There is parking for 8 cars in the driveway and street parking. When parking in driveway please don’t block the sidewalks. When parking in the driveway, please don’t park on the grass. We ask that you not block neighboring homes walkways, driveways or mailboxes. There’s no parking in the garage.

★ CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS ★

Load Dishwasher and start it before departing.

Remove all trash from inside the home, at pool area and put in trash cans located on the side of the garage at check out.

Monday and Thursday is our community trash day. Please place the trash can out on the curb if your stay falls on either days. Also, the lawn guy comes by on Thursday and the pool guy on Friday. They have access via the back gate to service the lawn and pool only and will not enter the home.

All used towels should be placed on the floor in laundry room.

★ PETS ★

No animals of any type are allowed anywhere on the property. We love them but unfortunately our severe allergies that require medication can't handle them. If an animal is found to have been inside the home or on the property a $400 animal violation fee is due from the guest.

★ TOWELS ★

There are pool towels located on the wet bar. Do not use the all-white towels for pool use. Towel replacement fee is $25 if spoiled or missing.

★ AC THERMOSTAT ★

There are 3 separate thermostats in the home: 1) primary bedroom, 2) at the bottom-right of the stairwell and upstairs in the hallway. The thermostats should not be dropped lower than 70 degrees when using the AC setting. Settings below 70 degrees will cause the unit to freeze resulting in no AC for 24-48 hours while the unit thaws and a HVAC technician can get it back on line.

★ POOL/SPA ★

The Pool & Spa are only heated during the winter months up on request for an additional fee of $50 per day. All other times the temperature will be based on the natural outdoor temperture.

We fell in love with the April Sound Community and hope you do too. With 2,500 sqft of living space 3 story lake front condo with the most relaxing lake views, you are sure to come back! Enjoy golfing, tennis, boating, swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in your backyard. Watch those afternoon thunderstorms roll in across the lake while you watch a movie or play games inside. The lake front condo has everything you could need to include the Keurig Duo coffee maker, so you can fully enjoy the morning sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the condo and plenty of guest parking up the street. We have keyless entry, Ring doorbell/camera, and Nest temperature control. Many neighbors live here full time, out of respect for them we must, NO PARTIES and there is a 10pm noise ordinance, failure to follow will result in $500 charge. Dogs are welcome, April Sound does have a rule that dogs must be on leash at all times. We will request information about your dog's breed and have to include a pet fee as a way to give our neighbors a piece of mind, as many neighbors have dogs who are permanent residents and have priority. April Sound is a gated community access given to listed guests only, access will be given during your stay. There is a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, fishing poles, and inflatable stand-up paddle boards in the outside closet. If something breaks etc. Things happen, please let us know so we can replace it/ fix it.

Please understand that our property is located in a quiet community in Walden and that we are quite close to our neighbors. That being said, we adhere to a strict 10pm -8am quiet hours outside of the property. Loitering in front and around the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and discard your cigarette butts properly. This ensures that we keep your visit free of any interruptions. We appreciate you treating our home as your own.

This spacious home offers a very large living room with custom sectional sofas, oversized ottoman, chaise lounge, conversation sofa, large screen television and remote control ambiance fireplace all under the backdrop of a floor to ceiling view of the lake. In the dining room enjoy a scenic gathering for meals at the large table that can seat 8 - 10 people. For more casual dining, pull up a bar stool around the very large kitchen island to enjoy meals, appetizers or whatever you like! The kitchen also features a large refrigerator freezer, induction stove, double oven, microwave, double sink and dishwasher placed in and around custom cabinetry and beautiful quartz and granite counter tops. The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers (Keurig and Auto drip) and some coffee items to get you started as well as induction cookware, chefs knives, and all the items you would enjoy from home.

The downstairs master features a king sized bed, large screen tv, custom cabinetry, sitting area with high back chairs and a sofa that pulls out into a queen sleeper when needed and spacious ensuite bathroom with double sinks, more custom cabinetry, and tub/shower combo.

Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms. The second master features a king sized bed, television, dresser, and small balcony with chairs and another lovely view of the lake. The ensuite bathroom has a large closet, double sinks, and tub/shower combination.

Across the hall you will find the third bedroom containing a queen sized bed, television, spacious balcony with ample seating and lovely views of the lake. This ensuite bathroom also contains a long vanity with sink, storage, and tub/shower combo. All bathrooms contain towel sets and items to get you started.

Across from the laundry room which contains full sized washer and dryer along with storage space and some detergent to get you started you will find two small doors on either side of the stairs. Inside you will find a cozy little nook for kiddos or even teens with its own game television and lounge space! Bring your favorite gaming system and enjoy!

A bedroom in a beautiful 3 bedroom house recently renovated located in the Northern part of Houston. In quiet residential area & only 30 mins drive to Houston Downtown. A truly comfortable house to experience life in Spring Texas; a suburb of the Texas biggest city.

The space
We take our guests' safety serious!
We’re doing whatever we can to make sure that the whole house and the rooms in particular are sanitized and clean on regular basis.
Sprays of ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL 99% is provided to allow continuous disinfestation of the place for our family and guests.
We encourage guests to use the sprays as needed for everyone's safety (see materials as shown in the picture).
The building is a single story 3-bed room house and can accommodate 7 to 10 comfortably. Each bedroom is booked separately, but I am willing to offer extra-discount to anyone interested in more than one room at the time.
It has recently been carefully modernized; furnished with a huge full set of couches, 2 bar chairs at bar and dining table with 6 chairs in the dining-room, as well as an office desk at guests are welcome to use.
2 car garage and other 3 could be parked safely in the driveway.

Guest access
This bedroom shares bathroom with another room next door, but has a large walking closet. Besides, guest can access the living & dining room and kitchen. The wide backyard could also be used for a special festivity if reserved free of charge for the occasion, else it's wide open playground for all guest.

During your stay
My brother lives 500ft away and could be reach immediately for assistance, should you need something.
Occasionally, I may interact upon guest's request that coincides with my free time.
We exercise everyday at the nearby gymnasium and practice country-music dances most Sundays 4:30-6, and carry on in the club afterwards and guest are welcome to join.

Other things to note
Though mainly for guest, single rooms are sometimes rented by individuals on a semi-long term basis.
Party with large crowds is not permitted as it may disturb other guests. In addition, there is no parking for many in the driveway. However, guest are allowed to socialize with they visitors in the living and dining in a moderate manner not to infringe on other guests freedom.
Shoes are left at the entrance or in the corridor; no walking with shoes on the carpets is allowed.
Please respect other guests' quiet time by keeping noise into control.
Any guests to be taken into the bed room have to be added as extra guests since we cannot control their coming and leaving. Unfortunately, violation with unregistered guests into bed room would be followed with booking terminated without refund.
Food is strictly forbidden in the bedrooms. Guest are advised to eat at the dinning table, at the bar counter or also in the living room, but not in bedrooms. This is to avoid pest proliferation as well as prevent food smell in other rooms as the central air conditioner circulates the air/food aroma quickly and all around.

Welcome! We’re far enough from the City in a nice quiet area. Access to pools (specific seasons) and parks. Clean house with kitchen and mini-fridge for Airbnb guest only! I have a gym in the garage with lots of equipment and free to use! I also live here. I work from home so will be here daily.

I work from home and I am typically in my office on calls all day. It is a quiet home, the only things you’ll hear is me on the phone. I am a very relaxed individual if our home and rules are respected. I communicate clearly with guests if there are any discrepancies. My goal is to have my guest feel as much at home as possible.

We have 2 dogs. Ruth and Boaz. They are very loving and wonderful companions. Ruth will bark if there is someone at the door. Other than that they are very obedient and playful.

This room has been modified into a bedroom (previously the dining room)! The doorway of the bedroom is secured with a lock-zippered heavy duty curtain which provides plenty of privacy from the rest of the house.

This room features a full-size bed, a full-length mirror, a desk for dining or work, 2 lamps, a portable fan, a laundry basket, and a portable closet. The room is both spacious and comfortable, making it an excellent option for those looking to save money.

Since the space is separated by a curtain rather than a full wall and door, you may hear some noise from other guests. I do enforce quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., which means no cooking, laundry, or other loud activities during that time. Because of this, I highly recommend this space for heavy sleepers, & to those who enjoy white noise, & background sounds!
