- "This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in documents, due to them needing a selfie, one of which they received HOURS in advance of their 4pm check in time. After I finally got into the room and attempted to get settled, I saw a stained bed and realized that it was the mattress pad, there were no sheets, and no office to retrieve them from. Once I communicated my needs to the phone number and email address provided, I NEVER RECEIVED SHEETS, DURING THE ENTIRETY OF MY STAY! Due to the TX heat they ask that you keep the room at certain temperatures, there are many "house rules"... It's not even close to worth it. If you made it past the feeling like you were being scammed, actually found the location, and got past the bad smelling, stained, and poorly maintained halls of "CozySuites", hope that you will not need anything, like towels, sheets, or God forbid, toilet paper."

- "The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly. We texted the support number once but since they weren't on site and couldn't have someone come by within a few hours, we resolved it ourselves. Our issues included: 1. Towels looked nice rolled up on our arrival but all of them were very damp. 2. The smoke detector started beeping that the battery was needing to be changed (these should be charged more regularly!). This is what we texted the number about. After hours of waiting, they still didn't know when someone could come by, so we went and bought batteries and replaced it ourselves to stop it from beeping every couple minutes. 3) TV remote missing. The one in the bedroom was missing the battery cover. 4) The photo of the pool on the listing was not accurate for the building. Ours was much smaller. It also wasn't heated so it was far too cold to go in. 5) The dishes didn't come in a complete set (only having 1 drinking glass, for example) 6) The coffee maker was not working properly (we fixed it ourselves) and the provided coffee grounds weren't enough to even make one pot. Altogether, these were enough to leave us a bit frustrated throughout our 4 night stay. "

We had a couple of issues (wifi information, dirty dishes left behind from previous stays, etc) so I messaged the property manager a few different times, and one time was rather late in the evening and she was so quick to respond!!! We felt incredibly safe there as well, which speaks volumes for Dallas! Absolutely no fault of the property, but there is a bar right next door that stayed packed and was pretty loud well into the early hours of the morning, so if noise is an issue- this likely would bother you. We didn’t mind it at all! Additional note: There were no spare blankets, so if you split the place with someone and plan to sleep on the couch, I would bring some!
