of 24 was not possible unless we dined in separate areas. We realized this in advance so solved it easily by eating breakfast in shifts then lunch and dinner on the back patio. They provide some outdoor games and equipment and the indoor game room was a big hit with the older kids while the younger ones appreciated the toys in the playroom. Neighborhood felt safe enough that we felt OK allowing the children to play in the nice sized backyard with just a bit of supervision so they had some freedom. Best part for us was that the house felt “comfortable”, like a real family home - not a house where you were afraid to let your kids be kids! Would rent this home again if we are back in this area."

We also pride ourselves on being a pet friendly and we have no restrictions on size of dogs however we do like to know what type of pet you have just in case the little guy or girl gets out. We also have a $50.00 pet fee per pet for up to (2) pets per stay, if you have more than two please just message us before booking so that we can accommodate your stay properly. Some of our airbnb's are a bit snug and we would like to refer you to a larger one if we have one available.

Some of our airbnb's are a bit snug and we would like to refer you to a larger one if we have one available.

Bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress with flannel sheets, extra pillows and blankets, TV with Fire stick. Washer & dryer with laundry soap & dryer sheets. Living area has large screen smart TV, fireplace with heater, reclining softer rocker. Living space has office space with desk and WiFi throughout cabin.

Tiny house community is in Lakeside ‘Luxtiny’. Pets are required to be on a leash at all times.

The space
Welcome to our charming and spacious 3-bedroom cabin located in the heart of Show Low, Arizona! This beautiful and well-appointed cabin is the perfect place for your next family vacation, romantic getaway or work trip.

Our cabin boasts three comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests, two sparkling and newly renovated bathrooms, and an inviting living room with plush furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. Plus, if you need to work during your stay, we have a dedicated office space with a comfortable desk and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family and friends, and the dining area is perfect for gathering together for meals and conversations. Outside, there is a large fenced backyard where you can enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather and fresh mountain air.

Toddler / Kid Friendly - The 3rd bedroom has a Hatch sound machine and two pack n plays in the closet with extra sheets. There are two booster chairs available for use in the entryway closet and kids plates, cups and cutlery to complete the dining experience for your kiddos.

Office / Arizona Room - The office is in the Arizona Room at the back of the house, so it does not have ventilation for the air conditioner or heater.

The Hunny Pot offers two porches and lots of privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with queen size beds. This residential area is quiet as it is primarily second home owners that are there to enjoy peace and quiet along with the peaceful mountain nights. Pets are also welcome!

Overgaard, Arizona is located high (6,600 feet) on the Mogollon Rim in the Sitgreaves National Forest of Northeastern Arizona. Set amongst the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the world, Overgaard offers a unique mountain experience that is as different as night from day from the Phoenix Valley floor! With daytime temperatures in the mid-80s during the summer months, Overgaard provides a cool respite from the intense heat of the desert. During the winter months, you'll often find snow on the ground, making for a nice change of scenery. Overgaard is located an easy two and-a-half hours from Phoenix, one hour from Payson off HWY #260.
