The house has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Premium hybrid mattresses on each bed, with soft, breathable bedding. Bathrooms have full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Premium bath towels and wash cloths are provided. Pool towels are provided for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook with. There is a toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards,and a tea pot. We have a fully stocked coffee and tea bar for your enjoyment. The outside has a large pool that is 8ft on one end and 4ft on the other. It does not have a safety gate or life guard. Please use caution and safety when swimming. We have an outdoor deck that has two eating areas, comfortable seating and loungers surrounding the pool to enjoy your time poolside. The grill is propane. It usually has gas, but if needs to be replaced, the guests are welcome to get a tank, and we can reimburse. We've maintained a high rating for cleanliness, location, value and satisfaction from our 100+ guests that have stayed.

None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -

- "The communication with the hosts was excellent from the day we booked. At check in the property was clean and well prepared for our stay. We found everything we needed in the kitchen in order to prepare meals for our group. Beds had clean linen and towels on them, and were comfortable. The neighborhood where the rental is located is residential and quiet. Overall a nice place to rest and eat when we weren't at the Event Center in Dallas competing with our students. The biggest issue we encountered was the discrepancy between the online description and the actual layout of the rental. The online description clearly listed 14 beds, accommodating up to 18 guests. When we arrived the property only had 10 beds, and could only accommodate 14 guests if people double occupied every queen & king bed in the rental. That did not work very well for us, as we had rented this property specifically to accommodate 14 individuals with no sharing of beds. We were forced to have multiple students double up in beds, which we did not want to do. That was disappointing. The other discrepancy was in the number of bathrooms. The online description said there were four bathrooms, yet the property only had three. With 14 guests all looking to leave early every morning, the additional bathroom would have been helpful, and again another reason we selected this property. I do not know if the property has been updated and the online listing not changed to reflect this, or if the listing is intentionally misleading. The hosts were made aware of our displeasure with this, so hopefully they take action accordingly."

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place. *In the months of April and May, due to the abundant trees, there are plenty of caterpillars*.

Nestled in the Creek Crossing neighborhood of Mesquite, our home is not too far from DFW Airport and is conveniently located less than 25 minutes from downtown Dallas and the many wonderful attractions it has to offer.

But Mesquite boasts plenty of attractions of its own. If you’re here during rodeo season, visit the Mesquite Rodeo (we’re not called The Rodeo Capital of Texas for nothing!). Other nearby attractions include the Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Mesquite Arts Center, Opal Lawrence Historical Park, the Rows of Texas (our bustling dining and shopping district), and the Paschall Park Butterfly Trail, all just under 10 minutes away. Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.

- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -

The garage is remodeled as a game room.

One of the beds was a blow up mattress which would not have sufficed if it wasnt my kid sleeping there. Besides utensils and plates there wasnt much for accessories for cooking, and the fridge was new with plastic film still on it from a while ago. Washer/dryer didnt work but we didnt need it. And for anyone who reads this before staying here, its near a bunch of the city shopping, but the area seems a little ghetto. Decor in the house has no theme and looks like anything under 10 at hobby lobby is what got bought."
