Our Southwestern-styled guesthouse is a private studio apartment complete with a kitchen and bathroom. We have a comfortable queen-sized bed. Our quiet guesthouse has great access to the interstate and is an easy five minute drive from most Yuma attractions (the Colorado river, quaint coffee shops, shopping, great restaurants, and movie theater in Old Town Yuma)

The guesthouse has it's own secure entrance through a shared patio.
Our kitchen has an oven, mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee-pot. We keep the kitchen stocked with coffee, teas, and various snacks.
Our guesthouse is spacious and contains several board and card games for your enjoyment.
You will have access to our cozy patio, which can be lit up with bulb lights at night.
There is a pac-n-play available upon request.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap.

La bonita casita is a very beautiful casita located in a quiet neighborhood in the foothills of Yuma AZ, it is located near a beautiful desert and breath taking mountain. Whether you stay here one night or multiple it will be a relaxing experience.

Desert Place ABnB is located in the Yuma East Foothills. It is a 1 bedroom, fully furnished home. The bedroom has a queen bed, and two additional guests can use a queen size, pillow top, self-inflating, air mattress. There is a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/stove, and dining area. Enjoy a heated pool, and patio. Enjoy three golf courses in with a five-minute drive. Historic Downtown, with the Yuma, the Territorial Prison, Colorado River, are a 20-minute drive.

The space
Desert Place is a one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen, modular home. It is located on the same lot as my home. The living room is furnished with a reclinable love seat, with television. The “spool” is located in the fenced in back yard of the main house. There are exterior perimeter security cameras that record video/audio, 24/7, for the safety, liability, and security protection of the guest and host.

Guest will access the house, by use of the lock box located on the door Fran of the main house, located in the alleyway between the two houses. During your stay
I am usually home and can assist you accessing it, if you need help.

Other things to note
The guesthouse is designed for privacy even though it's on the same lot as the hosts. I always presume that guests prefer your own private getaway for your desert vacation. The angle of the windows, and curtain control give you a fully private space.

You are always welcome to say hello, or reach out to me with any special requests or questions. I enjoy meeting guests who reach out, but I first assume that full privacy is preferred.

Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals

It is my pleasure to accept your group and your service animal.

Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.

1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?

2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?

I do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.

Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.

If I discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice.

In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.

Neither the ADA nor Arizona's service animal law includes what some people call therapy dogs or "emotional support animals": animals that provide a sense of safety, companionship, and comfort to those with psychiatric or emotional disabilities or conditions. Although these animals often have therapeutic benefits, they are not individually trained to perform specific tasks for their handlers. Under the ADA and Arizona law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only service animals.

Santa Fe: A Boutique-Style Retreat

Santa Fe is a spacious boutique-style home where each guest suite offers its own private amenities. You’ll have access to the entire patio, where giant tortoises roam freely, making it a fun and unique experience, especially for families.

The property features a large pool with plenty of space to relax, sunbathe, and enjoy. Each suite also has its own private terrace with outdoor furniture and a grill, ensuring privacy and a comfortable stay for all our guests.

This centrally-located guest house is less than .5 miles from the hospital, grocery stores and even Starbucks for that morning coffee! There is a city-long bicycle path that runs right behind the cozy guest accommodations. This is a fully remodeled addition to the hosts personal residence and the buildings are connected, though separated by locks on both sides. 1 bedroom/1 bath with queen bed, leather couch and an available roll-away twin bed only upon request. Linens, pillows and blankets are available in the apartment for the Queen bed and for the roll-away.

Parking Information
The casita has a private gated parking area with a 10-foot-wide entrance. While it fits most vehicles, it can feel like a tight squeeze. We recommend backing in, and if your vehicle has a backup camera, parking should be easily manageable.

If the gate feels too narrow or you’d prefer an easier option, there is additional parking available in front of the main house along the curb. From there, guests can walk along the north side of the property to access the casita through a gate marked with a “Casita” sign. Once inside, the provided keys will unlock either entry door.

For late arrivals, the alley is well-lit to ensure a smooth and safe check-in.

Enjoy our large beautiful music studio turned AirBnB. It is separate from the main house with a private entrance and off-street parking. We are centrally located and only 15 mins. from Algodones, Mexico. There’s a full bathroom, microwave, coffee station, outdoor grill, and pool. Parks, hiking and bike paths are nearby too.
You will have access to our huge yard with 5 sitting areas to relax. Hear and see the birds chirping in the morning, and enjoy the star-filled night sky.

The space
The Yellow Bench is a spacious open room that’s nearly 700 square feet. You’ll be amazed at how large it is when you walk into the room.

The entire backyard is yours for relaxing and that includes the pool, barbecue grill and mountain bikes.

*There is no security fence around the pool so please monitor non-swimmers and children at all times.
